The Red Fort Indian Restaurant in Tewkesbury

Very nice place good friendly staff

This isn't called the Red Fort anymore its now the Balti Palace and wow the food here is fantastic.. the other Indian restaurants in Tewkesbury now need to pull there fingers out to keep up with this place ! The prices are good too

I ordered a takeaway last night and when the food turned up.i was very disappointed with food as the curry didnt look very appetizing at all then when we tasted it it tasted vile the popadums tasted like wall paper paste and the so called chicken tasted as dry as a nuns crutch so chucked it straight in the bin and telephoned the red fort for a full refund which I went and collected. This is a total shame as in the past I've had good curries from here but this has totally out me off now and won't be using again

Just finished a delicious takeaway from Red Fort and would highly recommend. My husband ventured to try a new dish (after some encouragement) and was pleasantly surprised to enjoy something with spice! You can tell the ingredients are fresh and high quality, not overly oily or sugary, but rich full flavours. Starters and naans also very tasty. Lovely service and a gorgeous meal, easily excellent value. We will definitely be ordering again!
