wednesday order nice and quiet ordered a 10 inch pizza and a kebab with their red chilli chilli, a portion of chips and 5 off the bone chicken strips arrival was really fast pizza was ok but not fantastic bit greasy chips were fries so take note the chicken strips very dry the kebab was a do it yourself style the special chilli sauce was amazingly explosive you may notice from the pics but when i picked up the chilli the lid blew off in my hand upon inspection noticed it was fermenting (in their defence i do have to say the weather was the warmest this year)

Yes yes yes ! I recommend to everyone who likes kebab and pizza 🍕. Friendly stuff, excellent customer service and awesome kebab. 😎 Love it guys

Usually I go there on Friday or Saturday night, to get there some food during the party and every time there is excellent customer service, very friendly people work there, and food is so yummy, especially kebab and pizza.

The food is good. Can be a little slow sometimes but if you're willing to wait then it shouldn't be a problem. It is also halal as well. Many choices on the menu. Cleanliness can be improve

One of the worst places for customer service. Me and my husband have been vomitting and had stomatch pains. My husband ordered a pizza and donner from there and it was old donner, we were entitled to a sauce with our donner and when we asked for it he said why do we want it for free and then i said on just eat says you get pitta and a sauce with it. The man over the counter is very rude and has very poor customer service skills. I was a regular customer before the new management and thought I would try the new food, worst mistake!! And a waste of money

First time ordering from here and first time ordering a Naanbab, the food was absolutely unreal, one of the best takeaways I have ever had, on top of this my food was delivered 40 minutes earlier than expected which was great. My new favourite place to order!.

Chips were extremely soft, the pizza was cold, the pizza was completely yellow from the cheese so you could taste nothing else, and was given the wring drink. Overpriced for what I received.

Your food use to be really good an nice an warm an the manager resolved an takes complain seriously but problem repeat again its a shame the standards have dropped i use to be a regular an spent anything between £20 up £40 but not going to order again will go somewhere eles not happy

absolutely disgusting. the food was late, the chicken burger was pink!!!! The chips were stale and the cheese burger was burnt would not re-order or recommend.

Terrible quality. Nanbab was dripping in grease, also tasted terrible. Pizza had a very strange metallic taste. Also looked like it had been dropped as it was all at one side of the box.

restaurant added 30 mins to delivery time so took 1 hr 20 to come, when it arrived large pizzas were of a good size however the dough was more like a slice of bread so thick and just weird , the chicken bites tasted like sfc chicken poppers the £1 out of Iceland, the chicken strips were nice and the order was correct. over all I'd rate a 5/10 due to good quality and wouldn't order again .

I will never order from here again. it was late last night when I had came home and they were the only restaurant open baring in mind it was a Saturday night. if they were knowing for being open late they should use common sense to know that on a Saturday night you're obviously going to get a lot of customers ordering after a night out so they should be cooking fresh food. When the food finally came, it was freezing and the chicken was disgusting! you could tell it had been there ages and heated up. the chips were disgusting and cold. they were all scraps of chips and the Donna meat was all bits and greasy. yous are absolutely disgusting to serve that food, it was all binned. we literally got 3 chips, a chicken meal and a kebab with 2 garlic and it was £30!

Standard take away rubbish, nothing special. You owe me £7 for the missing pizza and dips you bunch of thieving criminals. I will never use this establishment again and will inform others to stay well clear.

Pizza was undercooked, underside of base had barely changed colour which is a shame as a couple extra minutes in oven it would have been fine. Won't be using again.

Ordered for delivery at 12.30 arrived early. No chicken in the "chicken burger" no chips in either box meals, one of the burgers that actually arrived with chicken, was meant to be plain, covered in salsa. Rang the takeaway to complain, reassured us everything would be sent out again. 40 minutes later it arrives, plain burger still covered in cheese and sauce, still no chips in nither meal when it states on the meal CHIPS with box meal? 2:37am absolute joke. Avoid like the plague. you even get a ticket in front of you with the order..: how on earth can you mess it twice in the space of an hour?

ordered at about half 9 came at 20 to 12, was missing a garlic dip and a box of chips, ordered 1 quarter pound cheese burger and 1 half pound cheese burger and received 2 quarter pound burgers no point phoning to complain because we waited so long for it to be delivered the first time we can't wait that long again as we have work in the morning👎🏼

Food didn't come phoned restaurant person said he knocked on door with audi outside I said was 3 doors down he then replied close enough I asked if he would deliver it then. And he said no I then asked for a refund to which he said no go try just eat maybe they will and hung up I phoned straight back a different lad answered and said the manager isn't in and hung up sickened by this treatment never order here again

I ordered from same place last week and pitta breads missing. Today I ordered garlic bread with tomatoe and paid for this and there was no tomatoe on the garlic bread Very disappointed as always love this place

We ordered from the restaurant for the order to be delivered at 02:00 ... when the food did not turn up we attempted numerous times to ring the restaurant. With no answer ... as we work Nightshift we only have a set amount of time to eat our lunch! For the food to turn up more than an hour and a half later than the expected delivery time! We have now all missed our lunches thanks to this! We had no communication to say the order was going to be late! We had no explanation of why it was late! If you are going to order make sure you order the food at least 3 hours before you actually want the food!!!! This type of service is absolutely disgusting! Will not be ordering again from here in a hurry!!!!

Food was nice as always however sent me a chicken kebab instead of a donner kebab. Rang the shop to be told another half another wait for my kebab meat when i'd already waited an hour and a half for my order. The two on the phone couldn't understand a word i was saying. Been ordering from here for 3.5 year regularly and they've lost a good customer. Asked for a full refund through just eat which i have NOT yet recieved.

Food was excellent as always but what stood out for me was the outstanding customer care. I ordered 3 pizzas from the regular menu and after paying for the order I recoeved a phone call from red chilli advising me that there was a deal available and that I should cancel the order and place it again under the special offer. Not only did they save me money they gained my respect. No other company would call their customers up and save them money like that. Really apriciate it, you've gained massive respect from me and I would recommend red chilli to everyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Give this a bad rateing as i asked for a jumbo wrap for me and another for a friend and both wraps was wrong so i phoned the said sorry sent out again and yet again it was wrong. £9.00 for a wrap was ment to be big was small like a mormal wrap rip off.

Placed my order then realised I forgot to change my address and order chips so rang to see if we could add them on and pay the driver, after asking the staff member taking the phone call said he would send them for free! Amazing service and the food was beautiful and loads of it! The nanbab is a must 😍! Ordered at quarter past 7 and the estimated delivery time was half 8 and it came for quarter to 8 so that's even better!

Came half an hour earlier than advised and food was red hot! The chips were a bit disappointing but overall very enjoyable!

Very poor hygiene, customer service is ridiculous as when I rang them to come pick their food up, I was lied to by the person on the phone. I understand mistakes can happen but lying to your customer does not help the quality of the food. Will deffo not be ordering again!.

Food delivery was late but the owner phoned to apologise and gave me extra hot wings and a free large Donna kabab to apologise for the inconvenience. Lovely food, lovely chap on the phone, all round great service thank you 😊
