Very limited menu for a hotel of that size. I ordered a starter and a main. The food was really good, and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Only two concerns, 1, was only given one knife and fork for both meals and 2, I had literally had my last mouthful of my starter and my main was on its way, would have liked a little rest between.

Had a drink in the Qube Bar in the early evening when staying at the Hotel on a Friday evening a few weeks ago. Reasonably pleasant experience. Decided on a later drink that evening only to find that the Bar had closed and cashed-up before 23:00 , despite being fairly well patronised. Consequently , despite being a Hotel Resident , I was refused service. I find this to be both disappointing and a poor reflection on Customer Service. I stayed in a 4 Star in Durham in May , where the Bar remained open until very late. This is a Hotel that serves travellers using Gatwick Airport and yet at the height of the Holiday Season ( July 21st ) and with many people still drinking in the Bar , the Staff close down before 23:00. I appreciate that later opening means that Staff will be paid more , but I can't help feeling that a commercial opportunity is being missed with such draconian closing times. For me , this is not representative of an modern International 4 Star Hotel.

If you enjoy curry then the Tikka Masala was good. There was a choice of just a couple of items on the menu

Felt we were being rushed at 22.00 all nice night lights were collected made us feel unwelcome. Quite a sterile bland bar with no character. Drink service was quick and efficient.

I like the Qube bar because it's one of few places in East Grinstead that feels like a nice night out but without the craziness if the town centre. Espresso martinis are good ... but as with all their cocktails a little pricey! I know it's a hotel but I know they could attract a lot more local trade if they dropped their prices just a little, Felbridge is full of yummy mummy's that would love somewhere, a bit nicer than the star, to pop in for a glass or two of wine with friends ... but it is too expensive!

Had a gorgeous meal here, Rib eye steak cooked to perfection. Could of done with a side salad though Nice atmosphere, & friendly staff Meal for family of 2 adults 2 kids cost over £110 which for a casual dining experience I think is a little on the high side, considering many establishments offer 2 for £10 ...desserts are very expensive That said, we were aware of the prices and were prepared to pay

Does what it says on the tin - pub+ priced drinks, bar food, fairly low light and usual mix of road warriors, couples, people on business. Nice enough and friendly.

Relaxing weekend away, slightly disappointed with the lack of atmosphere/ambiance in the bar - needs some lamps to brighten the place up!

A well decorated modern by comfortable Hotel bar, with average selection of drinks, at hotel bar prices. Polite staff in keeping with the rest of the hotel.

Although institutional, there were some more private areas - and bar menu good - recommend the club sandwiches.

Didn't eat in The Qube but did stop by for a couple of drinks before attending a wedding at the hotel. Had a couple pints of Becks Vier with a top, £4.30 per pint was quite expensive. The bar area itself was trendy with themed seating, qubed as per the name of the bar.

Wasn't impressed with the menu choices at the other restaurants in the hotel, wanted something "quick and easy" with a relaxed atmosphere. Had a delicious meal in a comfortable setting

Great food, but can be busy if a meeting is on, you can be staying at the hotel and not get a table. Book in advance, the food is worth it, especially breakfast!

The 3 of us went for a cream tea, I must admit it seemed ages before the scones and coffee/tea arrived, but once it had it was very nice, staff very friendly and a nice relaxing place to unwind

Getting Off the train at Brighton railway station you will see this excellent cafe/Restaurant. We came here last year and it was just as friendly & welcoming as before..Plenty of seats and tables with a friendly staff. Our Lattes were tasty & delightful.. Well worth a visit.

Not worth the money, I wanted to treat myself as I was working a very long day, ordered my favourite Chai tea latte, and an almond croissant. There were some people in front of me, and 4 people behind the counter, it was about 1/2 before closing time Sunday afternoon. I went an waited for my tea and had the croissant, two people were obviously cleaning and tidying up, only actually preparing the orders, which one was apparently a very big order of cold drinks. I thought I would enjoy the croissant while I waited, it turned out to be utterly dry and not nice and no almond filling inside. I had two mouthful and put it in the bin, I waited for my tea and waited for my, there were still only one person making the orders, so I left with a very bad taste of not being serviced, as there was still 4 people behind the counter, but not 4 people service the customers. Priorities looked very off.

The food here is delicious and it’s amazing to find so many vegan options that also taste lovely. The Bronuts are inspired! Worth a visit alone. The kitchen opening times are a bit hit and miss which can be frustrating. The staff are very friendly. The decor is pleasant although the music can be too loud and distracting. The only change that could make it better would be if it opened all day especially at weekends.

I'd never visited before. I despise Tim whatever his name is for backing the UK ruining Brexit, and I assumed everyone in any Wetherspoons would be of his viewpoint so I've stayed away. However, I realise that was stupid, and actually I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Service was very fast. Drinks are ridiculously cheap. Two pints and a coke for the same price as a pint almost in Brighton. People who were eating looked happy enough with their food, again, cheap. And the best thing of all was that it was full of people enjoying themselves, where as most pubs are empty. I'll be going back. Easy to reserve a table, spaciously laid out, bar staff were stressed but polite, toilets were clean, place was clean. Nothing to complain about really.
