Lovely feel to the place - drinks outside first and then inside for a light lunch prior to ABBA voyage. Friendly staff introduced a limited menu (which actually helped us to narrow our choices nicely). VERY REASONABLE FOR LONDON - main meals £15! They distill their own gin on the premises which I was told was excellent - although a very limited number on non-alcoholic drinks (only soft drinks really!).

This hidden gem sits discreetly through a small passage off a busy high street. It’s a fantastic place for lunch and really handy for the ABBA Voyage experience - about a 5-6 minute walk. We booked in advance and were given a great table. Excellent service from the friendly staff and a great vibe. There was a fab atmosphere in the restaurant, with many ABBA fans coming in for pre show food and drinks. Plenty of outdoor seating as well. Highly recommended.

Really liked this restaurant. Very welcoming when we arrived early and the waiter was really helpful and friendly. Had our meal here, just before the Abba Voyage concert. I would definitely recommend.

I visit here many times and a regular and seen it change over the years and it is still my ‘go to’ bar; super friendly staff; you can eat and drink indoors or outside by the canal. Big thumbs up

Came pre ABBA and have to say the place is so accommodating and the vibe is fab. I booked a table for food but then decided I just wanted a drink and the manager was fantastic. Moved me To a comfy sofa and couldn’t be more helpful. I enjoyed great cocktails. Great music.

As others have said this is one of the few places within easy walking distance of the ABBA arena where you can eat. We arrived when it was really busy before the show but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and really went out of their way to get us a table which we really appreciated. All the staff were really friendly and we got 2 very nice pizzas and dessert very quickly. We couldn’t fault it and would highly recommend it. Look out for the signs to Jim and Tonic to find the entrance off the busy dual carriageway you have to cross between the ABBA arena and the restaurant.

We actually went to catch something light to eat before Abba show and drinks. Was kinda busy when we arrived not packed but when we did get bar service were told kitchen was going to be closed for at least 15mins. We did see other guests receiving food, pre-ordered maybe? Nice location and pleasant staff but unimpressed with service.

I’d already had lunch here earlier in the day (Jim & Tonic area) so was pleased to go back for dinner. Very busy when we arrived, luckily we’d pre-booked a table. We decided on a couple of the big sharing platters which in all honesty were not that great. Cold garlic bread, pizza to share & lots of salad along with a few other items (check menu) As we were a big group celebrating a big birthday they kindly provided a bottle of Prosecco and when it came to deserts we managed to persuade them to give us a brownie each instead of 2 to share between 8 🤔 Great vibe to the place, good staff & very convenient to Abba Voyage, just wish I could give a higher rating.

Went tonight for pre Abba drinks with party of 20. Very busy, great atmosphere. Our server Harry was amazing. He was attentive from the start and made sure we could get a table to get food in time for the show. I was the only one to order food so he gave me a single table and brought the food quickly. Unfortunately it wasn’t as described on the menu, cold and not up to standard. He quickly rectified this and gave the food complementary in response for the order being wrong. I was not expecting that but was overwhelmed with such good service from him. Overall food not that great, but service amazing. All staff are super busy due to the volume of people in the bar, but overall a great customer service experience. Food was average but the lovely waiting staff were ace.

We came to the Print House (Jim & Tonic) on a November Sunday evening after ABBA Voyage. It’s perfectly positioned about 7 mins walk round the corner from the concert venue. We were buzzing after the show and continued to have a great time at the restaurant, even though it was a Sunday at 2100. The service was great so big thanks to Sham the manager and the lady ( sorry didn’t get your name) that served us. The food was good, we had fun tasting the gin flights and I loved the selection of craft beers. We are going to Voyage again in Jan with another group of friends. It’s a no brainer, we will definitely be going back to the Print House as well !

Great location for a bite to eat before going to ABBA Voyage 5 mins walk away. However, we felt the food was just average and the ravioli portion was small, and why serve on tatty plastic plates ( we were all adults and ate indoors)

Really well located for the ABBA arena and a good pre-show venue. Lots of people serving but problem with only having a limited number of tills meant service at the bar was quite slow. Food was varied in quality: some items delicious (e.g. chicken skewers) and others a bit dry and overcooked (e.g. burnt ends were almost inedible). Nice seating outside by the canals and friendly staff who seemed to be trying to rectify lots of problems with food orders.

