Food was a bit late but the driver was apologetic and the food was worth the wait. The food is always fresh and hot and I couldn’t recommend it more.

ordered 4 kebabs and received 4 bundles of greasy meat with soggy pitta bread.. returned it to the shop only to be told that salad is an optional extra which costs more!!..this is stated nowhere and if so why is there an option of no salad?..they refused a refund and told me to reclaim from just eat!!.. £40 for no dinner and no money to buy a dinner!.. abysmal service from an unscrupulous greedy establishment...AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The food was not nice and advert for the fish is a bit misleading as it’s a picture of fish with fries that are not included .

Food was ice cold. Missing drink. And the wrong sauce. Chips were brown and dry. Very poor and won’t be ordering from them ever abain.

Nuggets were delicious, chips a bit mushy but that’s how I like them. Still warm would recommend

Nothing delivered … shocking service … colleague and manager hung up on mate several times and had the cheek to ask me to ask others in the property if my food had been delivered … requested full refund … do not order from these

The food is from our favourite fish and chip shop but was stone cold, not ffresh at all and order wasn't correct. putting it down to limited staff for deliveries

Great little place for grabbing a meal in Banbury. The portions are good and the fish tasted very fresh and had a nice crispy batter.

Spot on with food and delivery, driver was very polite and helpful.

we clearly asked for well done batter on the fish and for the second week in succession it wasn't, spoilt the meal unfortunately.

Lovely food delivered tonight. Arrived piping hot, great chips, curry sauce was also particularly good. Arrived on time and delivery driver friendly. Decent value for money too! 10/10

my food was late when it said it was here but wasn't the delivery driver didn't even apologise and my chips were hard .

Fish was clearly cooked from frozen without being defrosted as it was still transparent when about to eat it, pie cold and chips warm. Avoid!

Portions are a good size, but it is so slow to get your food here. Lots of employees moving around but expect to be waiting at least 15-20 minutes even for a simple order when it's not busy.

Absolute rubbish fish wasn’t battered it was soggy thin and cold when it arrived i complained and got £7 back from a £23 order will not be going back I’d rather drive 2 hours than eat that again

Chips were undercooked and bland

The haddock was beautifully cooked the only problem was that the batter was soggy and not crispy as expected, I was unable to eat the batter. The chips were great.

The mixed kebab , spring roll and salad was amazing, chicken drums where over cooked sadly and chips seems not very fresh , slightly too cold even for delivery but great value for money.

Usually nice food but for months now it's not been good, not used in a while due to poor quality but thought would try again same dried up chips that have been reheated and not to mention the grease it's all comes wrapped up in! All order ended up in the bin!!

The kebabs were fine the pitta bread was very very greasy

"Jumbo" means 6 inches, they won't add enough salt and finger, their deliver driver is rude, the ice cream came open and the garlic bread was very undercooked. Won't order here again.

Very few chips in kebab meal but sooo much chicken the southern fried chicken bit was only one one side of the chicken I normally full of praise for this place but few issues but won’t put me off ordering again

I ordered a chicken kebab and it wasn’t what I wanted it was chicken tikka with other chicken it was all sloppy I couldn’t eat it was discusting I spent my last money I shouldn’t get something I didn’t want when I paid for it

The fish was ok but chips were dry and tasteless didn’t enjoy it at all

The delivery driver was extremely disrespectful and down right rude. Delivered to wrong address, then after being 30 mins late,took another 15minutes to drive from 1 end of the street to the other, whilst stating he wants me to come out and get it because of the rain! food was obviously cold. Ruscote chippy replaced order and had it delivered in 14 minutes. food is great. tbh will think twice before ordering again. was a loyal customer

Late and the food was cold and even if it was hot the food was terrible. Never seen anyone overxook cod to that degree! Awful chippy won't use again

i HAVE ORDERED FISH FROM HERE BEFORE AND IT WAS GREAT BUT THIS TIME GOT A KEBAB. THE MEAT WAS VERY DRY AND TASTELESS AND THEY FORGOT TO SEND ANY SALAD. I HAVE HAD THE SCAMPI BEFORE THAT WAS OK BUT THIS TIME WAS TOO GREASY AS TOO THE CHIPS. I AM HOPING THIS WAS JUST A BAD DAY FOR THEM AS DO ENJOY THEIR FISH.

Food was cold, the chips didn't look like the normal size they normally give out and I found what looks to be a chicken foot covered in batter. I don't normally do reviews as most places are good enough for me and what I expect but this was terrible.

Can’t recommend enough. Food is really good and you get so much of it. Love the variety, my favourite for sure!

Very sorry to say that not only was the food 55 minutes late, but it was cold. Large portions but if the food is inedible what is the point. No marking or labelling to indicate different fish. Very oily. Would not consider using Just Eat again.
