No atmosphere. Ok choice of beers. Feels like a traditional pub trying to be a modern pub but it's all stuck somewhere in-between and doesn't know it's identity.

Spot on but very old inside people very nice had a good night playing doms all 4s thank you.

A real hidden gem. Have driven past so many times and always seems closed but not today! Friendly staff and a great selection of beers on draught at a reasonable price. The food is especially delicious and the Sunday roast is just amazing! Take a look at the beer garden to the rear and you will overlook Elland from above and I can check on my roof condition whilst having a relaxing pint!!

On top of the hill with some mind blowing views this really is worth the walk to get to and sink a few jars . Inside decent beers on tap plus good freindly service

Really cozy environment, real local feel, good quality alcohol and some snacks, lovely customer service and they put on a gig with some acoustic musicians that were really good, good quality pool table available as well and well kept toilets. Would recommend

Pleasant few hours nice relaxed atmosphere

It's a fine, friendly pub that I have no issues visiting. The views from the beer garden are awesome. It's tiny so don't take a coach full.

Our new local Discovered this pub/restaurant since things reopened Excellent service , excellent food Sunday lunch is the best ever. They do pizzas and this food as well. Quite a few time we came in for a drink and stayed and had food as it’s too good to miss and gone home very happy a few hour later. Recommend calling in.

First visit to The Rock today, and the Thai food served there is amazing, especially the vegetable crispy rolls with sweet chilli sauce.

Friday night in the Rock was a bit boisterous. The Bradfield beer was excellent as was the service outdoors. The views from the rear terrace are stunning. A beautiful sunset made everyone smile.

Proper English pub. Made to feel welcome from the moment I stepped inside. Good beer and food 👌🏻

We went for Sunday lunch, wasn't sure what it would be like but the food was great, staff were lovely and it's dog friendly. Really pleasantly surprised and a little gem - had no idea this place even existed pre-lockdown so hope the owners can bounce back and continue doing a great job.

Excellent Sunday dinner would highly recommend trying this place. Went for a 3 course, could only manage a 2 course. Excellent service too.
