Domino's Pizza - Stourport-on-Severn in Wyre Forest

Food is great, I never have an issue with my food order. The only reoccurring problem is they can never find my house, my adress is always given correct i even add driver instructions for added peace of mind however they never find me. When speaking to the store they said their driver uses google maps but subsequently the delivery driver told me otherwise wise and said they use a map via the dominos app. Its not fair to keep receiving cold food because the delivery driver cant locate new post codes on their app. Please look into using google maps as this isnt the first comment ive saw with a similar issue.

Food never arrived tracked the driver to two streets away from our house never attempted to find our address. Admittedly i accidentally put one wrong number on my phone details but for the driver to just go and say it's been delivered without even driving down our road is very poor. Paid by card refused to re deliver or refund said we had to collect but wasn't possible. Ordered from there lots of times previously with no issues. £30 down the drain never retuning.

Good place to eat friendly staff

Delivery driver was absolutely lovely! he double checked I had everything before he left, the only problem was they forgot my drink but at 10:30pm what can you expect 🤷🏼‍♀️ food was delicious but the bacon on my pizza was raw 😬

Ordered some pizzas and sides yesterday on phone, the CSR was great and a very helpful girl, suggested some good deals and offers and the prices were very convenient. Fast service with delicious pizzas. Going to order again👍.

Stourport is best…product quality is better than bromsgrove and droitwich.

The driver was very friendly and the pizzas arrived quickly and still hot. The pizzas themselves were very tasty.

Spent £100 on pizza for a birthday gathering, my newphews came with peperoni on although we ordered just cheese as he is vegetarian, we called up they confirmed they had made a mistake but would no send another pizza out, spoken to like we were stupid although they made the mistake!! Worst branch ever!!

I love dominos and this restaurant is no exception always great pizzas love the crust and I love the four slice pizza option if you just want a small bite to eat gotta have the garlic and herb dip it's amazing

Worst company !!!! over charged on food and would not give a refund , told me i would have to contact the complaints department, staff were really unhelp full , more interested in talking to each other. Sent complaint off and no reply . would advise to eat elsewhere. After nearly a week of emails and been asked the same questions which obviously no one really understands there job I've now got trading standards involved.

I also hear they mangle the pizzas when they deliver. I was not given my whole order then spoken too like I was stupid for questioning it. The printer hadn’t printed the whole order but they didn’t acknowledge my receipt or order code. Only resolved when a different member of staff took time to actually look on their system for my order (it took less than a minute but the main cashier wouldn’t do it). It’s Dominos, you get what you get, you either fancy it or you don’t. But the new fries are an embarrassment to potato products and were served cold. Walk a mile in any direction and you’ll probably find another Dominos and it’ll probably be better. Previous order in photo. I didn’t know they served calzones.

great food from here, staff are so kind and, prices are fair and definitely worth the money

Ordered a delivery after long day at work hence takeaway and then watched the total incompetence unfold from my armchair whilst looking out my window as the driver, even after I described cars on drive, didn't find us...Well you wouldn't would you, if you drive down a lane at 80mph and don't even look up anyone's drive...Dominoes we would appreciate it, if you would give yout driver's a bit of guidance on how to find places as with all the technology these days, there's no excuse not to find where any one lives

These guys need to close, never busy because it’s ridiculously expensive. Not talking expensive generally, just for the amount of food you get! I mean 9.5” pizza for £16.99….. No.

Pizza is always good and the manager is good as well

Ordered 2 Pizzas 1 Garlic Bread and what i can only describe as the tiniest Chicken wings I've ever seen £55.43 . This is Bread, with a small amount of Topping, thats all ,haven't used for ages, probably won't use again, it wasn't exactly the best Pizza I've ever had. Sorry will not be using again you are not Value for Money, in my opinion.

Domino’s Pizza stour Port. on seven absolutely disgraceful Pizza was cold hardly any topping on the dough, sticky wasn’t even cooked properly customer service was disgraceful. I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was too busy to deal with a complaint absolute joke. He was too busy on his phone. Dominoes need to retrain the manager of Stour Port branch I believe his name is Mandear

Very little cheese on all the pizzas, way smaller than before

Good pizza but there was onion on mine, which I had asked to be left off as I'm intolerant. I also just think domino's has become so overpriced. It's really hard to get a decent deal on just one pizza and without a deal, they're double the price of other pizza places.

One of the delivery drivers pack my food loosely and handed me each wrap with his bare hands and then the packaging. I have pictures to prove it absolute disgusting. It is a contamination breach

Worst pizza I have ever eaten it tasted like it had come out the microwave the chicken was raw shortly after eating me and my girlfriend had gotten bad food poisoning and uncontrollable vomiting do not recommend

1 hr 30 mins after placing my order I have just had to cancel as they hadn’t even started it. This branch cannot handle it when volume spikes, and seem to fall apart

Outstanding standards of service and quality, staff have always been please to on the phone, in store and delivery drivers. (would be great if the menu had vegan cheese that could go with the Gluten Free base, then I could have a takeaway with my wife who has Celiac disease and also has lactose intolerance)

Absolute shambles this place just wait waited over 2 hours for our food to come at first they don't take our adress then the order isn't on the system... By the time our food came were wernt even hungry they were very rude also don't use these please waste of money

Ordered a double decadence and even though I asked them to make sure they put the cheese sauce in the middle which it's meant to have and they didn't put any I rang them up and they sent a new ne but again no sauce which I showed to the delivery person and even they agreed I will never go to the Stourport one again stick to Kidderminster one 😡

Great food as expected from a Dominos business. Fast service and friendly staff. Would recommend from a quick snack up to a party meal!
