Been here a bunch of times and it's always fun with a good sound set-up. Highlights were Fish and Hazel O'Connor over the years but last week was just as good with two tribute bands. Drinks prices are also excellent compared to places like the Halls in the nearby city centre.

Was there for the meteora and limp biscuit tribute with the boyfriend. Fabulous night, the robin always is a lovely cosy venue. Not too costly either

Drinks are reasonable. Not boiling hot like most venues. Staff knew exactly what to do. Can't complain at all

Very close to the carpark and nearby to an excellent cafe. The club is large and has plenty of room for events, but for craft fairs, it lacks good lighting.

Great music danced all night. Atmosphere was amazing met some lovely people can't wait till next time.

My friend asked if I wanted to go what the New Drifters; Yeah. I came away with 2 drum sticks. Loved the night 😎 drinks were pricy, charged 40p for the use of a plastic cup as i drink lots of water *due to health reasons* also not allowed to take in my gluten-free popcorn As I'm required to snack due to health problems. music was played its volume so low it was so boring. for nearly 90 mins b4 the group came on. Apart from that, we had a great night

First time here and it was a friend that took me to see simulation muse great gig good size place not overcrowded

Great place for music but the toilets are in desperate need of updating and cleaning properly.

Such a great concert venue we had to return. This time to see Gold to Rio and an overnight stay at the hotel. Book a room and get 1 concert ticket included…. Nice bonus.

The Robin just never fails to deliver - I've lost count of how many times I've been blown away by live bands there. The sound is perfect, the atmosphere friendly and the music consistently awesome- I'm going three nights running this week!

Watched .mostly Autumn last night. Been a few times. Really nice place, plenty of parking places.

Went to see Alexander O'Neil, what a star. I really enjoyed listening to all the old hits. His supporting band were excellent. The venue was good. Some queuing for drinks, ladies toilets. But that always happens. I will definitely go here again. Parking nearby, free.

Went Thursday to see Alexander Oneal. Music far way way too loud for such a small venue, drowned him out, we couldn't hear him so we left before 10.

Awful venue. Not suitable for anyone under the age of 50. The venue is very old fashioned. The staff couldn’t give a s&@! They only care about making themselves money by ripping off bands. Con artists and frauds.

I went here to watch the Kate Bush tribute. There's free parking located right behind the building, the toilets were clean and the drinks were reasonably priced. The doormen were extremely helpful and very kind!

Visited yesterday to see Navi, the MJ tribute featuring Jennifer baton and had THE best experience ever, the staff were so friendly and I managed a meet and greet. Great venue too, size is quite big. Was rather unexpected. Fantastic night!!

Great bar and entertainment local to transport links great affordable prices also a hotel above good rates if you wanted to arrange a stay over 10 minute walk to the local tram station. Staff friendly and approachable

Central venue and easy to get to with plenty of parking nearby. Staff are friendly and drinks good value. Toilets are clean. Floor is quite sticky, especially if you stand in the same place too long! Went to see Bootleg ABBA, the start time was advertised as 7.30 but band didn't come on till 10. Warm up act Becky was excellent though. Great atmosphere and friendly locals.

If you want to have fun with your friends, it’s the perfect place. 🍷🍸 drinks are affordable, really enjoyed it.

Way to many people in it for the size of the place, plus long waits at the bar unfortunately, but give it a go it might be for you just wasn't for me

The toilets are a bit like spoons, miles away. Nice to be able to stay overnight in one of the rooms.

A nice little venue but a shadow of its former self. They do have some good acts on now and then but it's a lot of tribute acts, some by the way are fantastic. Prices are fairly high same as most places to drink out nowadays. Nights out there are good have to admit

I went to a meat loaf tribute conert last night. I needed to use the disabled toilet, the security were lovely and opened the door for me. All the secruity were lovely and friendly. The club itself was very accessible and I will be back.

1st time we've been and won't be our last,brilliant act,maet loaf,very friendly folk,well worth the travel.

The venue itself is spacious but does get full, a great place to dance. If you pick your times right, you can get served at the bar with ease. 3min walk to the tram

Had an amzing time at thr 80s night. I also went to see the frankie valli tribute last year. Good atmosphere drinks expensive for cokes. But its always a good night.

I have been going to The Robin for years, but haven't gone since lockdown. This place had always been a bit run down but was always great value for money. The new owner has transformed this place and it shows where the money has been spent. The staff were friendly and efficient and security was perfect keeping everyone safe. 10 out of 10 for great customer experience. The overall atmosphere hasn't changed, it is still a cauldron of hot energy at gas mark 9 and this is how concerts should be. The selection of drinks was on point and cheap compared to other venues. All in all an absolute blast of a night, that was really cheap with the most fabulous 8 piece SUPERSKAS leading the charge. The PA is perfect although the guys on the mixing desk may need to hone their skills, but that's live music for you and I probably couldn't do much better. The lighting and backdrop is much improved from the previous owner. If you haven't been to the Robin yet, then get yourself there. If you catch the right band on the right night, you will not be disappointed. Overall, highly recommended. Top marks for cheap entertainment at its best.

Great for their tribute shows. Fantastic night out. Drink not cheap to be fair but hey, it was still a good night out. I'd still go to one of their tribute nights again.

I loved this venue. as a wheelchair user I was treated with respect and dignity. There is a small step at the entrance for which they had a ramp available, and were very helpful and friendly. thanks for helping me to have a great evening

Been to a couple of live shows and record fairs etc, there a great little bar at the front before the show starts, free parking at the back, bars around the place, only down fall is the toilets are up a set of stairs

The Goldmine of the Black Country! A great venue for seeing up and coming musicians.I saw Joanne Shaw Taylor when she was still a teenager and before being discovered and now an international blues rock artist. Great tribute bands as well of high calibre.Last week saw an all time legend Terry Reid - absolute class act. An informal venue where you can feel relaxed and have a great evening.

Great venue, reasable priced tickets with a good variety of shows available throughout the year. Also never any trouble which is always a bonus

Forget the sticky floor and the lack of seating, this is a dance venue & everyone dances. If you pick your times right you can get served at the bar with ease. We watched the specials ltd & what a fantastic night it was, everyone was up for a party .

Just love this place, always a good night out. Make sure to sample the food outside after. 👍

Epic venue. I was roadie for keys for Karnataka. Tom the engineer was supportive and provided an exceptional sound. The venue is excellent. A fire alarm during the event was handled swiftly and effectively- top marks for safety. Highly recommended. Karnataka? Even more highly recommended!

I have been to many gigs and love this venue and look forward to many in the future

Good place for live music, if only some people in the audience would realise that's exactly what the venue is for. Too many people standing having loud conversations instead of listening to the music!! Think the security people need to start standing inside the hall and advising those talking inside of this fact!

The Robin is an absolute gem of a place for live music. Great staff, fantastic selection of shows. Free car park, safe and friendly atmosphere. The FB page is updated regularly and tickets are reasonably priced and easy to purchase online.. I go at least once a month, and look forward to my visits. Keeping live music alive, and Bilston on the map👍 Would 💯 recommend
