The Pizza Kitchen in Cardiff

Pizza, fries and garlic bread were good. I wasn't fussed on the chicken nuggets as I prefer mine battered. Would order again!

Garlic bread was black born, chips completelycold. Pizza was not bad

I ordered deep pan and got thin crust, pizza was undersized and very bland, couldn't really taste any of the spicy ingredients, even the pepperoni had barely any flavour so the entire pizza just tasted of the onion and peppers.

Food not good quality, like it had been microwaved or something. The pizza was dreadful, garlic sauce is like water and no carrot in the Coleslaw.

We are regular customers of Pizza Kitchen, and highly recommend it. The pizzas are consistently delicious, with generous toppings. They arrive lovely and hot. The chips are great too - they are similar to McDonalds fries. The man who delivers it is always so polite and friendly. Since the lockdown, he has put the pizzas on our step, knocked the door and then stood over two meters away to see us open the door and wish us well.

I have ordered 3 times and every time the Pizza has been spectacular 😊. Everyone that likes Pizza should defo give this place a try, don't let the fact it is on clifton street hold you back. Excellent service, delicious food.

I've never order from just eat before and i also haven't order from this place the experience for me was very lovely and the staff phone me before hand as i didn't write my toppings in the box witch was very nice that the staff reassured me by phoning me up :) the food was lovely from here i would recommend this to friends. Just ordered the Spicy Chicken 14inch thin crust pizza. Was very good indeed. I will be back. Also, because I collected it, I got to meet the pizza chef, who was a charming, erudite, chatty man. So pleased to have this gem on my doorstep.

The delivery time was 8:05pm. The food came at 8:30pm. It was Christmas, my friends were here, I ordered and checked the delivery time was 8:05pm so told them to wait, they wanted to go enjoy with their family. However, they had to leave without having a bite of pizza as it came too late.

best pizza ive tasted in a long time

Firstly this order was placed at midnight and estimated delivery time was 12.50am. The food actually arrived at 1.45am. We contacted Just Eat at 1.30am who tried to call the shop but they didn't answer the phone. When it did finally arrive, the food quality was not good. I will usually plough through even if something is tasteless but this was beyond. I couldnt eat the pizza and neither did my husband. The "Garlic mushrooms" was just a small container of oily fried mushrooms with a few slivers of garlic - tasteless. My husband ordered coleslaw and this has to be the worst coleslaw ever! Didn't think it was possible to get it wrong! Well it apparently is. This coleslaw consisted of lettuce (yes, lettuce, not cabbage) onion and full strength mayo - was totally disgusting. The only good thing about this order was that the chips were edible. Would never order from them again!

My favourite place to go for pizza, there isn’t anywhere in Cardiff that matches up to this place. Also, don’t be afraid to have a chit chat with any of the staff next time you’re around, they’re all so welcoming and lovely. Big up! :))

ordered 2 dr peppers, received one. ordered a chilli sauce and garlic sauce, received mayonnaise and ketchup... garlic mushrooms are deffo not what I was expecting...

disgusting horrible pizza, ordered 14" pizza was smaller than 14, it was greasy floppy everytime you pick it up the topping falls off, didn't taste nice was disgusting, would not buy again

After a recommendation from my housemates, I ordered 2 personal sized pizzas with cheese and pepperoni stuffed crust. Both were really nice and great value for money! Great pizza and friendly staff. My new local for pizzas in Cardiff.

Pepperoni pizza came without a single piece of pepperoni. Ordered Lilt, received Sprite. Cheap garlic baguette with hardly and garlic or butter. Order was delivered an hour and ten minutes after I ordered, I was told it would be 45 minutes.

Awful! Not happy. Chicken burgers were cold and the chicken was hard :( I could eat anything being 9 months pregnant but this has gone straight in the bin. Disappointed to say the least. Waste of money

Ordered 2 pizzas and only described 3 topings. I had a call from the restaurant asking me which topings I wanted on the other pizza. 5* Customer service, loved that. One of them was a bit dry and I think it was overcooked because the cheese was burned and the base of the pizza too. The other one tasted delicious. The chips were ok.

Absolutely fantastic Pizza, I will be making this my go to Pizza place from now on, the Owner was as friendly as he could be and we had a fantastic chat. Pizza was one of the best I've had with a lovely blend of fresh ingredients and a beautiful texture to the crust and dough.

Pizzas tasted horrible cheese tasted funky so went in the bin

Food was pretty bad, Garlic bread had practically no garlic. But it came quickly and was warm and edible.

I've been a customer for years and love the food here

Pizza was lifeless, the ingredients i asked for i just couldnt taste due too the heavy amount of cheap cheese and tonnes of what looked like herbs, pizza also smelt like a cake, which was rather off putting, chips were OK, onion rings were undercooked, never again, many other bad pizza places that are better than this place, delivery was earlier than time given so fair play too them for that, ashame that the food wasnt as good as the delivery eh. A lowly 2/10 for me im afraid

fantastic, tasty pizzas, the chips were chunky/crinkly and absolutely gorgeous. i'm surprised at how great the quality and service is considering its also free delivery. this will be my regular takeaway from now on. lovely

All arrived at the time we were told it would. The chips were great and the garlic sauce was good, but the pizzas were very greasy and not particularly nice. We regretted not having paid the extra fiver for one of the well-known pizza delivery places. Disappointing.

After a few years of not eating from there due to not living in the area I am glad to see the service and standard of food as not changed it is still one of the best local food take a ways there is. Thank you I will be a regular again :)

Have recently discovered this take away and I am in love. These pizzas are flavoursome with fresh ingredients, great quality meats, and cheese that doesnt taste like the normal generic processed stuff on regular take out pizzas. The chefs really take care with the handmade pizzas. The delivery time may take a while but this is a very small business often with just one man in the shop. If you want speed try somewhere else but if you want top quality customer care and great tasting pizzas that melt in your mouth this the one. Only sad that we are moving away soon

Pizza ordered was requested as ´thin´ but not made as such and not cooked enough underneath. Something like chilli seemed to have been dropped on one portion of the entire Pizza - too hot. The delivery was made on time but staff failed to send the ordered large bottle of Coke Cola so the food went cold while we waited for a bottle to be brought to us on a second visit. If they send us a Complimentary Thin Crust Pizza of the same flavour as purchased originally to make amends, we would try them another time in the future with a family order for an evening´s dinner. If not, we shall order from an alternative source of Pizza. Thank you!
