Food is really tasty and staff very friendly & professional. Came in yesterday. Hannah served me, she was really friendly and made a great cup of coffee.

Meet up with friends here for lunch or a coffee. Great menu, very kind and helpful staff. Will be returning.

Sent me wrong order I rang to see what can be done to have someone pretending to be a manager laughing about the situation, I rang back a second time got a apologie but left without food and must now wait 7 days for refund... if you want good service avoid this place..

Be very carefull, they regularly cancel an order stating a failed address verification even though I have over 20+ orders to the same address, they will take the money of your card first then after 5 minutes cancel the order and refund to your account wallet, I cant use the money in my account wallet and you have no way to ask for a refund on your card.

Decided to give this another go after our last disappointing experience six months ago. Unfortunately we wished we hadn't bothered. We went for a breakfast Friday morning. There were only 8 other people there. Service was quite quick and drinks arrived quickly. We could see our breakfasts were ready on the pass after the chef had rung the bell. The gentleman who was working looked at our food and walked straight past it. The chef finally rang the bell again. The three staff working knew that there was food there but nobody seemed to be picking it up. It finally got picked up when the chef rang the bell for the third time. The breakfasts arrived with cold beans in a cold dish. Rubbery cold hard eggs that looked they had been precooked from the day before and warmed up. Not even sure how to describe the bacon. Oddest looking bacon I've ever seen. The sausages were hot and so were the hash browns. The toast was burnt but the chef had kindly scraped as much of the burnt bit off as he could. Tiny tiny cold mushrooms. And then to top it all I found a black hair on my plate and when I looked at the chef he had no hair on his head but he had a very big bushy black beard. Come on chef basic hygiene rules cover your beard with a net. A really disappointing visit to this restaurant. They just don't seem to get it right. Definitely won't be giving it another chance.

A very poorly managed business who treat their staff poorly and with disrespect. I doubt this business will be around much longer, or the staff, who actually work hard and carry the management at this restaurant. I know of a few staff at this restaurant who have had enough of the manager, who simply cannot effectively manage this restaurant, or the staff, and it’s on a downward spiral. Some staff are allowed to get away with things whist others are being made an example of. Too many young “team leaders” are in positions and shouldn’t be. It’s one rule for one and one rule for another. The senior leadership team needs to step in and save the restaurant before it collapses, or the staff walk out. The restaurant is on a downward spiral and it’s a shame.

Really different experience. Some of the food chains you'd find in inner cities. All sold out of one restaurant. We had breakfast and coffee under the umbrella of 'Eds dinner' and i can happily tell you it was miles better than my last experience of 'Ed's Diner' Food was basic but really enjoyable, service was friendly but not overly attentive. Just what you want for a casual impromptu breakfast.

The drinks that we ordered were fine. Service was quite slow. The whole decor is quite clinical and uninviting. Furthermore, the tables and sides were sticky, leading me to believe that it needs a good clean. No music playing in the background, just an annoying tannoy which frequently interrupts conversations. For a cafe inside sainsburys, I expected more.

I patronised this establishment because i required food and drink. I ordered a chicken salad and a cup of tea. The salad was edible and the tea was wet. The salad and tea satiated my thirst and hunger. The service was adequate. I was served by a woman named Becky. She took my order correctly and charged me the exact amount of money the meal was priced at. The interaction was efficient. The amosphere was quiet enough to allow me to eat my food without distraction. A couple next to me did talk about how great their little child was, because he had learnt to count, like most children do, other than that the amosphere was acceptable.

We have been here many times for breakfast, dinner and drinks. Kids love the milkshakes. Only criticism is the loud tannoy system for the shop floor

My food didn't turn up people who ordered after me got there food first and all I ordered was fries so had to complain and I wasn't on the system for my order.

Popped in for breakfast at about 9am. Staff very helpful and pleasant, particularly Sam. Good breakfast and great service.

The ham & cheese toastie needs less cheese & more ham. Overall, the café is pretty good. Surprised there aren't more in here.

travelled to try this out and wasn’t even open. What restaurant closes at 6pm? Dinner time? No advertising online of their opening hours. Upon reading other reviews may have been a blessing in disguise

Awful, delivery didn't turn up at all, no communication from the restaurant, we had to cancel it ourselves after 80 minutes. The number online leads to an automated line, that has no live help and will simply end the call if the automatic service can't help you. Don't order from them.

We have always had a lovely time here. Polite friendly service, the milkshakes are amazing, and the veggie breakfast is always yummy. Really good value too. The only criticism would be that there's not a huge range and things aren't always in stock. But that's not necessarily the fault of the restaurant. But apart from that it's lovely! Very clean too :)

You advised slim chickens but you can’t offer the food, what is the point!

Food was ok but service was dire Didn’t have half of the menu in stock asked for a cream tea and was asked if I wanted a scone with it 🤔 Wanted a chicken sandwich but no buns Had a chicken strips meal and a kids chicken strip meal Brought us someone else’s meal when I said it was wrong I was argued with and was told it was right Went up to counter and “manager” who was communicating in broken English hadn’t got much of a clue about being a manager no sorry or explanation I had to look on the screen and point out what was my order Still no apology Not a great experience if I’m honest

the staff was poor really moody and had a problem with everything. really dont reccomend poor food aswell

The food was raw and was freezing cold. After waiting over 30 minutes for the food to be cooked, the food was raw and dripping with blood. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone no matter how hungry you were.
