The Plaza Restaurant in Birmingham

La peor comida y el peor servicio al cliente. Trabajo dentro del hospital y honestamente puedo decir que este restaurante es terrible incluso con un descuento del personal en su robo. alimentos exagerados y huevos grasosos son huevos sólidos pero fueron fritos. . ninguna bebida con un desayuno y servicio es como si fueras un criminal en una cafetería de la prisión y los servidores son miembros de la familia de las víctimas.

I went in there after a recent visit to outpatients. It was pleasant enough and not too dear. And that's all I can say really.

As an ambulance driver, I used to use "The Plaza" restaurant frequently, mainly for a fair priced cup of decent coffee but unfortunately the failure of the owners to maintain or preferably replace the coffee machines after 10years of service means constant queuing never certain that you will get a cup or not. The staff appear disinterested at people's protests.

What are there no NON HALAL meat options for dinner. You should also cater for those that want meat but don’t eat halal… sort it out

Nice place to eat when visiting hospital, good food (value for the money), is not expensive. Staff was nice and friendly.

The food tastes like greasy rubber. Cold toast under cooked bacon and sausage the fried eggs are hard boiled. Everything tastes cheap but it's full price when you pay. Been here loads of times as covid gives staff no choice where to go. But if you have a choice avoid.

Visited the restaurant for the first time during Covid19, although have visited before over the last 2 years. They are well prepared for safe distancing both on entering, ordering and tables. As usual there is a wide choice of hot and cold meals, plus snacks and drinks. Pricing is very reasonable, for example 3 hot meals with 2 sides each and coffee, £13.75. On top of this, service with a smile.

Feel uncomfortable often when serving wouldn’t recommend on that basis alone. Food is well priced however just can’t stress enough the need to smile especially when in a hospital setting.
