You pizza is so delicious,I can't compare your pizza with any others on the market but I have only one suggestion:try and cut slices better because the cutting is not great but the rest is perfect ❤️❤️

I got the gluten free crust which was better than other restaurants and I can't eat cow dairy and they gave me buffalo mozzarella instead of cow mozzarella. Very accommodating.

Ordered a real deal for delivery, unfortunately I timed it at the same time as the bonfire procession and the driver couldn't get to me. He phoned me and was very apologetic and said he would ring his manager. Got a call from the manager shortly thereafter, again very apologetic and said they would try deliver after roads opened again, no problems I said. They remade my order and it was fantastic. Brilliant pizza, very tasty 👍🏻

Superb quality pizza, always very well presented. Staff pleasant and efficient. Seems a well-run company, and I like to support local business over global chains. Minor grumble: they ask for a tip for delivery while also charging a delivery fee! This isn't America. Please just charge what’s necessary to pay your staff fairly.

A nice pizza - I prefer it out of the van for some reason over the shop. Great service, pizzas 🍕 have sometimes been a bit over done on the bottom for my liking. A tad expensive, but the ingredients are good, so you pay for slightly better quality etc. especially hand made.

Honestly one of the best pizza/doughballs I’ve ever had! Collected 10 minutes after ordering on the app, was lovely and warm. Lots of topping and not overly greasy. Will always keep coming back!

Ordered a few times now. Great pizzas. Brilliant authentic dough and really tasty topping. Sides are great as well, especially the dough balls. Just had pizza from here for the first time and it was amazing , turned up quickly and still steaming hot , packed in boxes that didn't go soggy from the steam , the pizzas tasted delicious , will definitely be ordering from The East Grinstead branch from now on

We had the real pizza company for our wedding in the evening and the food did not disappoint! Every body was so happy with the taste of the pizzas and how lovely the staff were I cannot recommend them enough ❤️

Pizza was hot, girl who delivered was even hotter! Taste good but the middle 3 inches are always under cooked. Still better than any other delivery in the area though garlic and herb dip is good but not available on uber eats

Overall this is a great wood fired pizza. Knocked off a star as the Margherita comes with too much cheese: it relatively salty, which caused me to wake up at night quite parched. I think ordering with 1/2 the cheese would be perfect and make the pizza perfectly digestible.

Delivery driver left the pizza on my front door, didn’t ring the bell. Called twice to chase and was told will be delivered. Was out there in the doorstep for 20 mins! Excuse was that it stated “leave at door” on my booking. Has said that since COVID and even during COVID the person rang the door bell! Ordered 20/25 pizzas. Nobody has left on the doorstep…without ringing the doorbell

We just had a 9” Garden of Vegan and Create Your Own. My Garden of Vegan was probably the best vegan pizza I have ever had. The reason why? The toppings were generous and tasty. And, the vegan cheese was subtle (didn’t taste of coconut) and complemented the rest of the ingredients. Also, it’s nice to collect a pizza and get it home and it’s still hot. Thank you!

Excellent pizza & dough balls are amazing

Love the food here. Feel /tastes much more healthy than other pizza places. Think they use fresh ingredients and less oil. We will definitely order from here again! Plus there is a decent amount of veggie options to choose from! Not sure if it was just lucky timing but they delivered very quickly during the week.

Independent pizza place, super friendly and with good variety of pizzas to choose from. And the pizzas are really delicious! All on sourdough base. (We were nearby so we went to find them by car, we nearly missed them as in a tiny parade of shops in a mainly residential area.)

Really good food at a decent price for what it is. Sure you could get a bigger pizza from dominos or Papa John's for a similar price but will it have that extra flavour from being wood fired? Nah. Will it have fresh and unique ingredients? Nah. Real Pizza Company does and this location in particular has great service too. Would recommend any day.

I wish I could give 0 star as there isn't much to review. I was trying to order on Saturday for almost two hours but nobody was bothered to pick up the phone.

The best pizza in East Grinstead by a country mile. Delicious dough, tremendous topping combinations (my favourite is the spicy nduja, out of this world)- the doughballs are delightful too, and delivery is always prompter than you think. Really recommend!

