You don't even get served anymore. It's all a "do it yourself system on your phone". No cash in the venue only pay by card. Very greasy pizza for a children's dish. And for me was a little over priced for what we got.

Fantastic service and the buffet food was hot and fresh. Rebecca was lovely.

We love coming here as a family. Rebecca is amazing and so friendly and accommodating. The food is always great. We particularly like the buffets. It’s a great place to come with kids as they can help themselves to drinks, salad, pizza (on buffet afternoons) and ice cream. They love the independence. Allergies are well catered for. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When we arrived our server Rebecca made us aware straight away that it was card only. We got asked where we would like to sit and she was VERY accommodating with my mum who is disabled and had an oxygen tank with her, she pulled 2 tables together to give us a bit more room. We ordered online which was easy to do. We found the buffet was really good priced and we spend less than £30 for 2 of us for a entire meal either drink. Even better they accept blue light card which included the buffet which made it even cheaper. Would 100% come back again.

Can't complain really, all you can eat buffet for the price of a pizza in other places. It was busy but the ability to order via the app cut through all that. The staff were friendly and helpful. All good.

Food was really nice. Place super clean but the highlight was our server Rebecca, we went for my little girls birthday tea after school and she was nothing but lovely brought her out a birthday brownie with a candle in. She was super kind. Establishments need more people like Rebecca!

Rebecca served us and was very friendly and had good service. We had the buffet which is great value for money. My favourite is the pasta options on the buffet.

Was largely forgotten by the staff once seated. It's not difficult to make ones mind up. I'll have a pizza, please!!!!! Had to chase them to take the order. I'm not expecting miracles it was not that busy. Am I a fussy, impatient person? Possibly. It is what it its...pizza hut nearly closing down. I wounder why.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the staff who cooked and served us this evening (i think our server's name was Charlotte?) - they were really attentive with our 8-person table, with me on crutches, several individual orders coming through, even getting an extra pudding for my mum's birthday! Had a meal here tonight for an 18th birthday, 24 people so we bring lots of noise and chaos but the staff looking after us were fantastic, Rebecca especially. My daughter decided once her meal came out that it wasn't the food she wanted and Rebecca went out of her way to make sure it was changed for us with no fuss. Other staff kept coming and making sure we all had the correct meals and any items missing were soon brought out no problems. Didn't rush any of us out and was a lovely evening! Great team of people, thank you!

My family went as a party of 8 to the Pizza Hut at Colton, Leeds. Three of whom order via the app as they were able to log on. The salad bar was great, the main course was lovely, but things went down hill after that! I had to prompt the staff to clear the table and request the desserts that had been ordered via the app, plus an extra 2 people wanted dessert, but we had somewhere else to be within 40 minutes. The 2 desserts ordered came, but the orders via the app, did not. I had to chase them up again, and when they were served after a further 20 minutes, 2 of the cookies were weren't what was ordered, the edges of the cookies were hard and centre wasn't cooked! Very disappointed with the service.

Nice pizzas but not worth the high price. Serving staff were friendly, but ordering using a WebApp on your phone is tiresome. It felt like Covid times. No personal connection to the dining experience. We could have ordered from the car and been equally disappointed.

Disappointing buffet today took 9 kids and 2 adults, reasonably priced with code, but otherwise not good. Had to pay online, which was a pain waiting for glasses for drinks but could go get pizza. There was not enough selection of pizzas, and ran out of pasta. Was busy but not enjoyable. Ice cream factory was rubbish. What happened to the olden days when it was amazing? Bring that back.

Don’t do the buffet with kids. Sounds a good idea but most of the pizzas are thick dough, reminded me of the ones from school 20yrs ago. Feel like they’re from frozen and not properly prepared. Kids didn’t like them and just wanted the margarita, which they only brought one out every ten minutes which went immediately as every kid in the building wanted a piece. So you pay nearly a tenner for kids to have hardly anything. Feels like a bargain but you’re better off just getting a full pizza each from somewhere better quality.

We booked here for a party for my son’s 8th birthday (they grow up fast don’t they!) Caitlin was our contact and she was very helpful and friendly, no complaints here. She did very well to cope with 13 slightly feral children going a bit wild!

