The Real Scoop in Thanet

I visited the Real Scoop and had the most delightful ice cream (Blueberry flavour, but my partner had Raspberry that was equally delicious!). Very good quality, really creamy and fruity, and really good value! Generous portion sizes!

The Real Scoop is a great addition to the Ramsgate seafront. From a small kiosk it serves ice cream with lots of real fruit constructed on the spot, which is apparently a New Zealand thing (the owner is from NZ). Delicious and not too sweet. My 9 year old daughter says it's the best ice cream in Ramsgate and she's done her research!

Run by a friendly and welcoming owner, the natural flavour of the ice creams is such a novel surprise! Both beautiful to look at and super fresh and tasty, the ice creams are just divine. It's great to see new places pop up on the beautiful Ramsgate harbour. Will definitely be back!

Why pay less? This is the cone you're looking for. The others should just stay in the freezer. Thank you, Real Scoop, for realizing that quality counts.

Beautiful day for a walk along the Harbour in Ramsgate and the new Real Scoop nestled between The Little Ships and Chuck and Blade opposite the harbour was the perfect accompaniment. This definitely the best ice cream being served in Ramsgate. The fresh fruit choices are simple and delicious. The ice cream is ...well.... creamy and icy and smooth and full of flavour without feeling like your are comsuming a whole bunch of sugar as well. You can tell it's real beacuse it does not melt within five seconds of arrival. A real bonus to the area. I hope they do really well. Will definitely be back to try other flavours - the mixed berry is gorgeous and the blackcurrant (I had to try a bit of my wife's just to check it out!) really tastes of blackcurrants, not blackcurrant cordial. Thank you for brightening up our day!!

Really loved this, for anyone in Ramsgate this is a must visit. Interesting choice of flavours, the mixed berry was my favourite!

This place is amazing!! The ice cream is made to order and you can watch the real fruit going into the machine. I had the blueberry and it was delicious! Will definitely be returning!
