This is a family run pub offering a huge menu with something to suit most diners. Good sized portions of food, very friendly staff & excellent value for money.Only drawback if you need it, is poor internet signal!Would definitley go back again when in the area.

The Queens Head looks very nice from the outside, however, if you are expecting a warm & friendly welcome, I would recommend going elsewhere. The food, and the price were ok, but the owners were rather frosty and unhospitable. I will definitely not be recommending it to anyone.

Have been going for years and standard of food never alters. All curries are made by landlady Patsy and have "danger ratings" from mild to very hot. Many accompaniment's available too. If not feeling like a curry then a good choice of home cooked English dishes. Defy anyone not to find something to like on the menu. Generous portions too. Keep this in mind when ordering a pud!!!! Landlord Mark serves an excellently kept pint This is an old building serving great modern food. Big car park. Real fire in bar in Autumn/Winter. Locals friendly. Well worth a visit --we can guarantee you will return!

We popped in for lunch while shopping in Ipswich. Lovely old fashioned tea rooms with a good menu and various types of teas.
