The Pizza Hut Restaurants in Leeds

Don’t do the buffet with kids. Sounds a good idea but most of the pizzas are thick dough, reminded me of the ones from school 20yrs ago. Feel like they’re from frozen and not properly prepared. Kids didn’t like them and just wanted the margarita, which they only brought one out every ten minutes which went immediately as every kid in the building wanted a piece. So you pay nearly a tenner for kids to have hardly anything. Feels like a bargain but you’re better off just getting a full pizza each from somewhere better quality.

We booked here for a party for my son’s 8th birthday (they grow up fast don’t they!) Caitlin was our contact and she was very helpful and friendly, no complaints here. She did very well to cope with 13 slightly feral children going a bit wild!

The food is what you expect from a pizza hut. The service was great tho. I ordered the wrong pizza and Lucy sorted it out for me which was great.

Long wait for food 25 minutes. Garlic Bread dry and probably reheated. Salad poor quality and not regularly refilled.

I recently visited the Pizza Hut on Kirkstall Road in Leeds and had the absolute pleasure of being served by LucyS. From the moment we arrived, her brilliant and caring attitude made us feel incredibly welcomed. Lucy truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Her professionalism stood out, and her knowledge of the menu was impressive, as she was able to recommend the perfect dishes based on our preferences. What really made the visit special was Lucy’s genuine attention to detail and her outstanding service throughout the meal. She was attentive without being intrusive, and it was clear she takes pride in her work, making sure every customer leaves happy. I can't praise Lucy enough—she made our visit to Pizza Hut a memorable one, and we will definitely be back thanks to her excellent service!

Went here as a group of five last night. The manager Becky could not have done more for us, all the pizzas came quickly and were piping hot.

Honestly the worst food ever. We ordered stuffed crust pizza one chicken and one veg. Both arrived on stupid slates. Pizza was soggy and couldn’t be held in the hand. Massive chunks of pepper and hardly anything else. Worst quality onion rings I’ve ever encountered. Salad bar is good and was a godsend. Service was good but no reason to make me return. You go for food and its shocking

Ordered a large deep pan Vegan pizza but the toppings were not evenly distributed and fell off as you picked up a piece because the vegan cheese was so sparse despite being charged extra for Vegan cheese. Salad bar was missing lots but didn't get replenished, then had the smallest piece of Vegan cheesecake for £7.49. Not impressed.

Everything! Food buffet Refills on drinks &and Ice cream factory to finish was an all rounder favourite for the kids!!

Went for all you can eat buffet lunch so hard to rate it highly. It was mainly Margherita pizza with the odd meat slice. Best part is the salad bar

We just came back from the dinner from Pizza Hut at Kirkstall ! We were so happy with the service that w head by two lovely staff! Service with smile and professional staff! Totally we would visit again whenever we are in leeds ! Thank you

It was simple and straight forward. Service and food were excellent. The waitress was amazing with my son, I would employ her tomorrow if I still ran restaurants.

I took my family to the kirkstall pizza hut. We all had the buffet menu. Our server Becky is absolutely lovely and a credit to the store. She was so welcoming from the moment we walked in. She asked if any of our party had any alergies. She showed us to our table and showed us how easy it was to order from the table. She went through pricing. She was always checking that everything was OK. She's very attentive to her job and always on the go. Absolute 5* service.

The food was fresh. The service was great, I mentioned my favourite flavour pizza to the server (Rebecca) and she let me know when one was available. Went for Ice-cream, my favourite tipping was finished, I told a guy and he filled promptly. Really Happy With our visit.

New manager rebecca was great, it was my daughters birthday and both kids were shattered she made sure we were served super quickly and made a fuss of the birthday girl!

A nice pizzeria with panoramic windows and a nice view of the entertainment center and the trees behind. Pleasant driving music in the background. Draft sodas, delicious pizza, sauces, salad buffet. Polite waiters. Acceptable waiting time and average prices. I recommend 👍🏻

Well, we seem to have lost all aspects of customer service here. Upon entry, no welcome, not even hello, just "we only take cards" Shown to table and the QR code that replaces the waiting staff. Food okay, but service shocking.

Toilets were a public health hazard. One of the mens urinals was full of vomit and two of the women's toilets were covered in a brown substance.Service was very slow even though it wasn't busy. It will be my last visit to a pizza hut for quite some time....

