I think the location draws you in!! That's the best I can say. On the waterfront next to the bridge so in a perfect location. Service no problem efficient and friendly, sat outside and tables and area clean. Food very overpriced but hey went for the great setting, one cooked breakfast luke warm and no taste, under cooked and definitely not worth the money, beans on toast, how can you go wrong? Awful baked beans, such a weird sweet and metallic taste and mostly watery juice not beans, covered them in salt and pepper to get some flavour. Very dissapointing and just because you've got the monopoly on the setting you've let yourself down with poor food products and obvious greed rather than quality,Would not recommend

Beautiful location let down by the food and lack of cleanliness. In times of Covid when cleanliness is paramount chipped tea pots harbour germs and there was quite a bit missing and badly chipped. The milk jug had a layer of milk scum with black bits in it and I asked for it to be changed showing the young man the scum. A few minutes later he bought me out the same jug and the same milk. Perhaps he thought I was stupid but I called him over with another and showed him again! I finally received a clean jug of milk . Food was nothing special and the salad had loads of red onion but not much greenery. I don’t like being treated like I’m an idiot and apart from location there’s nothing special here and I have to ask how clean is everything else! Avoid

Having enjoyed many a trip to this Cafe we noticed immediately things had changed. They claim to serve a brand of coffee but it tasted both like it. Three separate times we ordered food and each time it was served with no cutlery! By the time we had managed to get some the food was cold. Extremely poor service. At least 4 couples walked off having waited so long to be acknowledged by staff or promised they would be back to take an order but never returned. Great shame this has gone down hill so much! Sort it out new management you can’t rely just on location for business. Staff need training and you need more of them!

After having a wander in Wroxham a friend and I decided to return here after a gap of a year or two and weren't disappointed!Plenty of tables outside or inside with great views to watch the boats passing by or mooring up with great skill! We both ordered and were promptly served with 2 small breakfasts and pots of tea.3 sausages, bacon and a perfectly cooked egg all of lovely quality went down a treat! We both commented how immaculate the restaurant was and after thanking the Staff and Chef we left for a wander round the shops! As locals from Norwich we will definitely return soon and well done to you all for your hard work in these difficult times, it didn't go unnoticed!

Popped in for a cream tea and sat outside and watched the world go by on the river The service was fast and within minutes we had a huge warm scone each with butter, jam and clotted cream with a cup of tea. One of my friends opted for a coffee instead and another had a lemon drizzle cake which they thought wasn’t that good I didn’t take a photo as I was too busy scoffing it down ! I can’t wait to go back ! There were lots of other choices on the menu and with the setting I thought it was very good value for money The only annoying thing was a wasp which was intent on enjoying my snack as much as I wanted to !!

Situated right next to the broad, this seems to base itself loosely on the theme of American diners. Clean and well presented, we happened to visit on a Thursday evening - there was only one other table occupied so the atmosphere was really non-existent. Shame, because the staff are lovely, they obviously care about the customers and the menu, although limited, is not at all bad - and the food served is beautifully cooked and well presented. No real complaints and we would be happy to return again.

After a few options in and around Wroxham, we opted for Wherryman's restaurant situated next to the river by the bridge which didn't disappoint. Car park situated behind (day and evening rates). On a nice day you have the option of tables outside by the day boats. Table reserved we made our choices from a good menu and you may need a coin if your choosing between 2 options, all meals look good. Having selected the lasagna (on seeing a pass by) this arrived on presentation and steaming hot with 2 slices of garlic bread to accompany the dish. Freshly made to order it was a top choice. Other selections with high comments are the scampi and burger. Desserts also a hit with these being made (apple pie and brownie). All in all, great service from the young staff, great food, great place....you should stop by!

Did not get her name tho she was an older woman. The date was Thursday 20/8/15 around 20.00pm . It was a quick visit was only there for 20 minutes as they finished their meals I walked outside with the bags as they go to the counter to pay all of a sudden I hear this little patronising voice shout at me excuse me you haven't paid. That wasn't the problem the problem was when i explained my mother was waiting in line to pay she didn't even apologise for wrongly accusing me. I know it's only something small but I felt really embarrassed as she shouted it out loud for everyone to hear and look. I at least expected an apology from her but nope. There was none. The pizza at the wherryman's is great. Remember back when Bella pasta and other Italian chains ued to serve regular Italian pizza? That is what this places makes. It's wonderful and not poncy or pretentious the way other pizza places have gone. There's no buffalo mozzerella, rocket or sun blushed tomatoes in sight. It's not served on some awkward piece of wood. Perfect simplicity. It's straightforward and proper Italian pizza and cheap.

The waiter was pleasant, not sure why, working in such a cold hard atmosphere. Now, the food, carvery, well, ummmm, Grumpy man serving, but in fairness, think he is like that with everyone. Did however seem more friendly with locals. The meat was ok, but cold, also veg were dry and cold. Yourshire pub cold and not cooked through. At least the gravy was hot. As I was eating they did top up the vets, but didn't empty the old lot out. Would I go again, NO. I had read the reviews , but thought, no, it can't be that bad. But hey ho. It was. It's a shame, tho, could be really good.