The food is what you expect from a pizza hut. The service was great tho. I ordered the wrong pizza and Lucy sorted it out for me which was great.

I recently visited the Pizza Hut on Kirkstall Road in Leeds and had the absolute pleasure of being served by LucyS. From the moment we arrived, her brilliant and caring attitude made us feel incredibly welcomed. Lucy truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Her professionalism stood out, and her knowledge of the menu was impressive, as she was able to recommend the perfect dishes based on our preferences. What really made the visit special was Lucy’s genuine attention to detail and her outstanding service throughout the meal. She was attentive without being intrusive, and it was clear she takes pride in her work, making sure every customer leaves happy. I can't praise Lucy enough—she made our visit to Pizza Hut a memorable one, and we will definitely be back thanks to her excellent service!

Long wait for food 25 minutes. Garlic Bread dry and probably reheated. Salad poor quality and not regularly refilled.

Went here as a group of five last night. The manager Becky could not have done more for us, all the pizzas came quickly and were piping hot.

Honestly the worst food ever. We ordered stuffed crust pizza one chicken and one veg. Both arrived on stupid slates. Pizza was soggy and couldn’t be held in the hand. Massive chunks of pepper and hardly anything else. Worst quality onion rings I’ve ever encountered. Salad bar is good and was a godsend. Service was good but no reason to make me return. You go for food and its shocking

Ordered a large deep pan Vegan pizza but the toppings were not evenly distributed and fell off as you picked up a piece because the vegan cheese was so sparse despite being charged extra for Vegan cheese. Salad bar was missing lots but didn't get replenished, then had the smallest piece of Vegan cheesecake for £7.49. Not impressed.

Everything! Food buffet Refills on drinks &and Ice cream factory to finish was an all rounder favourite for the kids!!

Went for all you can eat buffet lunch so hard to rate it highly. It was mainly Margherita pizza with the odd meat slice. Best part is the salad bar

It was simple and straight forward. Service and food were excellent. The waitress was amazing with my son, I would employ her tomorrow if I still ran restaurants.

I took my family to the kirkstall pizza hut. We all had the buffet menu. Our server Becky is absolutely lovely and a credit to the store. She was so welcoming from the moment we walked in. She asked if any of our party had any alergies. She showed us to our table and showed us how easy it was to order from the table. She went through pricing. She was always checking that everything was OK. She's very attentive to her job and always on the go. Absolute 5* service.

A nice pizzeria with panoramic windows and a nice view of the entertainment center and the trees behind. Pleasant driving music in the background. Draft sodas, delicious pizza, sauces, salad buffet. Polite waiters. Acceptable waiting time and average prices. I recommend 👍🏻

Well, we seem to have lost all aspects of customer service here. Upon entry, no welcome, not even hello, just "we only take cards" Shown to table and the QR code that replaces the waiting staff. Food okay, but service shocking.

Toilets were a public health hazard. One of the mens urinals was full of vomit and two of the women's toilets were covered in a brown substance.Service was very slow even though it wasn't busy. It will be my last visit to a pizza hut for quite some time....

Good value at the all you can eat buffet deal, some pizza bases could of done with a couple more minutes in the oven, otherwise yummy.

The food was good, as expected from pizza hut. No issues there. However the service wasn't the best. We were shown to a table and then just forgotten about. Luckily we found the QR codes on the table so ordered through that. All the bowls by the salad stand were dirty which was a bit off putting.

I met up with my auntie, today, at this restaurant. It had been quite some time since either of us had visited a pizza hut restaurant. We were welcomed and seated straight away. It's card only payments and order in the app. This reduces the interaction with staff which I feel seriously reduces the atmosphere in the restaurant. It was very easy to use the app. We ordered the buffet with bottomless drinks. The salad bar was well stocked and I really enjoyed the flavours and variety. The pizza choices were good, a great selection of bases and meat and vegetable options. They were hot and tasty. In fact thinking of the delicious pizza is making me want to return. The bottomless drinks are based around Pepsi max, tango, and 7 up. The ice cream factory is also available to you on the buffet offer, this is vanilla ice cream with a varied choice of sprinkles and sauce Very child friendly Great parking Very accessable

Lazy service, super slow, they seem to not know which table they are serving. Left tip at the beginning while ordering online, regretted it as was not deserved. Waiting for anyone to clean the table from empty plates for 20 mins, then for bringing dessert another 30 minutes without success, so finally left without eating it, loosing more than 10 pounds for two desserts.

