Burger King in Stevenage

Rubbish staff, manager is always perving around the young girls while customers wait, food was lukewarm, rest of the staff were fine seems the manager is distracting them, nonsense in a workplace

The food and service were great!

Their service is quite good . And the stuff is really friendly.

Order for collection where initially didn’t give me pickup number saying an item from this cant be collected and then i have to place again then i got confirmed when i checked my order history it has two orders at same time. Went in store and spoke to manager saying it charged me twice and i asked for only one order he said to contact BK support online been more than two week no one replied. Its completely stupid that make me charged twice and iam asking for refund and not even return mail for it. I need this sorted out asap it 40£ meal

Stevenage look a burger is a burger, ten times better than mcds... so its a good place to eat.

Last three visits have been quite bad, first of the three they gave my food to someone else and I had to wait for it all over again, not even a sorry, second they got the order wrong completely then argued over it, and today's was that all the drink had almost zero syrup and was just soda water, they ignored my concern over this, I threw away was what left and will not return to burgerking again.

Burger King never disappoints! The Whopper was juicy and flavorful, the fries were hot and crispy, and everything was served fast and fresh. Great customer service and clean environment. Perfect spot for a quick and tasty meal!

Worst of all, cold snack, soggy potatoes, soda looks like river water, dirty place, definitely don't come here if you don't want to get an intestinal infection.

Food is great. I had a quicker meal in drive thru, thanks to the expertise of AKALYA for the superb customer service.

Just now visited burger King with my friend and ordered Royale and crispychicken meal, taste was amazing.

Visited Burger King the day before yesterday and tried the Chicken Royale and Crispy Chicken meal—absolutely loved it! The Chicken Royale was juicy with that perfect smoky flavor, and the Crispy Chicken was fresh, crunchy, and satisfying. Great portion sizes and quick service too. Definitely coming back for more!

Just visited Burger King and tried the Whopper – and wow, it did not disappoint! The flame-grilled flavor really stands out, and the ingredients were super fresh. The patty was juicy, the veggies were crisp, and everything was perfectly balanced. Easily one of the best fast food burgers I’ve had in a while. Definitely coming back for another one soon!

I visit this place more often with friends and my family. The flavors and portions are out of this world. Never disappoints.

This place needs to be avoided. The staff are the worst, zero customer service. The food was actually alright, but looking over the counter, I can't imagine the hygiene rating.

Very slow service and disorganised. Kept releasing part orders. Our slushies had melted by the time we got our food, waited around 20 mins

Cold burger, stale fries and no milkshake

Waiting for 10 mins after the order sign claimed my food was ready. Lots of drive thru customers get their orders, then they had to cook some chips as they had run out.

I arrived at Burger King Stevenage drive through sat for 10 mins no one answered drove round to the window the man looked at us and ignored us. So I got out and went in he said the till is not working for drive through. I mentioned someone needed to put a sign up as we had been waiting. Waited to order as was just ignored! My partner came in and he served us went to get our drinks from the machine it wasn’t working. Had to wait for the machine to be fixed. Finally got our food and took it to the car took one bite it was all stone cold.£30 worth of food and not one thing was even warm. Took it back in and he said he will cook it again, so I waited gave me what he said was fresh items and took it back to the car the chips was warm and the chilli cheese bites were warm the burgers were still stone cold! At this point it went in the bin as they are just rude and I had waited long enough. The new items were still not freshly cooked as they were taken out a warming tray which have obviously been cooked hours ago. This is very poor and would not be returning again.

There was great service, and the food was freshly made and quickly

This one is located in a retail park with plenty of free parking. It was quite quiet when we visited so there were plenty of empty tables. Ordering is via the giant screens or your mobile. We did not have to wait too long for our food. You can have it bought to your table. They seem to work with a skeleton crew, sadly that means there is no-one to clear and wipe the tables. Also someone needs to check the drinks dispenser. It does not seem to work and the coke option spray syrup everywhere. Anyway, the main purpose of the visit is for food and their whopper is so good. Their chips is good also. Shame they don’t do milkshakes anymore. Would I visit again, definitely.

Admittedly, haven't been to a BK in years. Is it my imagination or have the "whoppers" and portion of fries shrunk? The burger seems less "flame-grilled" tasting like I remember and the fries less tasty. Has the recipe changed? Service was alright though. Interior clean but looking tired.

Worst service, they will take hours to prepare your food

30 damn pence for a pott of dip ??????????? Given the HIGHER COST of the meals compared to the Golden Arch seriously .......

Visited on Sunday early evening as shops were starting to shut down and park becoming quite. We got our food with in 5 mins with good service and quality.. Toilets were very clean

Cold food, missing items, slow service when the place was not busy at all.

First, they didn't warn us it was cash only. We spent 5 minutes at the kiosk to then have to order at the counter. There was no queue to order and we still had to wait. Again not so many people and they took 15 minutes for 3 burgers with fries( one of the meals was made large without us asking for it).Seeing all of this we checked the bags and one of the burgers was missing, but even before checking the employee said not possible when it was true. Overall I would not recommend!

