It's a great pub and have enjoyed visiting there. However I just feel that the prices have increased too much. I understand its Brighton, but 6.50 for a pint is now just.too steep.

A nice quirky pub in the town centre. Not pretentious, just a great atmosphere. Surprisingly snug inside , good selection of seats , and plenty to look at inside and when the weather is good plenty of people to watch walking by. As far as the town centre goes where there is plenty of choice I would probably go back .

Can't comment on food as didn't eat, and not sure they even serve food. Really friendly atmosphere is great. Barman is super friendly and helpful. Definitely pop in for a drink 😊 xo

First time back in a while. I was a bit sorry to see the lack of good ale, and more of the usual Lager fare and keg IPA that you can get anywhere nowadays. But it still has a warm place in my heart.

An OK pub. Nothing special about it, but it is nicely located in one of the main streets in Brighton, so it's fine to stop and have a drink and maybe watch the world go by through the window. The collection of beer on tap was not very good. A lot of modern IPA fruity style, not much traditional ales. Still, I enjoyed a cold pint of Aspall cyder.

A great little pub, a proper little local pub in the middle of Brighton with the quirkiest layout, some nice outdoor tables and great staff. I have used it to put on comedy events for years under its various guises, and it only gets better year on year in its current form.

Popped in to see Ben Pope at Brighton Fringe yesterday, and stayed for the following act. . Loved the pub - authentic and cosy. With their cheeky seagull pint glasses ( for sale £5!)! Great friendly service too!!

Great little upstairs music venue, lovely atmospheres and quirky pub downstairs. Can't believe I have walked this pub over the past 20 years and it's the first time I've been in.

I went there on my 40th birthday and had 6 pints. Its a very small dinghy pub with no atmosphere. The really small manageress didn't make me feel welcome. It seemed that she was out of here depth. I woke up in the morning to find that she had charged 3 lots of £20 on my credit card, aswell as the money for the pints of beer. She robbed me on my 40th birthday. So watch out if you go there for the lady manageress, who loves herself and robs you. When I've asked for it back they were very rude and made excuses. Awful place that should not be open at all. Watch out if you go there.

A proper pub, with all the trimmings!! Lovely bar staff and decent pints, reasonably priced for the centre of town. The perfect place to wind down after a day's work.

Quick pint of Pravha at Tuesday lunch time. Need a refurb, toilets darker than a Oubliette, wouldn't want to take a number 2.

Enjoyed our time here, good location for middle of sea and trains. Unfortunately the ladies loo is very cramped. Price, slightly higher than other local pubs

Don't get mistaken by the location! The Quadrant is quite a cosy Pup regardless of its location in the heart of Brighton! However, once inside, you feel quite isolated from the chaos of the busy road outside. They have a great selection of beers, and the team is very welcoming and kind.

What a great little pub! Plenty of places to drink in Brighton but we stumbled across the Quadrant. Really welcoming team, great selection of beers and cosy little corners. 10/10 would recommend.

A decent pub on the main drag without the chaos of West Street. Beer selection is pretty good too and the venue is split over a few levels which is interesting. All in all it’s never captured the imagination though and the bar staff can be a bit frosty at times. The beer isn’t cheap either. In the main I’d probably opt for another nearby pub truth be told. On a quieter weeknight it’s much calmer and a bit more affable once the weekend warriors have dispersed.

We love this little proper pub. This is not our first visit, but we popped in yesterday for a pint. A lovely warm welcome. Good choice of beer and cider. Our dog Roo enjoyed her cuddles and gravy bones too. Thank you. We'll be back.

Gig night in the upstairs folklore room. All good. Obvs the room gets a bit cramped up as it's on the small side. Great quirky old building with windy stairs and a door to confuse you.

This quaint old hostelry situated a short walk from Brighton station, is one of Brighton's oldest pubs. The building can be dated back to the 19th century and was refitted in circa 1900. The pub retains many of its victorian fittings, including the original external fascia boards, and is why the pub is now grade 2 listed. The pub offers a friendly atmosphere and a selection of draught and craft beers as well as a selection of spirits and non alcoholic beverages. There are regular comedy nights, music, and other bespoke entertainments held at this venue, and a full calendar is available online.

Very cool little pub! Really like their own brewed beer, and the seagull glasses that it comes in. Was quite quiet when we visited as was during the day, but can imagine it’s got a really cool cosy atmosphere on a busy Saturday night.
