This place never lets you down

This is thee worst takeout I’ve ever eaten, full stop. I ordered garlic bread and they took it literally. Cold bread with garlic remanence somewhere on it. The cardboard was cold as anything and the bread was as if it had come out of the fridge. Truly disappointing especially from a place that’s name includes a food involving bread, so glad I didn’t order any pizza with a meat topping from here or else it would put me in an early grave.

I dont know why my burger went from £5.80 to £7.80 within a day but it was nice, see no reason for this extreme £2 price hike but the food is always good

Never received my takeaway I placed the order at 1:30.

Ordered a takeaway from here Friday night delivery driver rang and said he’s outside off the flat I went down and he wasn’t there shop having non of it and just eat have done nothing either

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered food. Waited 2 hours to find out they delivered to the wrong address. They wouldn’t do anything to resolve the situation. I will not be ordering from here again.

Order clearly asked for NO MUSHROOMS but the pizza arrived loaded with mushrooms! Wasted pizza!

Order wrong. We ordered Donna meat and chips they gave us an extra cheesy chips instead, also gave us a tray of chips with jalapeño bites chucked in the bottom when I didn’t ask for this I just ordered jalapeño bites? So was a very random order don’t know how they could get it wrong. quite disappointed as it wasn’t worth a £32 order. However the pizza was nice that’s about it.

They put chilli sauce on the kebabs I can’t have due to been allergic so I couldn’t eat it

Pizza was great, as was the calzone.

I ordered a calzone, a pizza and a side. I was delivered the wrong pizza, the wrong side, and no calzone. When I called the place the driver had to come back and delivered a calzone, but it was the wrong calzone and still no side I ordered. Plus the food was warm but not hot, black and crunchy in places, and with large gaping holes on top for a calzone. The food was poor quality even when the partial delivery of wrong warm-ish food was delivered.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Order was wrong due to there been a problem with the description on the menu. Not offered a replacement just told that’s what we ordered. Explained that it is not what was stated on the menu we wanted what we thought we were ordering according to this. Was just told we were wrong. Eventually said would credit it but never happened. Rest of food was mediocre. Won’t be ordering again. Be careful ordering garlic bread the special one is not as described on here

The delivery 15 mins late but it’s ok because I had a enjoy food and very delicious 😋 yeah will order again soon thank you 😊

Credit where credits due the foods good but that incompetent rude delivery driver ‘bro’ is a joke forgets items and then smirks in my face and tries to make it seem like my fault starting to say oh you see where closed well no mate how could I order if your closed even when he rang he said I’m outside I said no worries I’m at the back door and he sighed and said come out to the car honestly ridiculous and I’d very much like a refund or my items delivered advertising on Uber eats as a business but you only supply half of the stuff

Amazing food cheesy chips were spot on delicious. Donner calzone was so filling and appetising. Highly recommend. Also the delivery driver was so nice and kind. Big thumbs up 👍

We always order from here and food is always spot on,Today I had guest and it was just rushed and not the same.However this could be down to the staff fasting.Doesn’t put us off ordering from them again.Never had an issues before

Food was dry, it was cold so had to reheat it, donner meat was like rubber, bistro burger certainly was not a bistro burger we expected. Ordered mozzarella sticks and got jalapeño poppers. Won't be ordering again.

Disgusting food. Chips under cooked. Paid for cheesy chips got normal under cooked chips. All order was wrong. When called they put the phone down

Food was an hr and a half late I had to keep ringing to chase it. The phone line then was then down. The driver eventually came and then said pizza oven is broken and gave us 3.00 pound when the pizza was 5.45. They never mentioned it on the numerous times I rang. My kids were then left an hr and a half without food and then had to wait a further 20 mins while we had to go somewhere else. I am now down money also.

We ordered food tonight, we had some internet error which had occurred saying no transaction occurred, doing this we ended up paying twice and Chicago was saying it’s fine to the internet provider, they was fully aware of knowing it’s a mistake but yet they continue to claim, I’ll never never go back again, disappointed on there professionalism

Not impressed with the burgers, they were a little dry as it was meant to come with sauce could not find a drop of sauce anywhere, and lettuce is not salad.

