Just got back from another fab time at the Kitten. This is my go to place. Bar staff are friendly and approachable and Paula and Dave always give me a warm welcome I come here with friends but also come here on my own as inside a friendly face is always seen I would 100 percent recommend this place to anyone. It’s home from home for me. To everyone at the KItten thank you so much. always a safe environment and always a good laugh x

On the day of the visit, there was a special event happening. There were two bands on. The event was to mark the 30th anniversary of Quadraphenia, with one band playing all the music that the Mods would be listening to at the time, the other band playing more contemporary rock music. The event was quite well attended. The pub has music at the weekend. The staff and hosts are very welcoming. A good selection of beer.

Nice roomy local with plenty of table & chairs spaced out for safety. Nice selection of tapped drinks, Rev. James(always 1 real ale that changes) Strongbow original, cocktails, wine, as you would expect. Good price for a pint of ale & large Sav. Blanc....£8.90!! (13/06/24). Outside picnic style seating area & 2 sit down smoking constructions undercover. Pool table & various gambling machines. All round a nice place to go out to. The management couple are very friendly & chatty which is another bonus.

It's such a lovely place. Great atmosphere and friendly. Paula and Dave, who run it, are such a good laugh.

Beer is responsible, and the place is bright and clean. The landlord makes a real effort. When was the last time you went to a pub that has free bar food? It's not Michelin ☆ but it's not bad either. Well done. ☆☆☆☆☆

Pubs good. Obviously some days better than others. Depending on company your with and what night it is as there is bands on in the month. Most people are friendly. Guvnor is nice fella.

Great classic pub. Great atmosphere, splendid staff & we saw a great covers band play, Scam69... ideal night out!

Great friendly pub always made welcome

Rude staff. No acknowledgment when waiting for 5 minutes staff disappeared and then reappeared to serve someone who had stood at the bar for 10 seconds. Left for a better pub. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Good local pub. Great to be back. Meat raffle most Sunday afternoons. Nice crowd too. For the locals not great for a cocktail of an evening lol

Boss drinks while serving. People who work there very unprofessional. Rude.and push you.when you drink more. Would not go back.its like a zoo for animal.they need to be tamed .

Aok prices but Lots of trouble with some of the people sitting outside & some ex girlfriend in the carpark. Crying & screaming (not very nice things)

Working man's pub. Decent draft lagers and ales. Reasonably priced. Friendly bar staff. Pubs name is taken from a moth! Harlow new town pubs are named after moths and butterflies.

New make over is much better with a good selection of drinks behind the bar and very reasonable. Unfortunately the clientele is the same.... rough! Not a family pub.

Nice pub busy on the weekends looking forward to it opening after lockdown.

Massive fight broke out down there. Wasn't too enjoyable - notice the bloke on the floor getting stamped on.

It was ok it's was popular didn't see any kittens though drink is ok

got kicked out for going to the toilet at 8:54 pm rude language from staff and rowdy old men disgusting

The bar staff serve all their friends first and always running short of glasses as no one collecting the empties.

Definitely nice and warm, lots of people enjoying a good drink and good atmosphere. Previous visits with old publicans was absolutely freezing. Couldn't wait to leave.

A good place to watch sports, but it's cash only. There is an ATM round the corner just in case though. The beer selection is average with the usual suspects. The decor is in need of some work though.

Go e down hill so much every time I go maybe 10 people in the pub sitting at bar or in smoking area apart from that still love the pub but need to get people to go pubs more maybe a cheap drinks night
