The Poynters Arms in Central Bedfordshire

The old centurion pub. I was at a party recently and it was the same estate pub as always. I've been drinking in the Katherine Drive pubs all my life. If you hire out the other part of the bar area, make sure you serve in turn and cater for quantities. Keep toilets clean and keep on top of wayward people in that party. Unfortunately I won't recommend this venue for a party. 🙏Hopefully a change in the future.

Played pool here ...decent estate pub with all the usual suspects in a glass or bottle...the food provided to the teams was good ...the cake made by the lady behind the bar was top notch

Had my mum's 70th birthday party here, it was fab, lovely big room with a bar.

Our wedding reception was here..loved it

I'm a resident and thay have car parked up with music loud as thay are drinking

Parked near here in me lorry spent couple hours there really nice ppl great pool table and really enjoyed it. Looking forward to visiting again.thanks

Typical old working class fashioned estate pub still has carpet, putting that aside it has some grt old boys to have a chat with, grt atmosphere,,,,

Bar staff are good free table when I was there dart board aswell kids are welcome music plays with a variety of drinks

Just across the road...New management, seems nice....can get a bit lively at weekends...but it is a pub.....can get wine and/or brandy.... so its fine wid me

This place has gone downhill. A very experienced landlord acting so rude and only seems to think about himself. I know this pub will improve and be back to it's former greatness, so willing to wait for the owners to realise that the local ageing community and customers Need to be respected and valued.

Local pub for local people. But that's not to say its not welcoming. If you want to talk then talk. If you want to be left alone you will be. Best way for an semi independent