My wife and I recently visited this Burger King branch, and while the food was passable, the overall experience left much to be desired. The service felt indifferent at best—staff didn’t seem engaged or welcoming, which made for an uninviting atmosphere. One particularly frustrating issue was the DIY drink dispensers. They had two of them, similar to what you’d find at Five Guys, but both only dispensed Coca-Cola. There was no clear signage to indicate this, which was frustrating—something as simple as a handwritten note would have saved us the hassle. As for the food, my Whopper meal was disappointing. It lacked freshness and was far too dry. My wife’s Chicken Royale was "okay," but nothing special. Another downside compared to other fast-food chains is the lack of a self-serve condiments station. Unlike most McDonald's locations, where you can grab ketchup, napkins, and other essentials yourself, here, everything extra comes at an added cost. The atmosphere was also lacking—almost lifeless. Some background music would go a long way in making the space feel more inviting rather than dull and uninspiring. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this branch of Burger King. If you're in the area, you'd be better off heading to Nando’s across the road instead.

Disgusting service! I ordered 2 meals and 2 drinks, 1 was a shake. I ordered it for delivery, when it arrived the shake was seeping through the bag. I phoned the restaurant to clarify how the shakes are packed before taking my complaint to Just Eat and was told they are put in with the food, and not separated, crazy thing to do knowing the milkshake carton will tip over on journey and spill into food, fuming by the unbothered attitude by the restaurant

Bog standard limited edition Chicken Royal Burger meal thing! A limited edition burger that cost over 12 pounds for a burger meal that was it was absolutely tasteless! The chips were cold dry soggy. I would have been better off buying McDonald's value burgers because at least you know what flavour you're getting! Seriously, it is one of the blandest Burgers I have ever had in my life. Rip-off prices and nasty food. avoid

RAW CHICKEN IN MY BEEF BURGER. I took a couple bites and then caught something slimes and weird and upon spitting it out I found a peice of raw chicken. The staff were very rude and tried denying it, attempting to say it was a tomato. They never apologised and I had to ask for a refund. I no longer trust the food safety standards here as this was 100% raw chicken in my cooked beef burger. I am stuck on the toilet now and feel sick to the stomach. I no longer recommend eating here purely because you can't trust the safety of the food. Staff must be poorly trained in customer service and in basic hygiene and safety practices. I will be looking into where and who to report this to so an investigation can be triggered to stop this happening to someone else.

New visit update: No sharer box option on self serve kiosk. No option to pay by cash on kiosk. People who pay at till do not get loyalty points, WHY? Got charged for a dip despite not asking for one and the sharer box coming with 2. Filthy tables. Freezing cold restaurant. Burger so cold in the middle the cheese wasn't even melting. Watered down freestyle drinks. Definitely avoiding this branch despite the previous good visit. Clearly gone backwards. Quite busy for a change! Seem to have more staff now which is good. Sadly an obsession with getting people to order on the self serve terminals. Couldn't get the same order on the self serve terminal as on the App so had to use both! Had to then goto the till to get my discount! Menu is now not displayed on the over head screens which is very annoying and they also clear your order as being ready as soon as it comes onto the collection screen, absute nightmare for people like myself who are hard of hearing. Freestyle drinks were flat and warm but food was good.

A very conveniently located popular fast food chain. The order on the tablet was quick and the food arrived promptly. The car park can get extremely busy.

They Gave my food to someone else. When the lady said this isnt my meal Then tried giving me that same meal when the lady returned it. She ate the chips. When I did get my food, it was stone cold. Staff was very poor 3 people serving 1 customer. Waited over 5 mins to get served. Stay well clear of letchworth branch very poor direction, staff had no clue what to do. There was only 6 of us in the whole restaurant. Speaks volumes. I would give this a minus star if it would let me.

Even though they close at 12 we drove 35 minutes here and their doors were locked and no one on the drive thru been sat waiting for 5 minutes other people also waiting, I think they’ve just decided to close early!

Annoyingly I like Burger King but the staff are so rude and have no customer service skills to save their lives. I am always disappointed with the service there so don’t expect anything more. Sad we only have the one in Stevenage as this definitely makes me go else where even when I’m feeling it. Even the delivery drivers have had arguments in front of everyone due to not being organised and having orders ready when there is literally no one waiting one delivery driver said he was waiting over and hour for one meal.

Burger King experience never is great there but this time was spot on. Quite busy but served very quickly!

Slowest service, used to be good but these days fast food isn't fast enough, Workers work slow, stay lazy, kept enjoying their conversation and food preparation is on slowest speed possible. As delivery driver visit very often and some workers sincere with their job do the job, rest of management just come to enjoy their time and get paid.

Shame they're trying to force everyone to use ordering screens that are a pain to use, repeatedly don't register screen presses which means it's takes multiple minutes to place an order that only takes 30 seconds to place and pay for at the counter All in all I'd say the terminals are not for for purpose

Vegan Royale is tasty. Mayo tastes like original. Always fills me up for lunch. Service has always been quick here even at lunch time. Prices are quite high but I often find a deal on the app.

You know what your getting- the large chips are too small - and hardly any frozen ice in the ice smoothy.