Good value at the all you can eat buffet deal, some pizza bases could of done with a couple more minutes in the oven, otherwise yummy.

The food was good, as expected from pizza hut. No issues there. However the service wasn't the best. We were shown to a table and then just forgotten about. Luckily we found the QR codes on the table so ordered through that. All the bowls by the salad stand were dirty which was a bit off putting.

I met up with my auntie, today, at this restaurant. It had been quite some time since either of us had visited a pizza hut restaurant. We were welcomed and seated straight away. It's card only payments and order in the app. This reduces the interaction with staff which I feel seriously reduces the atmosphere in the restaurant. It was very easy to use the app. We ordered the buffet with bottomless drinks. The salad bar was well stocked and I really enjoyed the flavours and variety. The pizza choices were good, a great selection of bases and meat and vegetable options. They were hot and tasty. In fact thinking of the delicious pizza is making me want to return. The bottomless drinks are based around Pepsi max, tango, and 7 up. The ice cream factory is also available to you on the buffet offer, this is vanilla ice cream with a varied choice of sprinkles and sauce Very child friendly Great parking Very accessable

Lazy service, super slow, they seem to not know which table they are serving. Left tip at the beginning while ordering online, regretted it as was not deserved. Waiting for anyone to clean the table from empty plates for 20 mins, then for bringing dessert another 30 minutes without success, so finally left without eating it, loosing more than 10 pounds for two desserts.

Good value for money. Pizza tasty enough..... But nothing outstanding. The Waitress made me aware of how the meal could work out cheaper if I chose a side dish. Grateful for that.

I always love the salad bar. But the soft drink selection sucks. There is plenty of choice if you like sugar free, I DON'T.

Over priced , salad bar looked like it had been out all day. Staff sweeping tables with the floor brush!!! Will not be returning again!

Not sure what happened to the standards - the pizza was too obviously reheated from the freezer, the mayo they served had gone bad - i wasted so much food because it was just inedible. To be fair, Service is great and atmosphere is nice, too bad the food has become too commercial and cheap. Not worth your money.

Friendly and helpful staff with plenty of pizza and pasta on the buffet.

Went new years eve for lunch. Quite busy. Service was excellent. Staff rearranged tables for our large family. Helped me with menu as I'd not got my reading glasses and service was quick and courteous.

I like the buffet. I get a margarita pizza and add my own toppings from the salad bar. Shame no onions were there!

DISGUTING RUDE DRY SAVE YOUR MONEY

Waitresses just stand around, never even aknowledged our prescence, we never got our drinks, 3/4 of the 'buffet' pizza pans were empty, extremely overpriced for what it is, whole place looked dirty and unmaintained. Looks like staff shows up to collect a check and do as little work as possible. Manager was extremely rude and condescending.

Service was good, food was tasty and very hot, pleased with my trip there. Happy to recommend

Booked a table for my sons birthday today as he was 13 so him family n his friends… I didn’t get the name of the lady who served us well there were 2 but nothing was too much trouble both so nice… made the visit really good!

Had an enjoyable visit here. I forgot to keep my receipt so I could name the female that served us, but she was excellent. Once you get past the crazy price (which they can not do anything about) the food is good, staff are friendly and it's just a pleasant environment. Limited selection on the salad bar, but what was there was fresh and appealing. Will be going again, just need to remortgage first.

Walked in to no staff to great us. Drinks machine wasn't turned on, had to ask . Salad bar has no labels on any sauces, had to guess. Salad bar was repeated and boring. Ice-cream was tasteless and gloopy, full of ice. Had to find our own plates for pizza. Music far too loud. Restaurant was really nice clean and tidy. Dissatisfied overall.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to the staff working today (12/10/23 18pm) at Cardigan fields (Leeds Kirkstall) Pizza hut for the lovely service. My son celebrated his 7th Birthday here with some friends and we received an amazing service from staff. A special mention for the waiter serving us this evening Thank you for everything, nothing was too much for you. We were a group of 20 people and the whole experience was lovely :)

Had an impromptu visit and decided to have the buffet ....I remember a time it was far cheaper! However, the food was lovely and the staff kept up keeping the buffet and salad bar fully stocked. The staff were super friendly on arrival and leaving. Not much interaction in between, other than clarifying allergy questions.

