Brother-in-Law's 70th birthday & Family Reunion (post 2020 lockdown!!). Food was excellent and the service was brilliant. Staff went above and beyond. Even decorated the room with balloons and banners. Special thanks to the Waitress who looked after us all evening. (14/8/21)

Such a shame. Nice looking place and had been recommended by one person in our party who raved about it. When we left he apologised at how disappointing it was. We went for Sunday lunch with some friends who were visiting and so went on recommendation to ensure a nice time. Firstly bar staff were busy with their friends. Next we were sat 3 feet from a pool table.a medium sized dog was roaming. Which in a country pub is nice as long as your not eating.tehn the pool table was being used and one of our party in a wheelchair had to move so they could take their shots.. when the food came out. It was presented as three thin slices of pork such as the thickness of supermarket sandwich packs. And ha the roast potatoes were half of one potatoes cut in half. That was the extent of the roasts. Basically 2 chips. And it was not cheap. Or even reasonable. It was like I say such a shame

A nice and cosy country pub. Ale and beer were very nice and reasonably priced. Didn't stop for food, but would visit again when passing and possibly stop for a meal.

Great pub, just want you want after a long day travelling. Warm friendly welcome, brilliant beer and fab food. Closed a couple of days (COVID not helping our pubs) but do cook and deliver food daily. Highly recommended.

Our visit coincided with a local funeral party and the usual lounge dining wasn't available that evening. We were served in the bar area. No problem for us and the Food was excellent. Very friendly staff, nothing too much bother for them. A very enjoyable meal. Ribeye steak for me, and Pork chops for my wife. Cooked perfectly, and the Cider gravy was delicious. only serving food on Thurs - Sunday. A lovely experience which we hope to enjoy again! They even made custard for my apple pie, instead of cream - very nice!

This is a lovely place both inside and out. They also provide takeaways.

We enjoyed our meals of chicken curry and cheeseburger. Both meals were hot and tasty. We sat outside by the river bank. The staff were friendly and welcoming. This café is very close to the river and has been affected by flooding previously. It has done well to recover and be able to stay open. Prices were very reasonable.

After the weekend of flooding in Ludlow, we wasn't able to get home , ending up in Travel lodge , the receptionist told us where to get food being the The Roebuck Inn .. Greeted with friendly staff , food very good , a great pint too , and the offer of breakfast there too, Which was excellent. Will definitely be calling again

Friendly village inn, serving delicious food and reasonably price ale. Accommodation very comfortable, sparkling clean and surrounding area quiet. Touring motorbike friendly. Wonderful hearty breakfast freshly cooked to order. All staff very friendly.

Having had the disappointment of a bad reception at The Salway Arms it was lovely that we were greeted so welcoming at The Roebuck. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and thanks to them my Mums 91st Birthday wasn’t spoilt.

We were so well looked after at The Roebuck Inn - nothing was too much trouble for anyone and everyone was very friendly. We ate excellent breakfasts at a time of our choosing. We ate two evening meals there - the 2nd on the Sunday was sorted especially for us as they weren't open for meals by the time we were due to return from our day out. Aside from the convenience the food we had was all excellent. The rooms were plenty good enough for us - everything worked, everything was very clean. Can't fault it.

A great place .We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed it Adrian is a great landlord and a good laugh never a dull moment food was great beer prices were a lot less than we thought so that made our stay even more enjoyable will stay again when in that area.

A really clean tidy room, the landlord is brilliant he couldn't be more friendly if he tried nothing was too much trouble for him. Excellent breakfast the next morning we will definitely be back

Stopped for a meal with our young children and dog! Friendly staff. Can highly recommend the lasagne, which comes with a decent portion of homemade chips. Not the best outdoor space but this is only more of an issue when you have children with you.