Pre ABBA food & drink. Quiet when we arrived, show to our table promptly, then speed of service was slow. No excuse as almost more staff than customers. Food was fine, drinks good. Wait staff just did not seem interested once food order had been taken. Such a shame

Dit restaurant heet tegenwoordig Jin & Tonic. We hebben hier gegeten voorafgaand aan ons ABBA-concert. Dat is namelijk om de hoek. Eten en drinken is OK. Niet heel bijzonder, maar gewoon lekker, zowel de Chicken Sish als de vegetarische wrap. Ruime voldoende.

We travelled from Newcastle to Stratford for ABBA Voyage, we found this place with fab sitting area outside. They were unable to serve us food but they kindly allowed us to order food in and eat at their tables. They did an ABBA cocktail which had Malibu , blue curacao amongst other things which was a fabulous red yellow and blue. Staff were great too. So handy if you are going to see ABBA voyage or even going to watch West Ham !!!

We visited prior to Abba Voyage. I absolutely hate to give a negative review but hopefully this will help them step up their game. Two rounds of drinks for 7 people took a ridiculous amount of time to arrive. I am talking between 30-45 mins. Both times forgetting the same drink for one person and an absolute age to rectify the situation each time. Our food we discovered after waiting over an hour and a half for pizza and complaining because we spotted others arriving and being served first, had accidently been given to another table!! When would we have been told?! When would it have been discovered?! Had we not queried?! The pizzas were average, staff were either inexperienced or completely overwhelmed, everyone seemed agitated was an uncomfortable atmosphere, not sure what on earth was going on, completely disorganised, understaffed and terribly average service. Had we not been a group I would have definitely taken it further but didn't want to ruin the atmosphere or our evening.

After being sat I went to the bathroom. When I came back they had given my table away, unapologetically. We wait 1.15 hour for average pizza. So poor.

My family of 10 visited prior to the ABBA Voyage performance. We had booked for 6pm and arrived on time. After a few drinks we came to order our pizzas about 6.30pm. Surprise, surprise, we were told that there was 'no dough left'. Since pizzas are all they serve this left us with a nasty problem. I decided to vent my displeasure before leaving. The poor girl was embarrassed (and also very busy serving drinks) but she said that she would 'go out back and see what she could do'. Wonders - they had now 'found some more dough' and we got our order in time for the show. I would have given The Print Shop zero had it not been for the actions of this nice girl. What really happened??? I suspect that there was some sort of altercation with the chef.

There's not much in the way of food round and about the ABBA Voyage event at Pudding Mill Lane, not without walking or taking a DLR to Westfield. However just 5 minutes walk away is this gem. Lovely location, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, reasonably priced drinks and good food. It's been said that they really only do pizza but we visited on a Sunday and it was Sunday Roasts on the menu, which was more than welcome. London prices of course but the roast beef was heavenly and more than worth the price. Recommended if you want a relaxing meal before the show. They also do an ABBA cocktail....

A good range of drinks - There is not much choice for food. Basically the menu consists of Pizza. Though they are freshly made and are delicious. The staff are unbelievably polite and friendly.

Didn’t have a great experience! They only have pizza and two stews on the menu, not a lot of choice. My pizza was burnt on the bottom and didn’t taste very nice.The cocktails are quite nice and the music is good. The wait staff aren’t great - not v attentive or friendly. Bit disappointing as I’d been in the past and the food at least was good (service was still not good). Won’t be going back or recommending for food, might pop in for a drink

Firstly, this is my local so I’ve seen it change over the last couple of years. Brilliant for a drink, it has a cosy setting and the staff are really nice. Really nice local lager and a nice selection of cocktails. The food however isn’t great. The pizzas used to be quite good, but my last few visits haven’t been great, and other residents nearby concur. The pizzas are usually a little under and just aren’t that tasty. I’ve heard that the burgers aren’t great either. I ordered some loaded fries and they were really expensive (£6), and just a bit rubbish. They tasted frozen and really quite bland. I’d love the print house to step up their game on food quality so it can become the best of locals. At the moment, I’d say yes for drinks and no for food. Hopefully this will change soon!

Called in for a drink and some food after work. Whilst the menu is limited currently to pizza, they are authentic and very nice!. Pleasant staff and decent outdoor seating.