Good value for money. Pizza tasty enough..... But nothing outstanding. The Waitress made me aware of how the meal could work out cheaper if I chose a side dish. Grateful for that.

I always love the salad bar. But the soft drink selection sucks. There is plenty of choice if you like sugar free, I DON'T.

Over priced , salad bar looked like it had been out all day. Staff sweeping tables with the floor brush!!! Will not be returning again!

Not sure what happened to the standards - the pizza was too obviously reheated from the freezer, the mayo they served had gone bad - i wasted so much food because it was just inedible. To be fair, Service is great and atmosphere is nice, too bad the food has become too commercial and cheap. Not worth your money.

Went new years eve for lunch. Quite busy. Service was excellent. Staff rearranged tables for our large family. Helped me with menu as I'd not got my reading glasses and service was quick and courteous.

I like the buffet. I get a margarita pizza and add my own toppings from the salad bar. Shame no onions were there!

Waitresses just stand around, never even aknowledged our prescence, we never got our drinks, 3/4 of the 'buffet' pizza pans were empty, extremely overpriced for what it is, whole place looked dirty and unmaintained. Looks like staff shows up to collect a check and do as little work as possible. Manager was extremely rude and condescending.

Booked a table for my sons birthday today as he was 13 so him family n his friends… I didn’t get the name of the lady who served us well there were 2 but nothing was too much trouble both so nice… made the visit really good!

Had an enjoyable visit here. I forgot to keep my receipt so I could name the female that served us, but she was excellent. Once you get past the crazy price (which they can not do anything about) the food is good, staff are friendly and it's just a pleasant environment. Limited selection on the salad bar, but what was there was fresh and appealing. Will be going again, just need to remortgage first.

Walked in to no staff to great us. Drinks machine wasn't turned on, had to ask . Salad bar has no labels on any sauces, had to guess. Salad bar was repeated and boring. Ice-cream was tasteless and gloopy, full of ice. Had to find our own plates for pizza. Music far too loud. Restaurant was really nice clean and tidy. Dissatisfied overall.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to the staff working today (12/10/23 18pm) at Cardigan fields (Leeds Kirkstall) Pizza hut for the lovely service. My son celebrated his 7th Birthday here with some friends and we received an amazing service from staff. A special mention for the waiter serving us this evening Thank you for everything, nothing was too much for you. We were a group of 20 people and the whole experience was lovely :)

Had an impromptu visit and decided to have the buffet ....I remember a time it was far cheaper! However, the food was lovely and the staff kept up keeping the buffet and salad bar fully stocked. The staff were super friendly on arrival and leaving. Not much interaction in between, other than clarifying allergy questions.

Average food over priced far too much crust on pizzas. We all left hungry ordered 3 large pizzas 3 sides between 4 of us as we were told it would more than enough to share....it wasn't. The waitress was very pleasant it was busy with 2 children's Birthday parties in but she was very efficient

Pizza variety was great also the pasta vas very tasty, also the food was fresh, the temperature was just right, salad bar was well stocked with fresh produce.

Great waitress, food decent. Wouldn’t let me pay by cash. I won’t be returning. RIP PIZZA HUT. Alienating half of the population. Well done, next time it will be a local takeaway, cheaper and accepts cash!

What was once a pleasurable experience has become so impersonal and void of that human touch you would expect in such an establishment. Card payments only - bad move QR payment system, no thankyou Altered the pizza sizing on the menu to 2 choices, personal or sharing and ditched the actual sizes 🤦🏻‍♂️ - crazy bad move. Customer service needs more work too. I remember eating here around 8 years ago and the customer service was great back then, what happened? Extremely limited vegetarian/pescatarian options, no tuna or seafood option anywhere on the menu, the only saving grace was the salad bar which is in no way worth £6.99 😂 You are becoming a joke

Too expensive for what it is. Never again at those prices
