The food was cold, it was very bland. No taste to it at all, I added salt and pepper. That helped with the chips but not the mac cheese

I’ve been to this subway a couple of times now and always order on the app for collection to save time. Usually things are forgotten and I have to ask the staff to re-read the receipt. Today, however, I’ve ordered on the app for collection and stood at the collection sign for between 5-10 minutes whilst one boy (who seemed new as he didn’t know where some buttons were on the till) and two female staff worked - ignoring me. One of the female staff was making orders for customers in store, but spoke to the other female staff member in the kitchen area the entire time. I could see multiple paper collection bags waiting so I was getting frustrated. It was only when a just eat driver came into the store and told the boy the numbers of the orders he needed. Only then the male staff member gave me any attention and handed me my food. Not happy.

We had a lovely lunch for 4, with drinks for about £40. Staff were efficient and friendly. Great value.
