ROYAL KEBABS in Harlow

Me and my mate went to royal kabab shop the food was worse. I asked for chicken doner but they made it with chicken tikka,the service wasn't good and staff was very unprofessional and all the items was over priced

Amazing food and good customer service would recommend

Me and my friend visited this shop , asked for 1 Mix Doner to share, Sales assistant misunderstood and made 2 doner for us , when i said we ordered only one and i am not hungry enough to eat it. We apologised 4 times for that. At the end when we finished our Meal and go to counter to pay , manager said i have charge you for TWO, and asking to take away another Doner box he made, by Force. finally he DID NOT RETURN the money from my £20 pound note but we also left the shop without that Doner box. I was so shocked , how a business unethically and Illegally charge a customer like that ? I am also in process of reporting this to Local Law enforcement agency. Also the food quality was very very LOW and not worth buying according to the price .

I was loving the food in this nice shop but yesterday my order was crap and with missing items. Im sorry to give you this review but i think maybe youl change and get better like before.

The food is super not tasty. The shawarma is the worst one I’ve ever had in my life. The inside was super hot. He doesn’t even have an AC. I wouldn’t recommend.

These guys are super polite and helpful on the phone and their namesake 'Royal Kebab' is possibly the best value take-away in town. Ordered twice, perfect both occasions..

I don't know if it's changed hands since the summer but the taste and quality have gone downhill, all the meat is fat and grissel you get a lot less than before you don't get the right sauces or salad

Ordered a chicken korma and rice it was more like a vindaloo, it was disgusting my mouth felt like it was on fire and my stomach was the same. Never order from them again.

It was so bad we couldn't finish our plate. The drink in the plastic bottle was previously open and half-filled. We asked for the second drink and it was open too. Why do people give this place 4+ stars and mislead us?

It was my first and DEFINITELY LAST TIME to order from this restaurant. I usually order from another restaurant but because it wasn’t opened when I needed the food I opted for Royal Kebab. I ordered the food around 12.30PM pm to be deliveredd at 14.00 but it was delivered 30 minutes later. Plus the meat was a bit burnt. Besides of this I ordered the platter for 4-5 persons which is way too much overpriced. £75 for that meal is a robbery. If I knew it would be late I could have ordered from my usual restaurant (where I went after that to get another platter because that wasn’t enough for us) where you would get exactly the same amount of food(except 1 bottle of drink and dessert) for £39.90 and is stated to be for 3-4 persons which is true. It doesn’t seem right to pay extra £35 just for that. I would never recommend to get a sharing platter from Royal Kebabs. Never buy from them again!

Pleasant staff. 7pm and no other customers in shop but they were busy preparing orders, probably for delivering. Large servings,. Everything cooked nicely, salad fresh n juicy. Wouldn't get chips again though, they were dry and not needed. Would return 🙂

I never tasted anything soooo bad and it's definitely not worth money at all. I think it was my second attempt have food from this take away and both time experience are just unbelievable bad ,the meat uncocked and soaked of oil just disgusting limit of food poisoning.

Food was cooked well, but the prices are insanely expensive for Harlow. A "platter" that was worth £13 was no where near a platter, more a small meal. Menu advertises 1-2 people, however it would certainlyonly feed 2 people if they were extremely young children. Salad and lamb chop was the highlight however.

There kebabs are to love for, cooked to perfection, Ma Sha Allah. Menu items are endless, with 5 hygiene rating and spotless sitting area, I enjoyed all experience. I have mostly eaten in ilford, east London , seven kings and goodmayes at different Turkish kebab places but Royal kebab in Harlow sure got amazing tasty kebabs(cooked medium or well done) as on demand. Cheerful staff, I enjoyed it fully and can’t wait to try there Mix grill and platter again.

To be honest the food was delicious. However I don't think the food their is good value for money especially when their are a lot more options available in Harlow, who also serve good quality Turkish food. The staff are friendly, cooking area looked very clean and food was prepared on time.

just got food ,didnt try yet but terrible behaviour of staff. i went to pick after 45 min long commute from work ,the restaurant guy asked rudely why you came early to pick .i havent prepared yet, i was like ok i can wait. the other guy kept on pronouncing wrong name of customer on receipt and told i was giving him wrong name.as if he knew name better than me, looks they were trying to get funny but me not interested. zero mark for welcoming to customers.
