There was only one customer other than us at Burger King and they preferred to eat outside, which we went to in the afternoon on 01July2024. My wife and I bought 2 Whoper menus and paid an extra 1 pound each for a large fry. We were shocked when we saw the potatoes coming! We specifically asked the employee if this was a big potato and he showed us the big package and did nothing. I've never seen such nonsense, it was like a comedy. We tried Burger King for the first time after a long time, but we regretted it. We also chose to eat in but they gave us a take away package. There was a garbage disposal bin in the corner where we sat so that it would be next to the window, there was a bad smell and ants filled the garbage. The toilets are equally dirty and obviously not cleaned carefully. We understood better why the shop was empty. Never again!!!

Bad service. Unprepared, rude employees, terrible delivery service. I don't recommend ordering via app for thirty minutes of waiting. There is no specialized manager.

Visited Burger King tonight. I was served by a really friendly girl called kelly. She was so helpful with answering my queries on allergens that I have to be careful with, I really appreciated how patient she was and the time she gave me. The food was great!

Disabled toilet red cord tied, slip hazards, blood on toilet floors, multiple health and safety issues.

'Sorry I forgot your order' was what my wife got from this imcompetent establishment. Pregnant wife waited 30mins in her car to be told that we forgot about your order. It was only when the lady was serving another car that my wife called her over to ask about the order.

Never get everything you order. Order is normally messed up. Four times now we've ended up with something missing or something completely wrong. Not worth going there. Think this was the last time we're ordering there. If you do make sure you check your order once you get it.

I have not been in burger king for a while but today it was a great day to get back to it!!! This lovely lady working there made the experience even better by helping me out use the app and save some cash while enjoying their delicious food!!!! Will definitely be back soon :). Burgers so much better than the other big chain. Plenty of choice of drinks, not as noisy as others either. Great place to have lunch and chill.

Good quality and friendly staff

Other than having to wait almost 10mins for our order, the food was fine. It's just a shame that priority seems to be made for drive through and deliveries as apposed to the customer standing in store.

deeply upset, while ordering the worker couldn’t hear me when i was ordering anc didn’t remember my spicy mayo yet i payed for it , ordered onion rings for me instead of cheese bites and was laughing at me while i was correcting him and forget to give me straws!, the service was terrible but the food was lovely

We came through the drive through on Saturday they had lots of staff and was very efficient. There was a football match so they were prepared.

The table needed wiping down after people had left they were sticking and had all crumbs over them

Staff used to be rude and get orders wrong, restaurant was dirty. New management have really turned this place around with better staff and the restaurant looks great. New self service machines installed. Keep up the good work mates.

Food good. Everything else typical BK experience so slow service, untidy/clean restaurant, either cold or hot in summer. Strangely you cannot buy a ham or cheese burger! They only sell meals and not individual items. Madness. Update latest visit even food was poor, awful dirty disgusting place. Staff disrespectful. Avoid

It was ok. But my main complaint is that although we paid for soft drinks (bottomless), they tasted like medicine or watered down fizzy drink. Wasn't expecting this from a huge brand like Burger king. Either fix the machine, change your policy or don't serve them if you are charging customers for them.

Bloody ridiculous that they don’t put the heating on in the restaurant area. Despite trying to wolf my food down as I was freezing, it had gone cold before I’d even gotten half way. Entirely unpleasant experience.

Ordered on the electronic screen in the restaurant, but got served the wrong items. Not quick enough at wiping down the tables so lots of them were dirty. Overall, not worth the money you pay for as all very over priced.

When you eat at this place is feeling like you eat on top of mountains, is very cold inside and you are freezing while you wait your orders that are coming out soooooo late even if is not crowded. Bad atmosphere to eat in .

How this place is still going is beyond me... The place is dirty from top to bottom, staff don't seem like they want to be there. Food is tasteless and cold... It's the same when you order with just eat or Uber takes ages to come and stone cold when it turns up. It's always empty inside and that speaks volumes...

Currently showing as not having anything available for delivery on their app but other branches have everything - have they not paid their supplier bill?? Perhaps they need to rename this branch No Burgers King. Not answering phone either

Love the variety of BK over McDonald's, the prices are approaching Five Guys prices though (over £10 for a BK double burger meal). This location was generally clean and quick food service.

l waited almost 25 mins for order, they have queue for delivery’s guys almost 10 of them standing and waiting and also people who was waiting to order, and there was only one person who’s serving at the front…

Management should really take a look at Stevenage FC fixtures. Under staffed, long waits, and rude staff.

Order frequently incorrect (drive-thru) however staff are quick and willing to correct.

This place needs new staff, he kept watching our little girls at the front. He’s an African male who looks in his mid 40s.

Ok, as a Burger King goes. Went 2 pm on a Saturday, match day too, and it was not too busy. Service was steady. Tables needed a wipe down, they were mostly dirty. There is a drive thru and outside seating.

Awful food, which is really bad for you. I struggle to understand why people eat here, especially on a Sunday Lunchtime. What an absolute treat and life lesson for the children.

I’m a big fan of Burger King but this branch in Stevenage sucks. The staff are rude and unhelpful staff. Service is slow. Air conditioning isnt on/working on the hottest day of the year. They advertise free stuff via the app but this store don’t use/allow the app. During my meal two people went to the counter to complain and based on the other reviews I didn’t just catch them on a bad day….

Pound for pound , the best burger in Town. Drive through could be quicker... Sitting in was alright, reasonably quick service.

No self order kiosks (hate those anyways). Service was very efficient. We got our food within 5 minutes. Trusty old whopper. Not sure what was the point of getting "large" meal. Seems the same drink size and maybe 3 more pieces of chips than the regular order beloved got. Will skip that option next time. Toilets were in very unsanitary condition (avoid those).

Just had quite an abrupt drive through lady seems quite rude as we ordered food when we got to the window we were ordered to" Go over there " as she pointed to the car park 15 mins later nothing happened so I went in to find my cold food on the counter without the sauce and a regular instead of a large meal also ordered one regular coke and 2 diet but got 3 diet I will go somewhere else in future

Many years since been in..will be not returning again.. choice on menu not varied, staff not the best, toilets dirty, and the drink area a mess and one machine don't work... needs to be given a shake up...

Tables need redone, staff needs training, venue needing a refurbishment. .

Disappointed overall, food nothing special, haos one person was serving and running like a crazy to deal with all , other staff was walking like on fbe beach not at work, finally after 30 min of waiting for my order we get the food. We come out so angry , my husband wants to give up and leave all but this was to much £40 for few things. We drive off and share the food and ....box of nuggets missing we couldn't believe it we wait for so long spend a lot end up with missing food. Cleanness not good either, water on floor next to drink dispenser, place not for recommendation at all .....we will never go back for sure... I just feel sorry for the lady who was serving everyone and her work mates was enjoying themselves.....
