10/10. Highly recommend!!! The two ladies who served us were absolutely amazing. My self and my husband came in with our 7 day old baby. They gave us a wonderful experience of personalising a Christmas decoration with a foot print. The lady was so gentle and patient with the babe. She helped us chosing the right designs and personalisation. I will definitely return for more keepsakes. Many thanks ladies.

Had a lovely evening at Pennikkity pots making Christmas decorations. We were booked for a private party so it was lovely and peaceful. Such a cosy place! The staff were incredibly friendly and the cupcake and coffee a lovely mid decoration painting treat! I can't wait to see how our decorations turn out and look forward to booking again!

Always great fun. However, with painting then adding in lunch and cake, it can get very expensive very quickly.

I attended an evening workshop with my friend. It was Alice in Wonderland themed. We had a fabulous time. The activities were well organised. Food was lovely, especially the chocolate brownie. The event was well timed. Instructions were good and staff were extremely attentive and helpful. I also thought it was exceptional value for money. Highly recommend.

This place is so nice. The atmosphere is very calming and the staff are all very polite, friendly and helpful. I came here with my partner to paint, and we both just sat down focussed for about 3 hours barely speaking as we were so concentrated lol! We had a milkshake which was quite nice, and then all the cakes and treats looked yummy so perhaps I'll try them next time. Well worth the money, £3 to paint and then the price of your item. We spent about £15 painting and got hours of fun from it.

I wonderful place for making memories and keep sakes. On the pricey side so not necessarily something you would do on the regular. More of a special treat. I was overcharged on my visit but was all squared up when I went to collect our creations.

I took my two grandchildren to Pennikkity Pots. When we went they were low on stock, so we were unable to paint the ceramic models that we wanted to, which was a shame. The children still had fun, especially my granddaughter who is 5yrs old and enjoys craft activities. Otherwise the ornaments and the food worked out quite expensive in my opinion. We had 3 pieces of cake, a hot chocolate, baby chino and a pot of tea, in all it came to just under £50. There was not a vast selection of cakes and they were a bit underwhelming. Go for the experience but be prepared for the price tag.

Ipswich's lovely little ceramic cafe. Beautiful and cheery place to sit and paint and e joy some fresh food and cakes. All food is prepared fresh and the cakes come in from a local cake maker usually. The studio is beautiful and colourful. Staff are lovely and very helpful. It's a great place to bring children and they also run birthday parties and sell " take home kits" so you can paint at home, this is a great idea for a gift. They are very covid safe and when they can't open, you can still order a take home kit and they will fire it and deliver it back to you.

My children visited Pennikkity Pots in preparation of Mothers Day and produced a beautifully painted heart shaped plate. We have been here a number of times and find the staff very warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I would also like to say that I have visited here with a group of children from a local school. They had the most fantastic time and the painted ceramics looked amazing. Penny the lady that runs the shop looked after everyone extremely well and we cannot wait to come back, All of her staff are wonderful and you really must visit them and have a go at creating your own masterpiece.

We had the 'Artynoon Tea' at Pennikkity pots last saturday and I couldn't rate it higher. The cost was £20 for a full afternoon tea with unlimited drinks (choices of tea, coffee, milk shakes, juice) and this also included a keepsake to paint (like a coaster) and the studio fee. Or you could pay 15 pounds plus a ceramic of your choice. I chose a £6 egg cup so the whole thing only came to 21 pounds. The food was delicious, everything was fresh and our host was kind enough to ask us before making the sandwiches if there was anything we really disliked and didn't want included. I would definitely go back, it was a lovely way to spend an afternoon and great value for money. The staff were all lovely too

A lovely pottery shop. We love to come here, it’s a great place to meet up with friends, paint some ceramics, have some tea, lunch, hot chocolate etc. A great crafty thing to do with the children. Our last visit we went with a 1 year old, 3 year old, 4 year old, 5 year old and 6 year old and the adults painted something too so it’s fun for all ages.

Been here a couple of times, once as a get together for the bride to be and her bridesmaids. Lots of fun and reasonable prices. The quality of paints and brushes are good and the pieces change so you can usually find something new every time you go in. Lovely atmosphere, you don't feel rushed at all and they do good food and drinks for while you are painting. Painted a family clock while I was there and it's been hanging up in our house for over a year.

a real hidden gem of Ipswich. Very cute place which serves cakes, coffees etc. Me and my friend are both 19 and we still had great fun on what you would assume is mainly aimed at children. The prices range from about £7-£30; depending on what ceramic you choose. And then it is also a £3 charge per painter (assume to cover costs for the paint). It can be quite expensive, so would go as a treat. The staff were lovely, so helpful and explained how to get the best outcome. It does however take a week from the time you pay for it to go in the kiln for collection; meaning if you're just visiting the town it's probably not best for you.

Surprise birthday gift and it was something I'd never done before. my boyfriend's sister was great company and we sat in a nice spot although the the shop could have done with being a bit more spacious to avoid knocking into people the inks / paints were very well arranged and the pin hole sized nozzles allowed for extra small lines. Really enjoyed the experience and would go again with a more ambitious design ! :)

I took my 2 children (12 & 8) here yesterday and we had a marvellous time. Delicious cappuccino, very good snack lunch, milkshakes etc and a very pleasant, relaxing time painting. We all enjoyed it immensely. They were rather short on available pottery which was a pity, I hope they stock up before half term. Also I think a whole week to bake in the kiln is a bit long! The prices are tight for this sort of ceramics cafe. Overall it was a lovely afternoon!

What do you buy someone of a 'certain' age... Well that was my problem until I visited Pennikkity Pots Ceramics café. Three children in tow we arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon and were immediately greeted with a smile and seated ready for some painting action. Pottery vase chosen, handprints done by friendly member of staff who managed to get my 4yr old one's although he had other ideas(marshmallows WERE used as bribery) and hey presto... a future family heirloom was born. Top marks all round for the fun and friendly atmosphere. Great coffee. Great value lunch menu. The toasted sandwiches were a hit. Will be hinting to other half in a few weeks time as to what to get for my 'special' Birthday. And yes the paint DOES wash out of clothes as suggested...

I went the other day with my three children for the first and last time. The girl who came to explain to us our smelled a lo, was so unpleasentt, and she was very very rude to my children. The ceramic figures are extremely expensive, and you have to put on top three pounds for each child. When I saw the prices I told them to pick something small, but even the smallest is between 9 to 30 pounds or more. So imagine three children .---- also we ordered a hot chocolate, menu said that is very thick hot chocolate, but it was nothing more nor than a watery hot chocotate with supermarket cream for the same price as a hot choc in starbucks with real cream, disgusting----- At the end when the paint takes a week to bet is ready, so I imagine they have to charge on top the price of the post, so if you come to visit ipswich you can not take it the same day or the day after . At the end I end up paying 45 pounds for three figures and two small hot chocolates horrible fake. NEVER AGAIN. ... it's so expensive, .... better go to poundland r buy a white cup and paint it yourself. PLEASE WHY DO YOU SAY VERY THICK HOT CHOC??

The K Bar in Kensington is a fantastic spot for a classy yet relaxed evening. The atmosphere is stylish and cozy, with dim lighting and plush seating that make it great for catching up or unwinding. The cocktails are incredible—creative, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. Our waiter gave some excellent recommendations that didn’t disappoint, making the experience even better. The service overall was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and not overbearing. If you’re in the area and want great drinks with a laid-back but refined vibe, The K Bar is definitely worth checking out.