I never knew you could get such fantastic pizzas in East Grinstead - but you can !! We ordered two 12" pizzas - Anchovy and also Three Cheese with Caramelised Onions. Superb! We also ordered the Garlic Bread pizza and Cheesy Doughballs. Also superb! Gone are the days of ordering soggy, greasy, sad pizzas... Hello excellence... !! These SO much better than anything from the town centre !!! Thank you ever so much. 😃

The baked Camembert garlic bread is the best thing ever invented on planet earth. Don’t ever take it off the menu!! But apart from that we’ve ordered from real pizza company for a couple years every now and then and it’s always delicious 😋 Definitely have a new favorite now.

I ordered the royal. The dough was under cooked, so much oil seeping through the box...lifting a slice just flopped and fell apart.

I've ordered pizza from The Real Pizza Company a few times now and certainly recommend it over any other pizza company in the area. The quality of pizza is great.

Not a great experience. Was expecting pizza by 7. My son and partner were waiting outside for 30 minutes for it. (As if was to a friends house) I called them and were rude saying I asked for a later time which I didn’t and that it should have arrived which it hadn’t. Seemed very uninterested to help me. So I’m total I waitedn1 hour and 35 minutes for 2 pizzas. Really disappointed.

UPDATE - subsequently had pizza delivered by these guys and it was delicious. Delivery was prompt, and pricing is really keen too. I think best to chalk up dodgy delivery to an unfortunate conflation of events out of their control. Will definitely order from them again. ------------------------ I originally had a dodgy delivery experience with these guys but, and absolutely to their credit, they were very keen to look into it and try to put it right where they could. I think the desire to try and put things right where there’s been a mistake (rather than just shrug off a lost customer) speaks to their customer service. Plus in fairness even cold the pizza was pretty good!

A few points: - I ordered the Korean Beef + Buffalo Chicken wings Delivery time - excellent. Please have an option on your app to pay a tip .Not many people have cash anymore. Chicken wings - great, generous portion Pizza - dough is great. Toppings not so. There was virtually no tomato sauce base … even re-checked my order in case I selected a change to base option in error. Not so. Beef was very sparse. 2 slices (of a large pizza) had no beef at all. Other toppings… not sure if there were spring onions and I could have counted the sesame seeds there were so few. Was it just a bad day? I know other reviews have been 4-5* which is why I decided to try The Real Pizza Co. I don’t think I’ll order again, prices are on par if not slightly more expensive than other local Pizza Cos. and my order simply wasn’t what I expected.

Nice pizzas and service however we have had a few times where deliveries have taken over a hour and we have been given pizzas with bearly any topping we paid extra for

30 minutes late but my good it was worth the wait, easily the best takeaway pizza I've ever had. Would definitely order again

Ordered through Uber-eats and once I finished it I was tempted to order again straight away, it was delicious. Definitely going to be ordering again soon.

This is proper Italian pizza! Absolutely delicious. A bit pricey but certainly worth it. Their delivery service is excellent and always arrives 20 minutes early. The salted caramel cinnamon dough balls are incredible.

Thought we'd try something different than the usual pizza delivery. I was a bit unsure about missing out on a stuffed crust 🤣 but really glad we went ahead and tried them. Delivery was so quick couldn't believe it was actually them. All food piping hot and really delicious. I'm a major cinnamon fan so had to try the cinnamon dough balls, they were so soooo good, best I've had. Definitely will be our go to pizza place now

Had heard good things about this place, but had put off a visit for so long. That was a mistake, the pizzas were lovely, the bread was amazing and I found it less heavy and greasy than other places I've tried. Really recommend this place, I'll be back!

Used to be the best pizza i and the rest of my family had ever had, however in the past recent months I have noticed an incredibly significant drop in the quality of the pizza, finding it far more greasy and the quality of the ingredients tasting far less good. Because of this they have lost us as a customer and we tend to go for Pizza Hut or dominoes instead

The 'Five a Day' and 'Chorizo' pizzas were delicious. Home delivery was swift, and the base and toppings were perfectly cooked on arrival. Highly recommended.