We had wanted to try this place for a while and were disappointed. The wine was average to poor. We ordered a pizza which came without mozzarella. I am a BIG pizza person and it wasn’t clear at all that the pizza was vegan/cheeseless and menus always specify this normally. When I said I didn’t know it came without cheese they added tonnes of cheese to the pizza to the same pizza which then became charred and the cheese was raw. It felt like this was done out of spite. Safe to say we won’t be returning.

We used to go here for the Parma ham, rocket and pesto pizza was absolutely amazing. New chef has started and changed the pesto to basil oil which completely ruins the pizza! Very disappointed! Please bring it back On the plus side humous and bread was very very good! Lovely staff too…offered me a refund as I was so clearly disappointed!

The place is nice. the pizza is overpriced at 9 pounds for a Margherita. The servers are not really polite, they take away your food without asking if you're done or not. Ok for drinks not for food

Print house is an incredible restaurant, with lovely and attentive staff. The food is always amazing, with a variety of options! The drinks are also a wide variety and well priced. All in all, an amazing restaurant which has never failed to please.

This is a great restaurant with superb food and service. I met clients here, and staff organised a quiet area for us to have a business lunch. They were very accommodating. Nice seating areas outside too, tucked far enough away from the main road.

Went for Sunday Lunch with a friend today. Excellent generous portion, quality ingredients, friendly welcome from restaurant team. Will be back!

He tenido algunas buenas tardes en este lugar, así que cuando estoy en la zona siempre me gusta llamar para tomar una copa o comer algo. Pero en esta ocasión fue muy decepcionado. Estaba con mi esposa, así que pensé que íbamos a cenar temprano y tomar una copa. El menú no es atractivo en ninguna forma o forma. . . . . . Pero lamentablemente seguimos adelante y ordenamos de todos modos. Sin entrar en demasiados detalles, la comida era pobre, pero después de ver el extenso menú de postres después de un plato principal decepcionante, mi esposa sugirió que compartiéramos la tarta vegana de chocolate. . . . . Ahora, lo que sucedió después hizo que toda la noche fuera increíble. Incluso dejé una propina con la factura por eso. Esta es la razón por la cual la revisión es de 3 estrellas y no de 1. La tarta se entregó a la mesa, se veía muy amablemente, el pastel era muy espeso y el elemento de frambuesa era unas frambuesas frescas en la parte superior. . . . Muy imaginativo Mi esposa olfateó el postre y comentó: Olía bastante almizclado, casi como garbanzos enlatados, dijo que era un poco desagradable. Ahora, esta fue la parte brillante que me recordó por qué amo tanto a mi esposa y lo que hizo que una noche bastante pobre fuera increíble en una fracción de segundo. 'Rosies tarta vegana? Pleasant and cosy atmosphere, great staff, cool interior. Been back many times and food is always great quality too.

Comimos aquí para un almuerzo tardío con mi hijo y mi novia. Muy tranquilo y sospecho que aún no lo descubrí. . . Cálida bienvenida amable. La calidad de la comida para el almuerzo del domingo fue increíble, de buena calidad y muy buena relación calidad-precio. Sin duda volveremos a comer aquí de nuevo. Una vez que el área de comer fuera del río, es probable que sea muy popular.

Hemos sido asiduos en este lugar, pues se reabrió con el casa. Imprimir Siempre fue nuestro ir a lugar para llevar a nuestros visitantes. Parte del encanto era el canal que tristemente vistas laterales al imprimir Casa ahora vendidas, así como el aparcamiento. Como este lugar está un poco alejado del centro de Stratford el aparcamiento era muy útil, así que esto es una lástima y ha significado nuestras visitas ahora han disminuido a la mitad. A pesar de esto, la decoración es preciosa y nos encanta la comida. Los asados del domingo son particulares nuestros favoritos! El servicio es siempre amable. Esperábamos poder usar el sitio como un destino de fiesta en el futuro ya es posible reservar como un lugar, pero lamentablemente la pérdida de aparcamiento ha significado este ya no será posible volver a la mesa de dibujo.

