Customer service is terrible there well rude

Superb taste, far better than Nandos and very cheaperthan Nandos....... Go for mild flavour than extra hot.. comparatively cheaper... Spent £47 for 2 platter... served 9...

I’ll keep this short, Pepe’s chain is absolutely delicious, far better than Nando’s but where this chain let’s it down is there is zero visible hygiene as I observed from the staff, no hair nets, no gloves, the main server who takes the order touches the till then goes out back to collect ice, fry chips, handle cash, then touches my food to bag it….. It’s just a wonder how this branch hasn’t been shut down. Not to mention anytime you order via just eat etc when it arrives it’s freezing cold…. Whether that’s the driver or the restaurant who knows… shame as Pepes chain is my fav but this branch is just NOT IT

I have a visited the shop recently for their wings and The front of house made me disappointed.That guys doesn't know how to treat customer and not gonna have long run with this attitude.pathetic customer service 👎

Food was really bad, staffs aswell. unhygienic food. Especially the guy who was wearing specs, he’s not fit to work in such a big franchisee.

The chicken and rice are brilliant I love it so much especially the chicken burger and whenever I think of pepe's I can feel the taste of a delicious chicken burger in my mouth this has got to be the best place to get food I would recommend going there especially for lunch or dinner

Went to pepes for the first time ever took my family had a great time, amazing food, saucy, fresh hot, atmosphere was good with great music, defo recommend going again for sure

I understand you can eat in but that was not to be. Orderd 2 x chicken and rice boxes with 2 lots of different flavours. Hot and mango with lime. And a chicken wrap meal. I eat one of the rice boxes. Very very nice and had no complaints from the other 2 who had meals there Will be going back to try something else if i can get away from being hooked on the chicken and rice.

Got chicken and rice box as a meal, can say for £9 it's more than enough food for lunch or even dinner. Foods banging, I like my spice but they have options for mild food too. Will be ordering again

Cold soggy food order was wrong items missing and when I called to complain got hung up on save your money this place is awful should have 0 stars 1 is doing it to much credit

Ordered a whole chicken with a large chips and a rice, the chicken was great and pretty juicy but the large fries amount seemed like a regular and the rice box was a little more smaller than i expected, but other than that it was a pretty good price range imo and would recommend to people.

Food was great, very tasty. Had the double beef burger texan. Boom burger. However, it took an eternity. I could've gone to texas and got a burger from there in the time it took them to make it. There was also no hand-wash in the toilet which is outrageous!! Put simply, if you tolerate appalling service then the food is pretty nice

The food itself is good but massively overpriced. There seems to be no difference between a regular and large meal. I would have imagined more fries with the large meal but no, same size. Can of drink is obviously 1 size too. The Panini I got is also just a normal size panini. I'd say it needs to be about 30% cheaper to make it a viable option without a coupon. The chicken, although tasty is very tough. The chips are fairly good but as stated previously, the portion size doesn't change when ordering large. Could be a very good place to eat but sadly not at this price point. At £10 per person you're always left wanting more.

The staff is soo rude. They should be at least respectful. Change the staff or at list give them a lesson

Food is great but how come the staff can be that much unprofesional,waiting for ready food and when you complain get answer : nobody complain only you uou can just cancel it… Instead this you should say At least sorry ….

Ordered via Uber Eats, arrived late. Food was cold, wings missing and piri piri beans were just standard baked beans. Called to complain and they simply blamed the driver and UE (who I've never had an issue with before) and took no responsibility. Despite the fact my food bag was stapled closed, yet THEY missed an item off my order and got another wrong! Oh and a ridiculous portion for the price you pay for beans and rice. Now trying to get a refund from Uber Eats. Never again!

Food is clean and well prepared but way overpriced and run of the mill taste.

Tried to blag me that the salt they use on the peri chips is different to the bottled peri salt they sell behind the counter. Why lie? Won’t be visiting here again!

Ordered from Pepe's for first time and wasn't disappointed. Food was hot, tasted great and was reasonably priced. Like that you can choose the level of heat that you want in the sauce. Good range of drinks on offer as well.

The so called gourmet beef burger has nothing gourmet about it, it shouldn't be labelled as gourmet as that's false advertising. The peri peri chips needed more peri shake/ salt on them! Otherwise better off just adding a bit of salt. The beef burger unfortunately lacked flavour and seasoning so was a bit disappointed. The can of Tango was cold which was a plus. The customer service was very friendly and courteous.

Food was really nice. store was clean. However ordered 7up zero and got full fat 7up. Garlic dip was smashed inside the box and music was very loud in the store. But staff was friendly and wrap was yummy

Actually quite poor, not very fairly priced for the portion size you get, delivery driver for the food (was polite) but was not wearing a mask, poor covid awareness, food was not substantial and really not that nice at all. Overall awful first time eating with these.

Reason for 2 stars: NO CONTROL OVER CLIENTS COMING INTO STORE - MASKS NOT BEING WORN BY CLIENTS. NO CONTROL OVER HAND SANITIZING. This is not responsible trading. No mask no entry during this Covid-19 pandemic. It's the right thing to do. Close the store to collections and do home deliveries only if you can't trade responsibly!!

Really delicious food, good value and plenty of vegetarian options. Food is always hot, well packaged and arrives quickly, and they always get any notes/changes right. Looking forward to ordering again soon!
