Frequently order from Cousins however was very disappointed with tonight's order. Grease had leaked over all packaging and the bag, the wraps were soggy and wet. Portion size was also a lot smaller than usual too it seemed. Normally a 10/10 every time but this time wasn't a good experience. Hopefully it is a one off and hopefully next time will be better I'm sure.

First time ordering with Cousins since they moved from Kerria, kids meals were okay, loved the little packets of rainbow drops that comes with the meals. Ordered an adults burger meal and though the chips were slightly on the colder side (not freezing just not as hot as I'd like but then again it's colder than usual out there right now so could be that). Wouldn't particularly say the burger meal was worth just short of £10 BUT delivery driver was super friendly and smiley which helps so 8/10? ☺️

Food was good but unfortunately our drink was missing , the restaurant did not want to take responsibility and told us that the Uber driver must have stolen it , Uber refunded only 91p of the £1.50 can of pop ! Why would you carry on using Uber delivery drivers if this has happened before as you said on the phone ?? They are stealing from your customers and you do not seem bothered at all ! Shame as your food is nice as are your staff .

I've been using Cousins for a few years now and can honestly say I've never had a bad meal. The food is always hot, fresh, and really tasty. And is exceptional value for money.

Cousins is my favourite takeaway. Amazing price and an amazing team! Delivery is always so quick and quality is always amazing too

Disappointing food. Kebab was cold and had clearly been sat around a while as it was hard. No sauce on it even though I had pressed the option for mayo to be on top. Waffle was burnt underneath and again arrived cold. Delivery driver took it to a different house, only because I saw the car pull up in the road and I went out to tell them it may be mine I got my order else it very nearly went to someone else…

Amazing food, all hot and taste amazing! Asked for lots of garlic mayo on meat and they definitely delivered. I love the fact the salad is in a different container than the meat. Young lad who delivered, was very polite and well mannered. I would 100% recommend

I ordered no onions in my salad and got juicy peppers in replacement, yumyum. I am glad they listened. Food always brilliant, well cooked and not burnt. This is the 3rd time we have ordered this food (mixed kebab for 2) and no complaints yet :D

The chips were really dry and tasted stale and I paid 3 pound for cookies just for them to be some warmed up Maryland cookies

loved their kebab and chicken mixed wraps for years now. Both are perfectly cooked and held together with a soft wrap. Owners are lovely and food is always banging. 10/10 recommend

For Xmas period the delivery time was great! Food was extra hot and you could tell it was freshly made. Driver pleasant on delivery. Thankyou for our order and we can’t wait to order again :)

Food was lovely piping hot great portion sizes and fast delivery will definitely use again.

Can’t fault the quality of the food or the delivery time on Christmas Eve but the portions are really small