Bueno, qué puedo decir. Después de revisar y encontrar excelentes críticas decidió dejar de buscar algo de comer. Llegamos a las 8. 55:00 pm dijeron por un joven muy arrogante que había dejado de servir la comida.Por desgracia no tuvimos oportunidad de probar la comida, quizás sea bueno. Pero la actitud del personal no logran atraer darle una segunda oportunidad.Bien podría ser uno perder

Mi pareja y yo nos organizó para conocer algunos amigos aquí para tomar algo rápido, pero nos encontramos a quedar por la noche. Había un gran bullicio sobre el lugar y la comida era fabulosa. El personal era muy servicial cuando le pedimos si podíamos sacar sofás cómodos juntos. Sin duda volveremos aquí de nuevo.

Me encanta este lugar para la cena del domingo. Tengo amigos viviendo en Stratford y cuando me visita a menudo vaya aquí para nuestro asado los domingos. El Cordero es fabuloso como es la salsa. Agradable y relajada atmósfera también- nunca te sientes como estamos apurando. Hemos tenido unos Bloody Mary's también aquí en un domingo después de un pesado ocasionales sábado - también se recomiendan.

Yo estaba en la casa de impresión de una tarde soleada jueves fabulosamente recientemente. Las mesas de afuera hizo perfecto para una copa después del trabajo, ya que se refrescaba, nos trasladamos dentro de comida. Comí en el bar y tenía los tagliatelle, que era muy sabroso, aunque era bastante grande, así que la porción no pude terminar todo. El servicio era genial. Muy amable y eficiente. Sin duda, un lugar que estará llamando a pronto.

Went here for dinner with some friends recently and I was very impressed. The place was nice and lively but no so loud that we couldn't chat. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. Will definitely be returning.

He estado allí varias veces para comida y bebidas. El bar tiene una gran vibración! Genial en el verano con la gran zona al aire libre y el lugar ha albergado varios barbacoas. También es estupendo el personal del bar que nos permitió bailar en los sofás y mesas en la parte trasera.

Have been here several times and food has been good. This time, very disappointing. The layout of the restaurant has been changed and now feels cramped despite being a large space. I like a bit of time between courses but we had barely finished starters when the main course arrived. The burgers were cold and hardly cooked.We complained and the burgers were replaced. Can't complain about the service but the evening was ruined. I am happy to pay for a good meal but feel the restaurant is overpriced. The 'Long Island Ice Tea's was nowhere as good as those served in Westfield champagne bar.

We really enjoyed the food, the environment, the place, the service. We will come back to try the fish and chips.

Been there a few times. The food is nice and the cocktails are brilliant. They have an outdoor space which is great in the summer and a small lounge area - great for watching sports. We love going back there as the food is nice and value for money!

This is a nice river side pub on Stratford high street. It is quiet. The décor is nice and the sofas are comfortable. The seating outside is great to spend a summer afternoon with friends and family. The food is of good quality. The cocktails are nice too. Definitely a must visit in Stratford.

Really delicious braised lamb shank and all the trimmings, very reasonably priced. Really tender lamb just fell off the bone. Laid back atmosphere but staff still attentive. Enjoyed a lovely afternoon late lunch, drinks and coffee, catching up with a friend on a Sunday.Hoarding up at the moment whilst the riverbank is reinforced - view will be v nice when it's all done.

Quirky restaurant in the middle of nowhere. Restaurant has an industrial feel. Fish in fish and chips could have been crispier but tagine was tasty. Very relaxed atmosphere , service was slightly inattentive. Will not rush back.

We were walking the canal towpath heading for the Olympic village when we were soaked in a sudden downpour. We spotted The Print House across the canal and ducked in for a quick spot of lunch and a dry out in the warm. The staff were very friendly but there were not that many people in considering it was a bank holiday Saturday. Most of us had the fish and chips which was very nice. Drinks were a bit pricey but I expect the norm for London. Its nicely decorated and it would be lovely to sit outside on the decking overlooking the canal if we ever get a summer! All in all a very pleasant experience.

This was my first visit to The Print House. I find it a little sad that it was so empty on a Thursday night. Nevertheless we had a lovely fish and chips, very well presented and tasty. Corked wine was exchanged with no quibbles. The waitresses were friendly. Pretty good place, just a bit awkward to get to.

I literally live down the road, so go here often. Food is always perfect, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. Perfect to have a really nice dinner out of the Westfield hustle. Even better in the summer when you can sit outside by the canal.

