Lovely food, busy but good timing didn't wait too long.

We ate here the two nights we stayed over the road at the Premier Inn. The food was as good as a Brewers Fayre gets, and I've eaten in a lot on my travels. My rump steak on the second night was trimmed to perfection, cooked as I wanted, and please tell the chef the best steak from a Brewers Fayre in the country. Great staff with a bit of crack and banter. Super helpful as I had a 40% off voucher, so they explained all that. A nice location brand new and shops in walking distance close by.

We went for the first time and had the breakfast which was lovely, self service and they catered for veggies with veggie bacon and sausages 👍

The staff, especially the manager who served us, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Thank you for making our evening very enjoyable.

Really good family friendly place

On arriving we were greeted at the door prior to making a booking. We were advised of a couple of things not available on the menu but this did not effect our party. I could not fault any of our meals apart from simply questioning why sweetcorn and peppers are in the salad ( that however is my preference ) faults for this visit is no check back was given to us or anyone within our view once food had arrived. This may be something that they don't do but as an ex manager of pubs this was a must when I was in the industry. Lastly when we had finished deserts noone offered to come to clear the table even though we were still sat their for 20 min. Baby changing disgusting and needed to clean before being used. Spoke to manager who apologised and was also going to check it.

Once again a most enjoyable visit for lunch. From the moment we were greeted and seated Beth could not have been more helpful and attentive. The only faff was having to queue at the bar to order. Thoroughly recommend a visit for good quality no nonsense food at a good price.

Booked a carvery for 4pm which closes at 6pm. Got there at 4pm and they decided to close the carvery. We said we’d like to look at the menu there before deciding whether to sit down but we were forced to the table. Decided to walk out.

Went there for my birthday with my family, if I could put one for the service I would. They forgot about us, and when we remind them that we were still there, they brought us cold dishes. Terrible food! And they can't even use the microwave!

I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Brewers Fayre in Bicester this morning, and it was a fantastic experience! The variety on the breakfast buffet was impressive, with something for everyone—from perfectly cooked eggs and crispy bacon to fresh pastries and a range of cereals. The food was well-prepared, and everything tasted delicious. What really stood out, though, was the service. Katie, our server, was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Katie’s warm hospitality really enhanced our experience, making us feel welcome and well cared for. Overall, it was an excellent start to the day, and I can't recommend this place enough for a hearty breakfast. We'll definitely be returning!

Had breakfast at Brewers Fayre in Bicester this morning, and it really hit the spot! The food was fresh and tasty, with everything cooked just right. Katie, who looked after us, was awesome—really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re after a relaxed spot for breakfast, I’d definitely recommend it. We’ll be back for sure!

Good enough food for what was expected. Didn’t have much available as they didn’t receive a delivery, however it turned up before we got round to ordering so we were very quickly informed of this, which we were grateful for. Good options at decent prices too. Lots of mid week deals available too.

Went for the carvery and it was pretty good really. As some people mention, it can be hit and miss with what they have on meat wise. It does advertise beef, gammon & turkey and the one off today was the beef, my favourite of the 3. Lots of veg, gravy and condiments for all tastes. We all enjoyed it and you can't really complain at £12pp.

Good foods and good staff beautiful food

This is poor review but I want to make it clear it is nothing to do with the staff working there tonight who were absolute heroes. “You will wait 1 hour for food” was not the best welcome. “Systems are down” was said a lot! Budget dining doesn’t have to mean rubbish dining. Management should to get a grip. Get more staff and pay them right. Have a plan for computer outages.

Great experience, lovely,friendly kind and helpful staff. I had a vegetarian burger with salad and fries and a Nickerbocker Glory which I thoroughly enjoyed and it was served promptly.. Only down side, and not down to the staff, but the descriptions of the food on the menu were confusing and incomplete. They had to explain to me what the dishes were so I could make a choice. I will definitely be going back.

Always had a lovely meal at Bicester but today my lunch was dry, tasteless and like cat food. Very very disappointed.

Unfortunately, I have to give a 1 star here. This is the fourth time, I was turned away for walking in without a booking, when more than half the tables were empty. I can understand there’s a staff shortage, but there are better ways to handle walk in customers, rather than turning them away bluntly, when so many businesses are struggling to attract customers on weekdays. They could have easily offered a seat at least to have a drink.

awful mixed grill ! probably one of the worst mixed grills iv tried .The meat was like rubber and zero taste not sure it was real meat, peas had no taste , sausages were under cooked , payed an extra £4 for a larger steak etc but it was very small , payed £22 would not recommend eating here

Went here for breakfast with my Mum and Dad recently. Great location in the heart of Bicester town centre with friendly and professional service and lovely food. Highly recommended! :)

A nice family restaurant, with many places to sit and enjoy your food.