Average food over priced far too much crust on pizzas. We all left hungry ordered 3 large pizzas 3 sides between 4 of us as we were told it would more than enough to share....it wasn't. The waitress was very pleasant it was busy with 2 children's Birthday parties in but she was very efficient

Pizza variety was great also the pasta vas very tasty, also the food was fresh, the temperature was just right, salad bar was well stocked with fresh produce.

Great waitress, food decent. Wouldn’t let me pay by cash. I won’t be returning. RIP PIZZA HUT. Alienating half of the population. Well done, next time it will be a local takeaway, cheaper and accepts cash!

What was once a pleasurable experience has become so impersonal and void of that human touch you would expect in such an establishment. Card payments only - bad move QR payment system, no thankyou Altered the pizza sizing on the menu to 2 choices, personal or sharing and ditched the actual sizes 🤦🏻‍♂️ - crazy bad move. Customer service needs more work too. I remember eating here around 8 years ago and the customer service was great back then, what happened? Extremely limited vegetarian/pescatarian options, no tuna or seafood option anywhere on the menu, the only saving grace was the salad bar which is in no way worth £6.99 😂 You are becoming a joke

The code on the bottom of my receipt isn’t working. Code:23010308923699 Store:Kirkstall Road, Leeds Served by: HarveyN Date of visit: 23/08/2023 Harvey had a brilliant attitude, was polite, patient and very helpful. We (party of 7) came in for my son’s birthday meal, we did not pre-book a table however Harvey found room for us and we even able to accommodate the wants of one of my children. Harvey noticed that was had brought along a cookie cake and offered to keep it out back and bring it out with the candles lit whenever we was ready for it. Harvey was very patient when waiting for us to be ready to place our order and did not make us feel under pressure. I am not the sort of person to leave a tip, however Harvey went what I felt was above and beyond for myself and my family today and believe he deserved every penny of the tip given to him… Thank you for a wonderful experience and your complete professionalism Harvey, you are a rare find in today’s world. The food was delicious and piping hot, the children were well catered for and all the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming.

Speed of service. Cleanliness of restaurant and fresh food cooked to order. I was on my own (for work) so it's nice to have a bit of a chat with the staff.

Friendly service and good selection on the buffet - pizza, pasta and salad. Good for families.

The cheese and toppings were satisfactory, but not extraordinary in taste or quality. While there were no major issues during our visit, there were also no memorable highlights that would elevate the experience beyond being average.

First time visiting a Pizza Hut and probably the last! Nearly £40 for the food and a drink each for me and my little boy and look at the picture! Food wasn’t even hot either. Our waitress was lovely however. Would not recommend unfortunately

Food was great but our time was spoilt by an extremely loud uncontrolled birthday party next to us. The kids were screaming and shouting to each other thd whole time, it was relentless. I don't mind kids having fun but Pizza Hut need to have some guidelines for kids parties as they are not the only customers!

Went for the buffet. Waited half an hour for any vegetarian pizza to come out. Nothing. Eventually gave up and just asked the manager to bring us Margherita pizza to the table. Still took ages. Don't go if you've got somewhere to be afterwards! Not cheap either.

My experience in Pizza Hut, amazing I had a kids meal and really enjoyed it. The waiter NicolaD was outstanding she asked me many questions and talked to me about my transition to high school. She gave me scoops of ice cream and gave me regular high-fives. So in conclusion I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

My baby was the only one leaving full and happy! Firstly I think that the price difference between weekends and weekdays for the buffet need to be more clear. Went for the buffet for fathers day, pizza was cold and dry. My little boy had to eat some bits as he was very hungry so had a bit of pizza and a bit of the dried pasta but us adults decided to wait as I asked a server whom stated that it was going to be replenished very soon. A lovely 25minutes later I had to ask a server for drinks and when the food would be ready. Luckily it was just coming out then and we finally got given our glasses for drinks. My nan has health conditions so the wait for drinks and food was slightly worst for her than most. Luckily the pizza and pasta was mediocre (veggie pizza was actually the best) garlic cheese bread completely overdone. We all ate (me, grandad and nan literally had 3 slices each as during the wait we had started to get past it annoyingly). Have to say though unfortunately staff need a really good lesson in service! No asking how anything was, no orders taken, no hi on entry or bye on exit and people there on both occasions, no sauces offered or given (looked but couldn't find any and was quite frankly fed up of finding and asking staff and no smiling. Didn't make for my partners first Father's day or first time trying the restaurant as he grew up in Spain. Won't be back I don't think which is unfortunate as iv had good food in the past (other restaurants as first time trying this one). Spending £75 or so on 4 people for this standard was quite gutting and money I didn't have to spare but wanted to treat the fiance and grandparents. If I had paid for 2 pizzas as we didn't eat anymore than than it would have been much cheaper and maybe better. Sorry guys, try harder.

