No hemos estado aquí por un tiempo y 5 de nosotros vinimos a comer el domingo. No habíamos reservado y estaban bastante ocupados. Cuatro de nosotros cenamos asado y uno tostado. Dos cenaron más pequeños. La comida era muy agradable de hecho, no podíamos fallar, pero por desgracia el servicio no era genial. Teníamos 3 camareras en total. Tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo para hacer nuestro pedido y también para esperar la comida. Pero cuando llegó la comida no obtuvimos cubiertos, luego cubiertos insuficientes y no obtuvimos ninguna verdura. Cuando cuestionamos esto nos dieron unos pocos - eventualmente - pero en realidad no lo suficiente para 4 cenas asadas. Comida de excelente calidad, pero el servicio no coincide. También cuando pagamos no nos cobraron correctamente por los 2 platos más pequeños.

¡Me encanta este lugar! Mi familia tuvo una visita aquí hoy, el personal es tan encantador y amable... tan amable! El café era un poco más que otros lugares, pero así que vale la pena, estaba caliente y muy bueno. El desayuno estaba cocinado a la perfección y muy lleno. El pastel era precioso. El edificio está decorado con adornos y decoración única y peculiar, es absolutamente hermoso. Ambiente agradable feliz. Vale la pena visitarlo. Definitivamente volveremos. Ah y es dog friendly que es una ventaja absoluta.

El Quebec Tearooms es una delicia, la comida es consistentemente buena y el personal es siempre acogedor. Escondido en un pueblo en la cima de una colina en el condado de Durham vale la pena la diversión

First visit since new management. Good and bad experience. Good; the food itself is good and actually seems better than before with more choice. Bad; 1) Awful music being played, too loud. Really didn’t fit with the customers. 2) Service poor; a pleasant greeting, smile and chat goes a long way. Our drinks were just dumped on the table without a word. Feedback is a gift!!

Halloween box. After a 20 min wait for a preorded halloween box. Was not as shown in the display box, several items missing and changed no apology given. Not recommended.

Been here a few times. Really lovely tea rooms. Staff lovely and nice setting. Extortionate prices let this place down. Noticed on this visit prices are crazy. 2 of us, got 1 toastie, 1 panini, 1 coffee and 1 hot chocolate. Price was just short over £26!!!! Really think overpriced for what it is. If prices aren't reviewed really think will lose customers. Not many people in when we were there maybe due to increasing cost.

Visited here a couple of times since new owners.Just wanted a chilled Sunday so asked for take out meal, decided on the mince & dumplings, very tasty really nice.Deffo worth a visit

Dalton ParkOrdered caramel waffle latte and a Chelsea bun for myself, my friend ordered a vegan coffee and cake, by the time we’d picked up our cakes my friends’ vegan coffee was ready and a queue of people had formed so we took a seat and waited, and waited and waited. So having seen so many customers come in and get their drinks instantly I went back to ask for my caramel waffle latte, first of all I was told it had already gone out and the assistant was kind of trying to ignore me as she just continued with more orders, then she snapped ok I’ll make another but she continued with other orders and as the next person she called returned to the counter with a coffee she’d had some time and been drinking, the Starbucks assistant took her cup and tried to pass it to me saying it must be mine! I was horrified and said I don’t want someone else’s coffee, it’s already been partially consumed and handled by another customer so not hygienic but also we’re in the middle of a pandemic. She made me wait a while then passed a cup, looking nothing like the caramel waffle latte on the posters and not knowing if she’d topped up the other cup I retired to the table where my friend had finished her coffee & cake alone, so I ate my then sad dry bun and as I was leaving spoke to a supervisor about the lack of customer service, care and food hygiene safety. I asked for the branch number snd name as I wanted to put in an official complaint but was told the web address would find them, the assistant would be spoken to about making me wait and given a card for a free drink. I’ve mailed the complaints department but 10 days later not heard a thing - we won’t be visiting starbucks anytime soon, I don’t think it’s safe!!!

9 Hope Street, Crook DL15 9HS EnglandWe stopped while passing through the town wile visiting the area. Food is unique and delicious. Not your average pub grub. We had the mixed grill in their signature peanut and lime marinade. Absolutely delicious and tender. Never had anything quite like it!

Fellside RoadJust had an amazing Gammon and Chips from the Pack Horse served with an egg on a hot skillet. Fast and efficient service as usual and really nice friendly staff.
