Visited the pretty pigs today for lunch and was served by a girl (think the badge said Lucy) who was very polite, welcoming and was very knowledgeable. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again, thank you so much for a lovely meal.

Was served today by Lucy, very helpful with a big smile and nothing was too much trouble for her. Will definitely return.

When for dinner here sineàd looked after us very well she was polite and friendly will be returning 😋

Enjoyed the Carvery very much.Tend to go 3 or 4 times a year and it's always a good meal.

Came on Wednesday night slightly busy. I think her name is mandy made us feel so welcomed we were stood by the door and she welcomed us into the pub. Explained what we could do order at table or come to the bar. We opened up a bar tab and she brought us our drinks and food when it was ready, didn't have to wait too long either. She came and asked if everything was okay we had saved room for pudding which she said she made has kitchen was little busy. She such a lovely lady and a credit to your company. Please pass on our thanks to her

This evening we took a trip to pretty pigs as a group of 14 and we got the most amazing service from Abby and she dealt with all of us so quick and efficiently!!

Came here to do some work... This place is very impressive, spotlessly clean and fantastic staff... Mandy looked after me during my visit, great hospitality and very welcoming. Photos show this amazing Stonehouse venue in full detail... Including the huge outside space and climbing frame for the children. This carvery location has so much to offer for families... I liked the Pretty Pigs so much that I sent friends who live in Tamworth an invite and I'm coming all the way back from Birmingham this week for a meal with them. Very pleased.

Cool name, right? That's about all. We stopped for a quick dinner, not looking for anything fancy, just something simple and quick. The menu was typical for a British pub—carvery, sandwiches, scampi—everything nice and easy that shouldn't go wrong. So, I went with the scampi. Forty minutes after we ordered, the scampi still wasn't ready. My husband asked how long it would take (jokingly wondering if they needed to catch it first), and they said the delivery hadn't arrived yet. Still not sure what that meant, but they eventually found my scampi somewhere. It was cold and clearly forgotten. Final of this story: Will I be back there? What do you think?

The carvery was cold, We were a table of 3 and was sat in the middle of a room , we asked to sit by a window and was told they were for a table of 4 and yet a single person was seated after us at one ? We was queuing for the carvery my husband was next to my severely visually impaired son , me and my husband was served and I had to stand and wait for my son as the chef vanished, a waitress asked if everything was ok and I said no as I'm waiting for my son she went into the kitchen and eventually he came back out. Just because my son doesn't wear a label stating hes disabled the service was appalling

We went at about 4:30 it was quite inside me and my wife had a cavery and we ordered a burger for my daughter The carvery was to be honnest dry roast beef was not the best the roast potatoes were burnt shrivelled up the veg was ok . The burger took 30 minutes to land at the table by this time me and my wife and I had eaten our food. TBH not impressed £50 not well spent ...... sorry for a not so good review but you could have done better

I have recently moved into the area and have been to the pretty pigs a few times and seen Emma most times. She is lovely, friendly and very personable. The general atmosphere and the food has been really good every visit whether for breakfast or an evening meal.

The food doesn't really do anything for me. It's OK but generally what they serve I can find better elsewhere or cook better myself. It is not uncommon for them to make major errors with home delivery orders. Usually when I have been there it has been very crowded inside with a long queue for the food.

Came in for Sunday lunch with the family and was served at the table by Reagan. My mom struggles with walking but Reagan went above and beyond and ensured we stayed seated and served us from our table. He was polite and funny and overall made our visit very entertaining with jokes conversation and a warm and welcoming attitude. We had to wait a little while on some food but that's to be expected on a busy Sunday. The only issue we had was it felt like the host was trying to pressure us to leave, making us feel like we had overstayed our welcome, which is rather unfair as we had been waiting for our food and deserts, and a couple of us had to go outside due to the heat in the section we were sat in being to uncomfortable for them. Overall our experience was amazing and would return again soon hopefully we can say our next experience was perfect 😊

Went to the Pretty pigs today. We had the carvery and it was really nice. It was busy, but we were prepared to wait for good food, and with it being busy, we thought that the food must be good to be so busy.

Food was hot and tasty, however child’s pizza took a bit of a while to come to the table, but it was busy. Unfortunately, atmosphere could have been better on this occasion as there was a noisy, disruptive table close by that caused 2 tables to leave. Will return on another occasion for sure. Thank you to James who looked after us, great customer service and friendly nature!

Sunday carvery: Beef was dry & fatty, veggies were tasteless. Waited 34 minutes for dessert 🍨 sundaes, the glass bowls they came in were boiling hot, just out the dishwasher i guess.

Struggling to think of a time I've had worse food and I've stopped in hospital for weeks. The cheapest of cheap burgers swimming in grease yoid expect at a dodgy van at the side of the road, no flavour at all and over £11. It's gristle and grease no beef involved, side of cold chips and a 45 minute wait. Will never return don't waste your money.

