Been the Porthole quite a few times when we are visiting Poole Harbour. Great for Breakfast Lunch and afternoon Teas. Staff always attentive and smiling. Give it a go you won't be disappointed.

Happened upon this lovely little place on a wet Wednesday afternoon in May, just a few doors up from the museum (also well worth a visit). Very clean, light, bright and welcoming. Damp dog and family friendly, with a selection of plant-based milk and butter alternatives. Menu has a good variety of sweet and savoury snacks and light bites at very reasonable prices. Hot chocolate is particularly delicious!

This little gem is a must visit, everything is so fresh and well made, what a lovely lunch. The staff make the place.

There were 15 of us in a group and this cafe was very accommodating to us all. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Highly recommend this lovely little gem.

Visited here for lunch recently. Greeted very warmly and invited in to the cafe. All food superbly cooked and presented - and very reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again when next in the area. A small family business which deserves much success.

We had lunch here four adults and a two year old. Great find. The place is only small tucked away from the quay. The food was lovely and freshly made to order. The staff very helpful and kindly gave the “little one” a pen and paper to draw on. We would definitely go back.

What a lovely little coffee shop. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. The cake selection is excellent and serving it with cream and a strawberry is a nice extra touch. The scone was delicious and served warm with jam and cream. Next time we’ll come for lunch as the menu sounded very tempting.