I came here for a Sunday roast having heard such good things. The food was really great (which is why they get two points and not one) but had a very limited choice for a vegetarians. Working in hospitality myself I noticed that they had such a really good gin list and was excited to try some of their combinations, but much to my disappointment everything I ordered they didn't have. After our food we decided to move over to the sofa area and being one of three couples in the whole venue we were very confused when they increased the volume of the music and started playing house/dance music. The elderly couple beside us looked horrified as I can imagine they were also weren't expecting such an extreme change in atmosphere. My friend tried suggesting to the bar staff that the playlist that they were playing before was really much better but the staff shrugged and continued to play their awful loud music. The elderly couple beside us struggled to finish their bottle of wine and we did with our drinks and we all left. I was really disappointed with my visit and won't be returning.

Don't know the food but me and my friend had the best desert we have ever had in England. And the staff was also very nice.

20+ of us on a work event booked a table not really sure if this place was any good. However, on arrival we were impressed by the surroundings that really set the tone of eating at The Print House.Food was excellent, chicken starter was full of fresh green lettuce, nice and crisp, well seasoned and full of flavour.The main, a burger in a brioche bun was amazing and had amazing potato wedges. Crispy yet light on the inside! And my personal favourites, onion rings were full of crispy loveliness! Here's why the venue impressed me so much. When the dessert options arrived, I wanted something lighter so politely asked if they had any sorbet, the reply was "I'll see what I can do sir" and five minutes later as puddings arrived they placed I front of me some sorbet. Most restaurants would have just said "no" I would recommend The Print House to anyone. Good food, good prices, good and varied wine selection. The Malbec was excellent!

Good quality food. Nice inside seating area but also nice outside area when the weather improves. Service can sometimes be a tad slow on quiet days but that's minor. We go here for the food and haven't been disappointed yet.

I've visited The Print House quite a few times now and the feeling i get after every visit is like a breath of fresh air. The staff are always engaging and considerate in their service style without being over bearing. A true sign of a hard working team that click under good management. The food here is excellent and really to be appreciated in it's honesty and very reasonable pricing. So often in London I have been disappointed and felt that to have an affordable meal, I'd have to sacrifice on flavour, fresh ingredients or the care and detail that goes in to making a meal special. Each time I've eaten here it has been more than spot on.I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and delicious treat in a friendly and fun environment.The cocktails are outstanding and the Sunday roast is absolutely knock-out!

Visited the Print house twice, Saturday night, veggie options limited, but was very tasty. Service and friendliness of the staff was excellent. Sunday lunch was excellent, very tasty and again staff and service excellent.

My second time to visit this excellent bar restaurant . Had a business meeting in the front lounge followed by an excellent mealThe staff were very attentive and made our visit extremely enjoyable . The food was to die for. We all agreed we will make the print house our regular meeting spot.

Great place to visit and worth hunting it out. A real gem that will be very popular once the buildings in the area are finished.

Party of seven ranging in ages from 34 years old to an 89 and 90 Year old. Situated in an old industrial building with exposed girders, bare walls and industrial light fittings on show. An outside terrace looks very tempting for summer use. A good menu with excellent food. Relaxed atmosphere with very friendly staff. Thoroughly recommend it and will be going again.

We went for lunch which was excellent and very reasonably priced. When we sat down at 12pm I think we were the first ones there but it did fill up a little as we ate.Looks great for a drink in the evening in the summer months.We will be back....

We had a lovely pre-Christmas family get together at the Print House yesterday. 10 adults and two children. The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The chef catered for my granddaughter who has to eat dairy free food. All in all a lovely afternoon.

Recently visited the Print House with family, where we enjoyed a very good Sunday lunch. Very pleasant environment, and friendly staff, and at reasonable prices. I enjoyed the lamb shank for lunch, whist other family members enjoyed the belly pork and beef options. The range of drinks was more than adequate, which included a decent real ale. Would certainly return and recommend!

We were a family group of four adults for Sunday lunch - The Rugby World Cup menu!A little limited in dishes but still with something delicious for everyone's taste. A couple had the roast beef with all the trimmings, one pork roast with all the trimming and one had just about the best fish and chips you will find, anywhere The range of beers on offer was huge and great fun to explore and try and some of our party took full advantage! Wine by the glass okay, the red much better than the rather sour white. We had great service from a charming and knowledgeable waitress. When told we were celebrating my birthday before going to the rugby match, she agreed to get us each a commemorative Ireland supporters scarf and presented them to us when we left.