Just sad very sad, I used to love Pizza Hut as a kid! But unfortunately it almost feels like an unstaffed restaurant. We’re have the balloons gone for the kids? Why can’t you deal with cash? Why can’t I order from a member of the team? Why does do I feel like a burden when I want something? Food is what you expect but it’s not worth the price, But it would be worth it if the experience made up for the price. This place just feels like it’s for Woke millennials who don’t want too deal with cash nor talk to anyone

Good not great, the usual pizza hut experience but the staff weren't very friendly or helpful

Food was nice but not amazing, salad bar was OK and vegan friendly but very lacking, staff were rushed and understaffed, and general atmosphere was very much geared to children and children's parties. Overall just far far too expensive for what you get. I'd say it would be great for families or kids parties but the pricing was just so extortionate (talking minimum £12 for a small pizza), I can't imagine it'd be worth the value. Positives were staff were really friendly, accommodating and really quick despite obviously being very understaffed.

We did the buffet for a team day out at work. What's not to like? Unlimited pizza, coke and ice cream.

Nothing great I'm afraid other than the pizza. The fries that came with it were warm at best and floppy. The salad bar was a mess, and the old favourite potato salad was completely absent. For some reason now you are encouraged to order through an app instead of having a server. All in all a very mediocre experience with a decent pizza

Came up at 2.30pm, terrace empty, inside floor filled at 30%. 4 parents / 4 kids. We were told that all tables were booked and next availability was in 90 mins. Not complaining about your ability to follow a computer’order (such as we saw online) but seriously questioning the manager’s common sense : a AI would have done better. Sorry to have threatened you with some work. Nice pizza place across the road, Pizza Freak with great staff and something becoming rare nowadays : a smile.

Standard pizza hut restaurant.. Food was decent.. We had the big sharer.. The pizzas were good.. Some of the salad items could be of higher quality etc.. We had a long between ordering deserts and receiving them...

Pizza Hut buffet - tasty but some pizzas lacking in cheese , and they need full fat Pepsi at the drink’s machine …a huge blue Pepsi banner but no Pepsi.

£20 for pizza, side & pepsi. Pizza was very disappointing, felt like I could have done better with a fiver in morrisons

The cleanliness and the variety of things available at the time we were ready to eat. The ease of where to find everything from the drinks machine to the salad bar.

They do not do anything special for birthdays and not much variety for a vegetarian buffet.

The person serving us extremely polite, pizza was good , unlimited salad for all, pleasant atmosphere with no noise( went late evening on a week day so could be Lucky}

I brought my family of 6 here after watching a movie at the cinema. The service fell short of acceptable, hair found in the pizza, excessive wait times, some of the salad bar items had run empty. The salad bar and ice-cream machine had not been maintained so were a complete mess, even the toilets were unclean. I spoke to the manager on shift and he explained they had been extremely busy and they didn't have time, My reply was "standards should still be kept regardless of how busy you are". After this very poor experience I paid the bill in full and the manager on shift gave me a £20 voucher off my next meal at that branch. Giving this branch a second chance, I brought my family of 6 here again, although not as bad as the first time it was the service and excessive wait times that let it massively down. I spoke to the manager on shift and explained about the experience. They applied the £20 voucher from before and applied a further £25 leaving a £60 bill After these experiences I will not be going to this branch again

A great place to stop for lunch after a visit to the cinema or bowling. We did the former The food was fresh and warn and reasonably priced. £9.99 for as much az you can or £14.99 with with a bottomless drink and ice cream. Well worth the price. The lunchtime time menu goes through to 3:00pl Dfinately value gor money