Only takeaway pizza I get in the area, well priced and tasty!

Ordered meat feast got pepperoni, ordered large chips got about 15 chips on total hardly cooked and food was cold. Not great at all.

Pizza was freezing cold and a hour late

We chased our food after 58 minutes and then another 22 minutes. After 2 hours after we placed our delivery still hasn't arrived. The takeaway blamed technology but I couldn't understand what the issue was. The app says that it was delivered 32 minutes after delivery. I will not be using Chicago Pizza and not sure I will use Just Eat.

Inedible ! Food well well over priced ! clap cold. Cheap, wouldn't waste my money again.

Had a notification that my order was on its way but then arrived 35mins later even though the restaurant is 10 mins away and was ordered at 1:30am so traffic was not an issue and the pizza was cold. It had been sat in the box so long that the box was collapsing at the bottom.

Fully charged but food hasn’t arrived and no answer…..

I order from here as its local to me and everytime I have had food it's always hot and delicious, I would recommend to anyone looking for a good takeaway

Food was cold, wrap was stale, “meat feast” Pizza was a pepperoni pizza. “Chicken wrap” was a wrap with what felt like a full onion in it and barely any chicken

Food arrived late and cold. Have to heat it up in the oven.

Closes at 2am, my order was confirmed at 1.28am to arrive between 2.20 - 2.40am. Never showed. Now waiting for a refund from justeat. Ordered quite a few times and always enjoyed but will never order again now.

Food was really nice and would order again - quick delivery time, a tad cold but was expecting that having ordered from Yeadon. Delivery driver was rude and called us to come out to his car window to collect the food (lazy) then refused to give us change. We would usually tip but not a chance

Stone cold. Half hr late. Not impressed

Order was late by nearly an hour and almost half of it missing. Rang to complain and they just didn’t care at all. Said the rest of the order would be there in 20 mins, rang again 40 mins later and they hadn’t even tried to make it. Gone downhill since change of owners wouldn’t recommend at all.

Nearly two hours to deliver delayed twice said it was 15 mins away then 5 mins away turned up 40 minutes after that hanged up on the phone on me very poor service why accept an order when you cannot deliver keep away

Cold, greasy food. Salad put on the outside of kebab wrapper. Generally poor quality and slow delivery - will avoid in future.

Wrong flavour ice cream and missing drinks

Excellent food, arrived in time and piping hot. New owners are fantastic, they’ve turned this place around. Will be my got to in Horsforth now.

Very clean inside, nice friendly staff and the food is so much better than it was under previous management. Everything was hot and fresh and it’s very clear the new owners have completely changed everything. 10/10 guys thanks.

I would like a refund , my donner meat was cold when it got here

Driver was calling me for half an hour telling me he was outside and he wasn't. Kept calling to give him directions then he arrived half an hour later with cold food telling me to put it in the microwave. Tried to ring the restaurant but they didn't answer. No way of getting a refund.

Kebab wasn't very good at all, really greasy and just not up to the mark, the Garlic bread was cold on arrival. Only redeeming thing was the garlic bread was actually very nice.

Can't fault Chicago's reliability.

Every item we received was wrong! We got a pizza instead of a garlic bread, and the large kebab was small and had no sauce. Asked for a refund.

We order from here quite a lot and it's usually excellent but this time was disappointing. Unfortunately the pizza was cold when it arrived. There was one item that was missing and replaced with a box of cheese slices. They did send me the correct item once we called them. The kebab was very good.

I had a text at 19:13 to say the driver is on its way. Chicago is a 6 minute drive from our house. It arrived at 19:38 and was cold. After eventually warming the food and biting into my chicken tikka the chicken was pink.

New owners are very friendly and dedicated to a good service, arrived in great time after ordering. I find their food has improved too, much much prefer their new chilli sauce to the previous owners.

It's hard to say in these times, but this food was delicious and we'll worth the money.

Very poor quality food. Ordered a chicken fillet burger but it wasn’t one, what I received was one of those frozen ones. Chicken tikka starter was strange, swimming in like a sweet bbq sauce