Amazing pizza and the marmite garlic bread is just the best ever!

In all of my reviews I always make sure to mention that I am NO pizza expert. It is however, possibly my favourite food, definitely in my top #3. Up there with chocolate and Chinese takeaway food. Anyhow, I love the real pizza company, so does my parents. It's convenient for us because it's a short walk away from my house! 0.3 of a mile away to be precise. I find their pizzas very tasty! I suppose it's not my ABSOLUTE favourite pizza chain of all time. As I always mention, that spot goes to pizza express. 👌👌👌. So, apart from the taste, and the easy walking distance, what else do I like about these pizzas? Well, I know I probably sound like a boring old man when I say this, but I find it quite entertaining watching them make it. You can see it being cooked, and it being made, but you can also just sit outside and enjoy the view of, well, houses, I won't lie. However, I do have 1 or 2 problems that stops me from giving it 5/5 stars, like pizza express. So, what are they??? Well, the first one is that this restaurant does have a low number of seats, in case you want to eat in. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather a few than none and it could work for a lad wanting to have a meal with a few mates, but they could use a few more seats maybe. Also, seating is very important. What if you lived a few miles away? The stupid thing would be cold by the time you thought it home! Anyhow, I LOVE their pizzas, and I have no doubt in my mind that I will be getting their pizzas for many years to come. So for that reason, it pulls of a very impressive 4/5 stars!

Pizza are delicious there, The hawaiin pizza was really tasty. I had a problem with my order ( ham was misssing on my pizza ) and I've got a new order for free, I really appreciated it. The lady on phone was proffesional and kind. The wood fired make the difference on the taste, I'm a french chef and I know my buisness. Go for it. Thank you, Theo.

We just ordered from here. Arrived within 15 mins, friendly service! If your reading this review wondering if you should order, do it. You wont regret it, its good quality food. Dominos and Pizza hut are utter trash compared to this place.

We stumbled across The Real Pizza Company van in Lingfield and they were some of the best pizzas we have had! We even decided to order again the following week, and once again the pizzas were perfectly cooked and brilliant quality. Exceptionally good value compared to others in the area too. Delivery was prompt and curteous, they are definitely our new go to pizza place 🍕

The pizzas are delicious. you'd be silly to buy from dominos or pizza hut again. The other thing about this place is there is ample parking as it's in a residential area and there is even seating inside. Means you can eat the pizza whilst it's piping hot. It's clear from when you walk in the guys working there take pride in their food - you can see the dough being made in front of you as well as the entire cooking process. It really is tasty.

I can't fault the food from the Real Pizza Company, it honestly is delicious. However I do take exception to being lied to. To forget or misplace my order is irritating, but no biggy. But to say the order was delivered, then state it was to the wrong house (as if there is a similar house in East Grinstead that just so happened to accept my free order of food - irrespective of what flavor it was, on the night I ordered it) is poor. Just be honest.

Honestly the best pizza I've had. Amazing! The doughballs are to die for, as well. Only problem is sometimes they struggle to find my house if delivering.

Fish fingers really yummy. We love the pizza. The guy who delivery arrive ontime and pizzastill hot. We are happy with the service and the taste also good. Will order again when ever we are lazy to go out for meal.

We grabbed a pizza on the way home from the station after watching the rugby, we rang from the train and we’re advised to ring back when we reached EG station to make sure our pizza was fresh. We walked in without placing an order and were welcomed with a warm smile dispite being clearly very busy and close to closing. They still fitted in our order and it was delicious and not at all greasy when we got home.

The real pizza company’s pizzas are amazing, lots of tasty toppings and they are nicely cooked, also the tiramisu is one of the best I have ever tasted. The staff are very friendly and proud of their company. What impressed me was how clean the shop is and watching the guys spin the pizza dough and making the pizza’s was cool. This is the reason why I have given these guys 5 stars. If your in East Grinstead pop in and say hi and you will see for yourself why it’s so worthy of 5 stars.