Amazing venue with plenty of room for the pre and post match supporters. Had lunch and the food was super, tried the topside beef, fish and chips and the lamb shank. Would rate the food top class. Ideal venue for large groups and family occasions. Great riverside venue. Conor is the perfect host. Well worth a visit.

We had the pork belly roast, it was simply amazing. Lots of meat, gorge roasties and tasty veg. Only thing was the home made yorkshire wasn't fresh out of the oven and was a tad crispy but didn't let it down. The sticky toffee was also delish- huge portion too. Nice chilled out vibe, busy but not loud- we had a lovely young waitress who was super polite :)Big fan. We will def be returning.

This is a brilliant place to both go for a drink and for a meal. The bar is beautifully decorated, good beers on tap, friendly service and great food. In summer, the outdoor area next to the river is a godsend, especially with a lack of proper beer gardens in London. It just needs more people in there to give it a really atmosphere but is certainly getting there.

Location is very niceFood was a dissapointment. Had veggie pasta which was totally bland - no spices, no cheese - and very mushy, obviously not made to order. At least we did not need to wait for food too long. But I am not risking to come back to check if chef improved...

Dropped in for a meal as we were staying down the road. Beer was good atmosphere good food was great as well. This bar is on the canal too so summer drinking should be good..

Sunday lunch shouldn't be difficult to get right.I chose Belly Pork as the main course, I was disappointed to discover my Belly Pork was mainly fat. Usually with Belly Pork, the meat is cooked slowly in the oven to allow the fat to melt down. The meal I was served had very soft (jelly-like) fat that was unpleasant to eat. In fact I returned the meal and exchanged it for a roast dinner which was somewhat better.

We were visiting my daughter who had just moved to the area. Lovely decor and very chilled out. Sunday roast amazing as were the cocktails. Very helpful staff and very friendly. Lovely outdoor area. A real gem.

As usual (we've been a few time now, being seasoned Bow locals) there was seating, friendly waiting staff and prompt food arrives, but even though the burgers are always good and the specials excellent, the music was so loud, I could barely hear my partner!It was Saturday, the rugby was on, fair enough, but it wasn't 9pm, it was 5pm. Tone down the tunes a little guys and continue on with the excellent grub! Cheers!

If you want to enjoy some nice food in the neighbourhood of stratford then this one is an absolute recommendation. The food is very good, the service excellent and the setting and environment very nice (while it is next to a very busy street)

We are locals and hadn't tried this place yet. We really wanted to like it, but were very disappointed with the food. My husband had a mackerel salad which was ok, but stingy on the mackerel especially for the price. I had a special which was a Thai chicken salad. There was nothing at all special about it, it was dry and tasteless. The server did her best but was overworked. The burgers looked good, but I doubt we will be back to try them. It's too bad, as it's a great location, and it is a nice space, but the kitchen lets it down.

We didn't want to join the vast queues of people in the Startford Mall so walked down from Stratford to Mile End in the hope we would find somewhere nice. We found the Print House. What a find!! Brilliant service, great food, and a table tennis table. Keep your eyes peeled to find it but well worth it.Steve

My daughter and her husband live nearby and they took us here. We would have sat outside but the light drizzle forced us in - but we had a cosy table for four and the staff were very friendly. Food was excellent and reasonably priced - £90 for four of us. There was background music but satisfactorily quiet.

Amazing staff make you so welcome it is impossible that you won't return. The food is excellent, well presented, not expensive and there is a well stocked bar. Who could ask for more.

This is the perfect place for an evening drink/meal, a family celebration or a chilled evening. Spacious modern setting, great selection of drinks and a really strong menu of perfectly cooked and honestly priced dishes. The honest pricing extends to the drinks menu where there are some genuinely excellent bottles priced under £20 (the Malbec is particularly good). Ticks a lot of the boxes you'd want from a modern bar/restaurant without the usual pretentious nonsense or being over-priced. An asset to the area.

Good atmosphere, good food, clean neat and tidy and good value. What could anyone ask for? Good cocktails. Food is tasty and well prepared and now with specials on the list, adds a bit of interest if you are a regular. Waiting staff always bright and breezy and efficient.