We've eaten here previously but it was a while back but decided we'd go and try the Sunday Carvery. The guy who seated us was friendly and helpful and the other staff were also good. The draught soft drinks looked OK but were very watery, took several back and they replaced them from a different dispenser (no ice) and to be fair they did actually smell more like the drinks they were supposed to be however they were still very watery. The food well other half said the Gammon and Parsnips were ok but the Cauliflower Cheese had an unpleasant taste, the Yorkshire was overcooked and hard couldn't cut it, potatoes look ok but tasted like cheap frozen ones. I had the Turkey and was given 5 large slices which was tasty the Pig in Blanket was fairly standard but the rest was disgusting the stuffing balls were dry and hard on the outside, the inside the texture of wallpaper paste however it did taste a little bit stuffing, the Mac Cheese was warm, bland and stodgy. We both left feeling sick and really disappointed, unfortunately it was so unpleasant that in the future we'll likely to avoid Brewers Fayre in general.

Wonderfully staff, Charlotte Lisa molly and kimi grat food and drink. We love it here and come back every week and bring the grandchildren who loves the food too

Atmosphere got a 3 becuase it was typical trying to be pub style combined w a franchise type resturant (similar to US IHOP/DENNYS/OLIVE GARDEN) & it does not really work!

Why should we pay when ordering, where is the waitress service?. Can’t possibly give staff a tip before we even sit down, food perfectly hot and good quality, are you short of staff, looks like it, staff you do have very friendly, 40% off voucher only covered 3 of the 8 meals so not a big deal after all. It’s a shame because as I said food was very good. I was half expecting to ask us to do the washing up. Out of 10 I give a 3.

Won’t be back. They messed up the drinks order. Then messed up my sons dinner Then I didn’t get my food. Complained to the waitress and she never came back. Then complained to the bar man. He finally came back saying there was a mistake and they were fixing it. He was going to send the manager over and never did. That took 15 mins to sort that by which time my family had finished eating. Finally got my food and my onion rings were like rock. Finally got hold of the manger who dismissed our complaint saying it was nobody’s fault. And he had only just got there and sorted the problem. Well that was a lie because he was there when we walked in. Service is rubbish Food was rubbish Menu could of been on a postage stamp as it’s so small Better off going to McDonald’s across the road. Food is much better

I was disappointed. Location is good, service good but the food is poor. Went for breakfast as it is next to the Premier Inn but the quality of food was probably the worst I have had in such a restaurant. The waiting staff are good and there is a lot of parking. I would say avoid but if you are staying at the Premier Inn it is hard to do.

I arrived just as the kitchen had closed at 9pm from a late shift whilst staying at the Premier Inn, Ryan the Manager, Nicky from the bar staff and Jodie from the Kitchen team made sure I had an ad hoc meal from the kitchen and didn't charge me! Wherever we go in the world we always try to hunt out a British type Sunday roast. In our home town of Bicester our “go to” place is always Brewers Fayre. Charlotte and her very welcoming team always provides a delicious tasting Sunday lunch.With the ever popular Bicester Village it may be advisable to pre book particularly on Sundays . We highly recommend the place which also provides an excellent selection of meals which won’t break the bank. Come to think of it I can’t remember the last time at home I peeled a spud!

Super friendly staff, the Hostess that greeted us, the bar staff and the waiting staff. We ordered drinks, and had a meal - a chicken burger and a full rib and chicken combo and side salad. The burger was excellent, hot and juicy. The chicken with the ribs was superb, it was grilled and was super juicy. The chips were hot and crispy and the salad was crunchy and fresh but the ribs were a bit disappointing as they were very cold at the edges and only warm in the middle of the rack - hence the 4 stars. Also no courtesy check was done, but overall a decent experience.

Had all-you-can-eat-breakfast for £10 It was a good selection of food with tea or coffee. Lots of choice.

Good and cozy family restaurant. Reservations are recommended. The menu is good. There are various beers on tap. The restaurant is located opposite a premier inn hotel. On Sundays you can also opt for a buffet. The staff is friendly and hard working. You order at the bar.
