RAW CHICKEN IN MY BEEF BURGER. I took a couple bites and then caught something slimes and weird and upon spitting it out I found a peice of raw chicken. The staff were very rude and tried denying it, attempting to say it was a tomato. They never apologised and I had to ask for a refund. I no longer trust the food safety standards here as this was 100% raw chicken in my cooked beef burger. I am stuck on the toilet now and feel sick to the stomach. I no longer recommend eating here purely because you can't trust the safety of the food. Staff must be poorly trained in customer service and in basic hygiene and safety practices. I will be looking into where and who to report this to so an investigation can be triggered to stop this happening to someone else.

New visit update: No sharer box option on self serve kiosk. No option to pay by cash on kiosk. People who pay at till do not get loyalty points, WHY? Got charged for a dip despite not asking for one and the sharer box coming with 2. Filthy tables. Freezing cold restaurant. Burger so cold in the middle the cheese wasn't even melting. Watered down freestyle drinks. Definitely avoiding this branch despite the previous good visit. Clearly gone backwards. Quite busy for a change! Seem to have more staff now which is good. Sadly an obsession with getting people to order on the self serve terminals. Couldn't get the same order on the self serve terminal as on the App so had to use both! Had to then goto the till to get my discount! Menu is now not displayed on the over head screens which is very annoying and they also clear your order as being ready as soon as it comes onto the collection screen, absute nightmare for people like myself who are hard of hearing. Freestyle drinks were flat and warm but food was good.

A very conveniently located popular fast food chain. The order on the tablet was quick and the food arrived promptly. The car park can get extremely busy.

They Gave my food to someone else. When the lady said this isnt my meal Then tried giving me that same meal when the lady returned it. She ate the chips. When I did get my food, it was stone cold. Staff was very poor 3 people serving 1 customer. Waited over 5 mins to get served. Stay well clear of letchworth branch very poor direction, staff had no clue what to do. There was only 6 of us in the whole restaurant. Speaks volumes. I would give this a minus star if it would let me.

Even though they close at 12 we drove 35 minutes here and their doors were locked and no one on the drive thru been sat waiting for 5 minutes other people also waiting, I think they’ve just decided to close early!

Annoyingly I like Burger King but the staff are so rude and have no customer service skills to save their lives. I am always disappointed with the service there so don’t expect anything more. Sad we only have the one in Stevenage as this definitely makes me go else where even when I’m feeling it. Even the delivery drivers have had arguments in front of everyone due to not being organised and having orders ready when there is literally no one waiting one delivery driver said he was waiting over and hour for one meal.

Slowest service, used to be good but these days fast food isn't fast enough, Workers work slow, stay lazy, kept enjoying their conversation and food preparation is on slowest speed possible. As delivery driver visit very often and some workers sincere with their job do the job, rest of management just come to enjoy their time and get paid.

Shame they're trying to force everyone to use ordering screens that are a pain to use, repeatedly don't register screen presses which means it's takes multiple minutes to place an order that only takes 30 seconds to place and pay for at the counter All in all I'd say the terminals are not for for purpose

Vegan Royale is tasty. Mayo tastes like original. Always fills me up for lunch. Service has always been quick here even at lunch time. Prices are quite high but I often find a deal on the app.

You know what your getting- the large chips are too small - and hardly any frozen ice in the ice smoothy.

I normally visit the drive-thru with mixed results but I do like the food when it's right and some of the king saver items are great. Staff often seem uninterested, miserable or just plain rude. And I've had whoppers with mayo or ketchup and missing most of the salad, and just lukewarm or cold burgers. This time, I wanted to use the delivery as there was an offer for two for £12.99, ordered at 5.39PM on a Thursday. Two and a half hours later, the order still wasn't on the way when I finally managed to speak with someone to cancel. I spoke with the 'restaurant' around just under 2 hours into waiting and they let me know they had no order details of mine and there was nothing they could do (despite my order changing to preparing here and there via the app). I then spoke with Uber Eats who said it wasn't on them and told me to contact Burger King instead. I eventually found another Uber Eats line to call or whatever is on the email and they said it'd only be another 5-10 minutes, despite this being the 4th or maybe 5th driving going to 'collect' my order. Barely an apology and no offer of a voucher or anything. Awful experience - it's on me for going back despite the staff and inconsistent food, but a joke, nonetheless. I'll stick to Mcdonald's and other establishments instead.

