The Rocking Horse Pub in Liverpool

El entrante estaba muy bien presentado y delicioso (profiteroles de queso de cabra con mermelada de cebolla) El plato principal fue fantástico 'una verdadera joya' como dama Me gusta un plato Petite tres y la lubina mediterránea al horno de sal fue una delicia. Postre, final perfecto para una aventura emocionante. Sorbete de aguacate y durazno con coulis de hierba de limón.

El Rocking Horse Pub es un pub que siempre disfruto visitar, la última visita fue excelente, estuvimos aquí un martes por la tarde, el pub estaba ocupado con un gran ambiente, nos dieron una cerveza cada uno, estos se sirvieron en excelentes condiciones siendo helado frío y espumoso, nos relajamos y empapamos de la gran vibra en este pub ocupado y popular. Estos son mi tipo de pubs , un pub local adecuado , se siente el ambiente de Liverpool en este pub, es sin duda vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona y fácil de localizar a lo largo de Great Charlotte Street.

Not the first time we've been to The Rocking Horse Pub and it certainly won't be the last. This time, we discovered the "Tuesday Club" which it seems is a regular get together for those who come to see Soul Jam. Before the band came on we were treated to the marvellous tones of Alex Devine, she's fabulous and sings as well having a bit of banter in between songs. She was due to have a baby the week after, so we hope to see her again on our next visit. This pub is big, so the atmosphere is better when it's busy. Drinks for lager, cider etc are great prices in the afternoon into the very early part of the evening. The decor is fabulous with great wall murals featuring well known places in Liverpool. The only thing we're not too keen on are the booths as the backs are very high, making it not so easy to see the artist on stage, especially if facing away from the stage.

After visiting a few times and having a brilliant time, we told friends how cheap it was and brought them over to discover the prices had gone through the roof £5.10 for a pint of carling!! Not sure if this was just over the Easter weekend, but on the website you advertise carling for £3.20 so friends where a bit disappointed with the prices!! And were also told that we couldn’t have any cocktails as it was going to be busy all day! Sort it out “The Rocking Horse”

Excellent prices, great singers, brilliant staff. We ended up here as the last visit on a night out in Liverpool and wished we had arrived earlier so we could enjoy more of the live music, atmosphere and great drink prices.
