The Porthole in North Norfolk

Great coffee, cake and lunch options. We can be fussy about our coffee and being vegetarian we can be difficult to cater for but this was a great place. Attentive staff who made us and our dog very welcome. Best place in Mundesley. Seems small at first sight but seating upstairs for more room.

Dopped in midmorning on holiday in the area over New Year. Delicious coffee and friendly staff who made us feel welcome so we returned for another coffee the next day. Others in our party visited over a lunchtime and enjoyed the toasties. All the food looked very tasty!

What an absolutely fantastic find this place was 😊 Staff were super friendly 🥰 My hubbie had a bacon & Brie toastie which he loved and I had a pizza and it was A M A Z I N G!!! 🤤 Will definitely be returning on our next visit to Mundsley.

We stopped here on our dog walk. There was a lovely warm atmosphere and we were made to feel v welcome, including our dog. The coffee was local and was outstanding. We bought some ground coffee to take home as we were so impressed. I would definitely recommend.

What a lovely lovely cafe. After a trip for coffee and amazing home made cookies, we learned they do pizzas Thursday-Saturday evenings. Really simple choice of margarita or pepperoni, both were delicious. Really good quality meat, restrained basil and a knock out tomato sauce. They have a full license with a good looking cocktail list, although we stuck to red wine of which several nice ones were available. I hope it flourishes it really deserves to. Suggest do some more promotion of the pizzas in the window (I only found out when they told me). I can also vouch for the sausage rolls and pasties we picked up another day for lunch!
