Called in for breakfast this morning with hubby. We had the full veggie breakfast as usual. Content of breakfast was usual with reasonable portion size. However our problem was that most of the components were luke warm and must have been precooked and left under some kind of warmer in the kitchen. I would be surprised if the food temperature met safe food hygiene standards. Absolutely not good enough today. Very disappointing. Should be a lot better

Great food, fairly good prices, but oh so slow. Twice now we have waited over 30 minuets for the food to come out, which is not good when you have 1 hour for lunch.

Monkswood Way Roaring Meg Retail ParkAdmittedly, haven't been to a BK in years. Is it my imagination or have the "whoppers" and portion of fries shrunk? The burger seems less "flame-grilled" tasting like I remember and the fries less tasty. Has the recipe changed? Service was alright though. Interior clean but looking tired.

20 The HydeThe owner Mohammed hang up on me when i was waiting for 1 hour 30 mins, he said it will arrive in 10 mins time and ended it, I call again in 15 mins time and he says sorry. the food still doesnt arrive. i placed the delivery early [6pm] on purpose to ensure the food comes in time. Driver finally comes 2 hours 15 mins later, he says its not my fault the restaurant sent me to harpenden???? how is this my issue? poor service, poor excuses. who even delivers to harpenden which is a 15+ mile radius from the restaurant?!?!?!!!?!?!?