To be fair there's not much competition for this minimalist bar/restaurant located in what seems to be an urban desert. A rib eye and Chips was good and pretty well priced for London. Loads of space on a Tuesday night despite most tables being occupied but I bet it's buzzing at the weekend.

I've been there with my girlfriend last week; we had a starter plate and a main plate each. everything was really good, food, service and drinks!I definitely plan to go again!

First of all the venue is great! amazing outdoor space for sunny days and relaxing atmostphere. minimalistic decoration that makes me feel spacious. very clean!The food is fresh and quality. very tasty. The trick is having a simple menu for every taste. Prices are perfect as just right and fair specially for the quality The stuff is very friendly and attentive. Big smile when coming in.

Living quite close to this venue, I'm a regular costumer and I can't tell anything bad about them.The service is straight forward and after the first few weeks, it got on track and it is always pleasant and welcoming. The terrace is brilliant on a warm sunny day, with long tables that sit lots of people if necessary. Definitely the perfect spot to relax after a day of work. The menu is unpretentious, with some classics that are a treat on a lazy weekend. Sunday roast is great!Lots of beers and drinks to choose from, good cocktail list and very reasonable prices. Truly recommend!!

I love the minimalistic approach to the design of this restaurant. It's very simple and spacious. There was a pleasant atmosphere. The service was very friendly. There's a lovely range of cocktails and the food was quite nice. I will definitely be returning here again.

We visited TPH twice in one weekend as a foursome.The place is not easy to find. Look for the Olympic Flame on Stratford High Street, ignore the 'Dayne's Yard' signage and the rooftop 'Riverside Bar' lettering. This really is the Print House.Be aware that there are steps down from the road, easy to miss in dim light. Lighting was switched on shortly after we arrived. The interior was spacious, well laid out, included a bar at one end and comfortable seating at the other. In between were several large tables, easily accommodating 6 people. The décor was plain and a little Spartan but the atmosphere and ambience was first class with a DJ helping things along on the Friday evening.The service was excellent throughout, attentive but no way obtrusive. The bar was well stocked. The food - our selections ranged from burgers to fish to meat - was consistently very good and reasonably priced for the area. Portions were generous! A highlight was the citrusy sorbet. So good was our Friday experience that we all returned for the Sunday roast. On offer were beef, lamb and pork - all falling from the bone and accompanied by well cooked and presented veg. Again, the service was above and beyond.The only surprise was that the restaurant was not even half full on both occasions. So, we really must do something to help swell the number of diners:Memo to management - make your superb establishment easier to spot; prominent 'Print House' signage at street level will be good. The unequivocal burtonna recommendation to locals and passers by alike - visit and enjoy, we did!

Popped in with the missus for a quick bite to eat after work.Nice venue with a great location, especially in the summer.Food however is a let down. Burger was just mince meat squashed with no real flavour and very dry..Chips slightly overdone.My chicken was moist but again with little seasoning.I really cannot rare the menu either which is very basic and fairly I unadventurous.. Better when this venue was Danes Yard.

This was our local and we were very complimentary about the place. However last night when we called in for a drink, about 7-45pm we were greeted with a set of parents with children under 5, who were allowing them to run all over the venue with no control and screaming. At one point one of the children was left on its own in the middle of the floor rolling around with a dummy in his mouth crying his eyes out. When we approached the waitress called Manon, after describing what was happening, she was very abrasive in her attitude asking us to approach the parents ourselves. She was unwilling to approach them herself putting us into a very vulnerable position. On returning to our seats, when the parents were aware we had complained they approached us very verbally aggressive and homophobic. They didn't seem to accept that there was anything wrong with the situation and they had obviously been drinking. When the manager approached us he was very helpful and tried to defuse the situation. Then Manon approached us and again was abrasive and had to be told 3times by the manager to back down. When the party left they were further verbally abusive, the young lady stating that she worked at Whipps Cross hospital. On thanking the manager we advised him that we would leave him to deal with Manon as she was still been abrasive then we left. Sad end to our frequent visits.

A group of six of us booked Sunday lunch. It was very busy with England playing rugby but the staff were excellent and very attentive to all our needs the decor and the food is to die for,I had the lamb shank it was the best I ever had. Very good wine list and great desserts made our visit a memorable one we all agreed that we will be back.
