The Egyptian guy was very helpful always smile the guys are super friendly and they are well training

Tried a frappaccino in a can, on a hot sunny day. It hit just the spot.

The place itself is good. The staff work really hard and they are very friendly, however after school day the teenagers are a nightmare in there. They don't show or have any respect for other customers.

i just been there for a coffee and after i queuing i've been told we take "CASH ONLY" honestly i mean before letting people queueing up why you don't put something in writing on the window like CASH ONLY?? disappointed as i queue up and didn't had any cash and costa app with me !!

Very good standards within coffee and food.

New staff every week with no training. Paying for coffee that doesnt even taste like coffee. Slowest workers on saturdays and sundays when its the busiest days of the week. Had to wait For 15 minutes for a coffee with only two people ahead of me. Definitely need to work on training the new staff!!!!

There is a girl called Hannah, very slow and rude

Came in on a busy Monday morning, and was sitting in the queue for a while which I expected as Costa always is busy, I was greeted at the counter by a lovely employee called Lily, she was very polite and apologised for the delay as there was only 2 of them working. Even still, I really appreciated her service and found it didn’t take as long as I thought it would despite the lack of bodies working. First and definitely not last time I will come in! Customer service 10/10

Best coffee latte in this costa

Would not recommend totally ripped me off charging for food that was not delivered .

Met friend for coffee and chat. We both had Latte, chocolate cookie and toasted teacake. Comfortable chairs and clean table next to the window. Ordered at counter, it was very busy and had to wait a bit for order, then had to carry to table, which was a bit hazardous as we are both getting a bit old in the tooth and a bit wobbly. Would have been nice to have it served to our table. Latte was nice, but my teacake had been put into toaster, so was toasted both inside and out, but still tasted nice. The cafe was extremely noisy, so much it was hard to carry out a conversation. The noise was added to by the staff shouting out the orders. Overall, quite a nice experience, but not a place I would chose to visit for a meet up and chat again.

The Service is terrible!!! Rude staff!! Don’t understand why are u finding a problem to clean the table for me , is your job !! I can seat where l want , how rude of you making facial expressions and pointing at other tables like l could seat somewhere else, knowing that I’m watching u !!!

I like this place. The red-haired girl Angelina is always very friendly and carefully takes orders. The coffee is delicious

Today only the blond young man was very friendly and had an excellent customer service! The other two ladies was very rude and no awareness about customer service! I ordered and asked for normal cream and the black hair lady add the vegan cream! I asked her politely if it is the normal cream because it seems not like normal! She said yes it is normal cream. Then, my husband ordered a coffee and the blond hair young man done the order, he put the correct cream. I asked him having in front of him the two coffees about the cream and accepted the one is vegan. He apologised and changed my coffee. I told then the black hair lady that before she didn’t really listened me and told with a rude behaviour that just didn’t understand and after I told her next time to be more careful she apologised with a cold way, not meaning of it.

This is my favourite coffee place. All the staff are all polite and professional to all customers.

Dirty tables and floor was a disgrace. Lovely staff.

My order was made correctly but my friend's was not. Staff could not grasp ghe issue for ages. Portions of cake are tiny, especially for the prices being asked. Interior is very basic and dull.

Looks like recently open. Pop in for a coffee. Had in. But it was in paper cups. Shame no China

The staff working is really nice but there isnt enough people working considering the size of the coffee shop. The tables arent cleaned up after previouse clients. The coffee and food are always really nice though.

Never enough staff at Costa. The three girls working there, did not stop. They worked well together, but I had to wait quite a while for my order. The Coffee was great, but thats why we all queue isn't it ?

Nice calm environment with helpful and friendly staff.

They need a second coffee machine as they are always busy and the poor staff all struggle on the one machine.

My 2nd home, can't beat costa gor a mellow Latte and a lump of cake

Visited this particular Costa coffee for the first time yesterday 2nd Jan. One of the nicest Costa's I been too... Lovely staff, plenty of space (hate it when they cram in too many tables) and nice vib 🙏 One observation tho...the toilets need attention please, but otherwise, VERY nice!

OK but Costa need to have someone who cleans better

Not too keen on Costa as a rule but I love their Black Forest Hot Chocolate and service was really really good

Lacks atmosphere since the refurbishment. Always pretty slow service, never seems to be enough staff.

Great costa, very efficient, warm and friendly staff process your order very quick. On the day didn't wait long at all and the atmosphere was bustling. One of the best costa's in the area.

Don't go in there often as service is very very slow

As Costa Coffee goes. This branch is quiet .. , not empty but you can sit and relax . Sometimes it's hard to find a seat. But this little branch in Harlow staple tye is lovely . Not 5 starts because of the price ! . X

I always receive the best customer service in the Costa at Staple Tye. Today was exceptional the blonde lady gave fantastic customer service she is a credit to Costa. Always a pleasure to go there.

It's a costa, so you know what your going to get. The store is fairly clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. Docked a star as despite it being quiet, three members of staff stood around and nobody was clearing away the tables etc before the likely brunch rush, which made the place a bit cluttered.

Enjoyable few hours with friends good value for money.

Upset that I came for coffee with friends at 5pm today and you were closed. Opening times on website says to 6pm 😒

due to my experience at Costa Coffee, I will not be returning. I have an intolerance to milk, and was given a drink containing this when i mentioned specifically to make it with soya. i then got a rude response from a female staff member on Thursday the 19th of August around 1pm. i will not be returning due to the rudeness of the staff.

Im not the person to write reviews however the way that I have been treated every time I go into costa and Rhys or Demi is working they seem to serve me with a attitude when I ordered a frostino he slammed my drink on the side and gave me a dirty look. If I was you I wouldn’t go to this store and order food because the way they treat there staff and their customers a disgusting I wish I could give a 0 star rating. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GO TO A STORE WHERE TUE STAFF ARE REALLY RUDE

Myself, my partner & our daughter visited the Staple Tye Costa this afternoon. We gave our orders to the male Barista serving- very clearly & politely. We waited for our drinks to be made. When our drinks were ready, my partner noticed that his drink was not what he ordered. He politely informed the Barista (who had taken our order & made the drinks) that his drink was not what he requested. The Barista's response was rude & uneccessary, he repeated a few times that he understood my partner's order to be another drink. My partner amiably reiterated that his drink was not what he had requested. We both found this member of staff's manner rude, defensive & challenging .I have never had cause to complain about the service & manner of any Costa employee before but feel it necessary on this occasion to express discontent.

Just 1 member of staff this morning. Poor sod was run off his feet. Tables dirty that should have been cleaned day before.... we are in a Pandemic. Take this back... he's explained that lots of self isolation today staff off. Good luck he's doing a great job.

Went to the store and the drinks were absolutely disgusting and tasteless. Caramel latte had no caramel and the strawberry iced tea was watered down and still hot from brewing 😏. It was 50p per drink and I ordered two drinks and the lady charged me 1.50 thinking I was not aware of what she did. Date of visit 12/05/2021. Time about 11.25- 11.30am. Won’t be going back sadly.