We ordered using the app too good to go for dinner and waited till 9pm to pick up the food just as I arrived it was cancelled by the establishment. I could clearly see them taking away a boat load of the food from the carvery and they only had " sorry" this was our dinner for tonight we are having the kitchen redone and very hard to get decent food especially after 9pm!!!!! Go some where else it's not worth the effort

I ordered a beef dinner for 2, came with no beef at all ,rang them up and they said they could do nothing about it.. Me and my wife had a long day at work and was looking forward to a nice beef dinner but the evening was totally ruined ,I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN...STAY AWAY

Went there to pick up a delivery order. Got a chance to see the kitchen and the cooks. I really don't understand why people choose to eat here! Everything on the menu can be bought from Iceland and air fried at home. The guys in the kitchen looked clueless and clumsy. Don't want to be ill intended but personally I won't eat here!

Great place to eat especially with the family...Great service...got to say the lady who works front of house Mandy went above and beyond to make us welcome and provide everything we needed, nothing was to much...big thanks to all the staff but especially Mandy 👍 will definitely be going again.

Good food, good service, reasonably priced. Clean tidy and friendly. Would be nice to have more meat served on the carvery, but then don't we all want a bit more for our money?

Love the food here and accessible for my grandad too, have always come for family meals but my visit last week was made extra special by our waitress Ashleigh. She was attentive, helpful, warming and inviting, the food was served fast and with a smile on her face. Cant wait for my next visit.

Went on a cute little dinner date with my partner here for the pizzas which were phenomenal. Staff were welcoming and friendly particularly our server Ashleigh. Brought my partner here for a date and had the most incredible time, the food was amazing and the staff and service was beyond expectations, one staff member in particular who stood out was Ashleigh due to her high speed extremely welcoming aura making us laugh and smile and putting us in the best mood and ensuring we had the highest level of satisfaction we could have had from the experience.

Went for a meal with 2 other on a quiet Monday evening not very busy at all we were greeted after a short wait and pointed to a table in the bar which I asked can we please have a table restaurant side to which I was told I'm sorry but we are having a managers meeting so you can't sit there so we ended up in the bar side very dark and looked uncared for. We ordered 3 of the 3 courses each food was not to bad at all but we had to ask at every course if the food was coming 30 mins for starters chicken strips and garlic bread food not to bad then 30 mins for desserts apple pie, ice cream which is long waits when the restaurant was more or less empty.

I come here often with my daughter for breakfast. There food is always amazing and the staff are always really friendly and helpful

Great carvery food at very affordable prices. I always look forward to a meal here. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I was served by Ashleigh the last time I was there and despite the sweltering heat from both outside and inside the pub. She was fast on her feet with my orders. As were the kitchen staff behind the carvery. (Chefs kiss)

All good. It was a weekend and very loud with small children under the age of two in the room. Hence 3 stars for atmosphere.

We visited on a Sunday at 5pm. The food was lovely the staff were the most hard working I've ever seen. BUT.. can't believe the management !. 13 people in line for carvery waited 10 minutes whilst the poor bugger carving meat was made to sort out take away orders. There should NOT be take away orders being sorted by the same poor guy trying his best to serve waiting customers. Everyone in our line was patient and tried to be understanding. It was NOT his fault. But the people after us were abusive as hell to him. And management took ages to come to his defense and support. Shocking . Take care of your hardworking staff and stop making your staff work like animals

Arrived at our book table time to be told kitchen didn't open till midday so place our food order at the bar, was seated in restaurant by staff , found table to be wobbly and cutlery was not clean , glass which my pint was served in was dirty , wife did like the carvery , but granddaughters pizza was served 10 mins before her fries , the pizza was crunchy and damn near uneatable so she left it , considering its s pizza restaurant very poor show , my beyond meat burger was poorly presented on a plate that a charity shop would reject, waiting time was unexceptable with no updates from staff , whole place in need of help from a good interior decorator very dated and flaky , decided not to stay for a desert

In a beautiful Sunday in May, the restaurant was busy and the food was fresh, and kept coming. A small meal was priced to sell and tasted right. Service a bit hit and miss.

Came in on Sunday for a meal with my family. We were served and looked after by Reagan. He was very professional and was helpful with any problems or questions we had. I returned last night with another friend and got the same service and professional attitude from Reagan again. Amazing service from him and all other staff members. The food was all fresh and lovely and the staff were helpful at the carvery deck.

Food was okay, however our last 2 visits we were left waiting over an hour for desserts, only to find out on both occasions this was never passed to the kitchen, probably will take my money elsewhere next time From a disappointed customer

I’ve been here in the past and it wasn’t anything to scream about but my most recent visit it was so much better. Had a face lift and food was hot fresh and not horrible. A lot better that my last few visits to the toby in shenstone. 👍🏻