Excellent stay! Used as a stopover for Ludlow races which is only 15 minutes away. Friendly service, good food and a very clean room. What more can you ask for?! Will return when racing at Ludlow next

Lovely pub with rooms. Lovely pretty rooms and friendly staff. Good pub meal nothing fancy but tasty. Fantastic breakfast fresh fruit salad fresh croissant and full English. Only issue was shower. Hot water to fill bath was a bit tempramental and slow to fill but with patience lovely. Shower very difficult to control temperature, i either froze or was too hot!

Amazing! Friendly staff, lovely fresh food. Manager/ chef made us pie even though it was not in the menu! Great place would thoroughly recommend. Small cosy pub/restaurant.

It's a people's place; somewhere not to be annoyed, on a Monday evening by young mothers' brats. I don't expect this to be published but restaurant owners need to realise upon which side their bread is buttered.

We stayed for the weekend and it was absolutely great the food was delicious and staff were exceptional and the service was excellent The room was clean tidy and comfortable I highly recommend that you stay here as we had a really good stay will be returning again

I literally cannot rate this place high enough. We walked from little Hereford to this pub on our Sunday half term walk. When we arrived the outside seating was bathed in sun!! We had baguettes in mind but sadly it was only roasts on the menu. Panic, what will we feed the children, it’s a small country hamlet eeeeek!! The staff could not be more accommodating!! They made beautiful rolls with multiple fillings on offer, 3 huge bowls of chips and the lady chef made my fussy 3 year old an egg mayonnaise roll from scratch even though she was extremely busy and had had a busy Sunday lunch to contend with. The landlord was so friendly and welcomed us with a smile and friendly hospitality. This place is a little gem and they literally fell over backwards to accommodate us (4 adults and 3 children). Thank you soooooo very much. Your staff are an asset to you. Would highly recommend!!!!

Great country pub. Fine ales and very good food.

Disorganised and ignorant staff. We have booked a room on Saturday for next week stay on Wednesday , but on Monday only we got a phonecall about room being double booked !! We just were lucky traveling already to hear the phonecall whilst I charged the phone - otherwise we would arrive not knowing the cancellation ( booking was done over the phone).

Have lunch here most Sundays, food always to a very high standard, know Ade, Di and their staff really well, feel like one of the fsmily

We went for drinks on a work night out, The Roebuck is a lovely country pub, in a lovely setting. Good beer and friendly staff. It has a large outdoor area, a jukebox and a pool table. There is a large open fire and it has a great country vibe.

Serendipitous find after seeing it signposted off the main road to Ludlow. Had lunch which was was homecooked, tasty and very good value. Staff was friendly too. Would recommend a visit. Lovely.

Just spent 2 wonderful nights here on a last minute break. A proper little inn in a lovely village. The owners and staff were all very friendly and Ade the landlord was a great guy as he made us feel very welcome. We had every intention of eating out our second night but enjoyed the good food and hospitality so much that there was no need. The rooms were large and spotless and were extremely good value for money. The full english has to be seen to be believed. Trust me you will not want any lunch! A pub full of locals but dont let this put you off as they were all very friendly. The roebuck will always be our 1st choice when we visit again Thank you Ade and team we will be back.

Wonderful traditional village pub and atmosphere

Unfortunately we were invited to eat at the Roebuck when visiting family on Saturday 12 August. The food was awful - cottage pie topped with bubble and squeak and served with seasonal vegetables - sounded wonderful and three of our party ordered it - it was in fact minced meat in clumps swimming in an unthickened gravy i.e pale insipid greasy water with a very solid potato topping containing sliced leek , the seasonal vegetables were frozen peas and carrots one portion dish to serve three. It remained uneaten by two of us and the waitress didn't ask why. The third one was eaten by someone who said it was horrible but he was starving! Desserts were not home made - the sticky toffee pudding was reasonable. All in all a let down - we were unable to embarass our host by voicing our opinion and he is elderly quiet person who never likes to create a fuss.

Yet another excellent Sunday lunch at the Roebuck Inn in Brimfield. A very satisfying fathers day meal. We have visited there on many occasions and as yet have always had great food and service at a fair price. Highly recommended.
