Just stopped to grab some food. WOW... Amazing food. Easily the nicest pub meal I have had in ages. The Chef deserves a massive thank you. Superbly cooked and presented. Credit where it is due. Amazing service too. Well done all. Keep doing what you are doing.

Visited on a Saturday evening for a large family meal, 14 people, we'd booked ahead and was very disappointed to be split into smaller separate tables. If they could not accommodate a large table we should have been made aware at the time of booking. However, food was lovely and a good selection for the kids, the service was good and the staff were very friendly.

Thought it would have improved! Was anticipating our returning to the Robin Hood with a new menu from last time. Ordered a familiar starter, calamari. Dry limp green bits on top. Disappointing. Crab cake, when asked was it good. Answer, "well I can not tell if it is crab". Pork belly. Good as always. New skewers, was worried to order chicken in case dry. Should have gone with gut and Ordered prawn. Also side of slaw, needed to be wet. Nice addition of pineapple, but maybe instead of a mayo on the side, maybe proper wet slaw. All too dry. Margareta pizza, was described as cheep cheese. Think it was cheddar and not Mozzarella. Desserts were good though. £120.00 later £10.??? for a glass of wine. Sorry will not be returning. 3 people ate.

Service was deadly slow, but the food excellent when we went before, this evening the food was good, but as they say on their website "cosy up" the whole place is freezing cold, the temp app on my phone said 16c that is too cold, this made the whole experience very poor. The staff weren't concerned they just said it's usually cosy, and even let the only fire on go out! If you are going take plenty of warm layers.

First time I have ever visited and I was disappointed. My family decided to have a Christmas meal here on Christmas Eve, and we were not that pleased. The atmosphere was lovely. The seating was nice, too. Starters were the highlight, then the Christmas menu meal arrived, and it was quite awful. Generous with the turkey and the gravy was delicious, then the vegetables were large cut and hard, carrots were slimey, the jaw drop moments was having to pay for extras that should be part of a Christmas meal, sprouts and pigs in blankets were part of the 'extras'. Altogether, a family of 4 with 3 having the Christmas menu, 3 were disappointed. Not sure we will be dining here again for an occasion.

Handy for junction 5 of M5, situated 250m along the A38, on the south (Worcester and Droitwich side) of the junction. Bar and restaurant with polite, friendly and very helpful staff. Bar snack approx £6, speedily served at 1.30pm. It was a delicious, hot, non-greasy, hog roast sausage roll with side serving of apple sauce. Another diner recommended the Rhubarb and bramley apple gin and tonic, which I will need to try when someone else is driving. (NB The bus stops outside and opposite the Robin Hood are reportedly served by the 144 Worcester to Catshill bus service. I would recommend driving there, as there is a car park with at least one electric vehicle charge station. )

We ordered the mushrooms starter which was bland (no taste) and the bread was soggy. For mains I ordered chicken parmigiana - mine was awful just tasteless! My wife ordered the skewers which were ok. To drink I ordered Sauvignon New Zealand. It was like paint stripper. When i got the bill it said Neo. I drink this all the time that was not New Zealand Neo Sauvignon. It’s been newly refurbished and was busy when we visited. I wasn’t overly warm and although the ambience and decor looked like it should be cosy and warm, I wasn’t. We had the skewers and what there was, was tasty but just not enough for a main course. I’ve double checked to see if this is listed as a lite bite, but it isn’t and in my opinion should be. I had the pie of the day, unfortunately the pastry was extremely difficult to cut, especially the lid of the pie. The filling tasted nice but there just wasn’t enough. Dessert was the crumble, nice enough but the crumble was a bit stodgy. We were very looked after by our waitress, who was lovely and I will go back and try again because the pub itself is nice, hopefully the food will be better next time.