The food is what you expect from Burger King. I think it is expensive for what it is. This restaurant was practically empty on the Sunday afternoon i was there. The decor is probably the original from when the store opened. Could do with a revamp to breath some new life into the place

Staff didn't care we were there, tables were messy. A charge for mayonnaise, but not for ketchup? They also refused to supply tops for the drinks cups so we couldn't take them away.

Main entrance door dirty, tables and children's highchairs have dried food stuck to them. Ordering screens broken and staff at counter not willing to take orders. Items on menu not available but you are only told this after placing and paying for your order. No Lipton's Ice Tea in drinks machine. Absolutely disgusting level of hygiene and very poor customer service with plenty of staff just milling around and doing nothing. Will never go into a Burger King again as this franchise branch obviously doesn't care about the image of the company they represent. Please avoid!

It’s a nice restaurant, good food and reasonable prices, not our first time there we are regular customers. We went yesterday, it was a hot summer day, extremely hot , boiling in the restaurant, the place was full , many kids , old people but no fans , no air conditioning, no even ventilation, all doors are shut , I asked the staff if they can open the AC but they answered we don’t have AC. It was a horrible experience due to hot weather so don’t go there in summer hot days or you will be risking your life.

Absolutely love a Burger King Angus burger. Was waiting a little longer than expected. Manager sent a message to call Stevenage restaurant as in item was no longer available. Speak to this absolutely charming funny Australian manager… literally he was amazing. Brilliant customer service but literally made our day with his amazing humour! Awful 😖 never again . Staff unhelpful clearly inconvenience to them . Cued no one acknowledged me standing Waiting. I raised my voice to ask for advice . Female came over I asked her if I could pay for my order as I had started it on my phone but I then pay at cashier. She said no do it on machine I said I don't use that machine. I always start it on my phone then the cashier does it for me takes my cash. No adamant machine needed to be used. She then called hughie and he repeated the same use the machine . He also told me he was busy ... clearly I was an inconvenience. In the end I was so embarrassed I just walked out. I'm registered vision impaired and can't use the machine ...I can talk into my phone to place my order ... staff in other burger king branches always help me. Sorry but more training and awareness understanding with your please not just for people like me but for everyone.

She was very off ...she called hughie and he then said same again use machine I explained that I always use the cashier who does my order for me . Hughie said he was busy . in the end I felt very embarrassed and obviously was an inconvenience to them. I walked out . Never again will use the stevenage branch of burger king 😒

Nice spot, came a hour after opening time. Slow service but still good. Food was warm . Maybe give drinks when the foods ready as when given before the food filled up before food even come 😂.

There was only one customer other than us at Burger King and they preferred to eat outside, which we went to in the afternoon on 01July2024. My wife and I bought 2 Whoper menus and paid an extra 1 pound each for a large fry. We were shocked when we saw the potatoes coming! We specifically asked the employee if this was a big potato and he showed us the big package and did nothing. I've never seen such nonsense, it was like a comedy. We tried Burger King for the first time after a long time, but we regretted it. We also chose to eat in but they gave us a take away package. There was a garbage disposal bin in the corner where we sat so that it would be next to the window, there was a bad smell and ants filled the garbage. The toilets are equally dirty and obviously not cleaned carefully. We understood better why the shop was empty. Never again!!!

Bad service. Unprepared, rude employees, terrible delivery service. I don't recommend ordering via app for thirty minutes of waiting. There is no specialized manager.