Overpriced pub grub.....no doubt trying to recover the refurb costs but its a little over-glorified for somewhere that's barely past the 'pub/restaurant' level. £17 quid for gammon & chips labelled as a "bacon chop" hilarious....but not on the pocket. I've seen better places fall by the wayside as a consequence of overpricing above its station....be interesting to see how this place fares over the next 12-18 months.

It’s says it’s Dog Friendly, but it isn’t, your made to feel unwelcome! We were looking forward to visiting the new refurbished Robin Hood, as it was my partners Birthday we thought it would be lovely, to celebrate by having the Sunday lunch. As we have a dog we pre booked as they say it’s “dog friendly” a table in the bar area. We were placed on a table of four when there were only two of us, which is fine and we thought nothing of it until later! We ordered food at the bar and to be fair it arrived quite quick. So was quite impressed, the food itself, we both had a trio of roasts, which came with a large portion of veg but already had two large carrots under the trio of meats. For the meat, the beef wasn’t even a slice and was very small, not even half a slice beef. There was a slice of turkey and a chunk of pork belly. Don’t get me wrong the meats tasted very nice, but the whole meal you got was overtaken by veg, too much really. So it’s misleading. But what we wasn’t impressed at, we had just finished our meal so just under an hour we were at the table and there were other people in the bar area, but we were asked by we think the manager, who asked if we could move as he wanted the table for 4 people who just turned up and not booked! His temperament implied basically we had no choice, because he said it was busy. I think we were caught off guard, we had a lady that was next to us who was on her own not eating just with a drink, who sat in between us and another couple at the end of her who were also eating. There were another two ladies on a 4 table who were eating, but were not asked but we were because we had a dog! We had spent about £80 just under an hour, and was about to order dessert, but we felt we forced out and made to feel uncomfortable like we just didn’t matter! The thing is, these establishments say they are dog friendly, but you are put in a corner where it’s dark, why is it dark? made to pay at the bar to order food. Where if you in the main bit of the pub they come and take your order! You are treated so differently. You could tell they don’t want them in there really but they are having to do it maybe because they will loose trade, because there are a lot more people now who have dogs. We were made to feel we didn’t matter, and it was awkward. The manager himself you can tell is not a people’s person, he made us feel that he was asking but telling us to move in the same tone. Just awful he should not be running an establishment if he doesn’t know how to talk to people! Awful! He wanted to squeeze as many in as possible! Didn’t matter we had pre booked, he could have asked the lady that was having a drink on her own to move and the two tables could have be joined together as she was just drinking. Not good at all and ruined the experience!

Not your usual review. We visited on a Wednesday evening and I didn't spend a penny. I didn't pay for my food, which wasn't served until way gone 10pm, but my friends and I had a great night, and all being well we will be back in the summer to do the same again. This is because tonight it was the Worcester Wednesday Darts League, and I being a designated driver for my team had the privilege of my drinks being paid for by my enthusiastic team mates. So an evening on the coke for me. This was our second visit to play against the White Hart Faithful, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. Whilst we emersed ourselves in a tense evening of darting competition down one end of the pub, a healthy sway of visiting customers occupied the remainder, and we're probably slightly amused by the moans, groans and cheers plus a few extras coming from our end of the building. Once we finished, it was well into the evening, most punters had long gone, and our excellent hosts brought out a late supper for the two darting teams. We we're treated to a platter of sausages and fries plus the most remarkable stew I have tasted for some time. It was an offering of pork, apple and mushroom mixed with a gorgeous blend of herbs and spices. It was so good it was seconds all round and not a scrap left. It was a satisfying end to an evening shared in a competative and friendly atmosphere amongst two great teams. Well done to everyone at the White Hart from the Bedwardine Bullseyes 🎯 We look forward to a return 👏

The cafe is very nice. The service and food is excellent and obviously well supported by local people. I would recommend.

This is a really nice pub and the food is wonderful. My only minor point is choice. I have been to lots of different carveries and this had a few less choices for example no mash, sweetcorn, broccoli or cauliflower. Otherwise honestly really nice.
