For the amount of money wasn’t impressed with the amount of food that came , the sharing sizzler also states it come with loads of cooked onions and peppers which it didn’t , was just meat shoved it a box, we lit live round the corner and the food wasn’t hot. Expected better !

Me and my partner have passed this restaurant for quite some time and been meaning to pop in. We went in last night since it was my birthday and what an experience. The food was amazing and the the gentleman at the front of house was so welcoming. We had a good laugh and made us feel welcome. The only thing I'd say about the food was the burger had alot of sauce and was dripping out all over my hand. However this didn't effect the taste as it was delicious. We went to pay the bill and we mentioned that the house sauce was amazing and if they sold it in bottles I would happily buy some. The nice man was kind enough to give us some tubs of it to take home. The Cowboy Saloon atmosphere was great aswell

The steak was very fatty so definitely not worth 20 odd quid the rest of the food seemed ok delivery was on time

Absolutely the worst food I’ve ever had in my life. Combined with incredibly rude management - i am clueless as to how this place is still open. Ordered a medium rare steak and got a burnt disgusting and foul piece of meat. When I simply pointed this out to the waitress, she called the manager unsolicited. The manager proceeded to shout at me. One thing is for sure, until I get a proper apology from the person himself, I’ll do everything in my power to ensure no other customer goes to this place and wastes their hair earned money.

LOVE THIS PLACE. I've been ordering from Howdy many times, very delicious food. Always fresh and big portions. Dine in also always nice expiriance. Highly recommend 👌

Went there at evening time with some friends, the atmosphere there was unique. I was a bit skeptical at first cause of the reviews but the staff turned out to be really nice and the food was really good for the price. Though one of the steaks was served medium well when my friend wanted it medium rare, but she said it still tasted great, so complaints about that. Everyone of us loved the place and will definitely go there again!

Lovely meal for my wifes birthday, all 11 of us really enjoyed it and the staff were brilliant.

We stopped off here tonight because it looked amusing and it great. The food was phenomenal. Nachos were 10/10. Would make the journey again and the staff were so nice. It's great for a cheap and cheerful meal with the kids.

Rude waitress, what they don’t tell you is it’s cash only on a Sunday (wonder why that is, probably to dodge tax) came after seeing it on TikTok but clearly they’re wasting their marketing spend.

I only gave 2 stars just for the first girl who served us and the decor. First time visiting and unfortunately will be our last. I ordered a chicken burger but this was very rubbery and chewy so didn't eat it (I will not send food back to be remade as I've worked in hospitality before 😬) My friend had a sizzler which came with frozen chips and uncle Ben's rice. The girl who took our order however was nice and really did try with recommendation. Other servers need to learn to smile or atleast say hello. There were a max of 3 other tables occupied and now I kind of get why it was so quiet considering it's location and can't miss it.

Positives - starters were nice. Mocktails were good. Negatives - restaurant was cold. Party of 4 sat at a table with only 2 napkins and 2 knives in the table pot. Even after the starters were served. Service wasn’t very attentive, had to grab someone as they walked past. Waited ages for our order to be taken even though only 3 other tables occupied. Chicken was overcooked and a bit dry. Burger was a little on dry side and lacked seasoning in the patties.

Delicious food, great portions and real value for money.

If you didn't know, there is a 20% discount eating in, between 12pm-4pm. We had a table for 2. Food was quite nice actually, steak was tasty. Starters were also tasty and filling but the meat tasted the same as the main course meat. We went in around 2pm, was an empty restaurant. Overall, without the 20% discount, it's too expensive but food is good although the salad was not fresh.

First time at this establishment and wow. As soon as you walked in you are made to feel welcome. We were given ample time to look through the menu to decide what we wanted and the staff were very polite. Food was fresh and piping hot when served and the flavour was amazing. Will definitely be visiting your restaurant again in the near future.

Very nice restaurant with great food and service, decorated very well. Staff went above and beyond with children interacting and even taking child to dish own desert. Overall lovely evening. Will be back 👌

The food is amazing, well priced, and good staff

Very nice food and reasonably priced. Word of warning, think twice about getting the good ,bad, and ugly burger. It really lives up to its name... It's tastes good, a bit spicy, and absolutely huge. The pina Colada mocktail is sooo good.

Recently visited at lunch time for a family friend reunion. Our server was a lovely girl called Millie, who was very kind and gave great suggestions when one member of our party could not decide what they wanted. Additionally, she asked us multiple times if we needed drinks when she noticed they were empty. The food was amazing, I am not a fan of spice but I still enjoyed my burger. A very good experience and will definitely go back.

This used to be a great place to eat. Today, it was beyond terrible. Cold nachos with unmelted cheese, flavourless smash burger. Terrible all round and absolutely will not be dining here again.

Lots of choice on the menu. We only had mains, but excellent portion sizes. The lamb with mash and steamed vegetables was lovely. Staff were polite and attentive. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely grilled fish well seasoned and super tasty. Sweet potato fries and steamed veg with it was lovely. A little disappointed that my coffee I ordered was just instant coffee instead of fresh. At £2.50 I would have expected at least percolator / filter coffee. It wasn't even stirred and the instant was floating at the top of the glass. That was the only downside however, hence my 4* review. Staff were lovely and very attentive with our group of 8.

Had a birthday meal here yesterday the manager was great tried everyting to make sure we had a good time and everyting for good for us the food was delicious slight problem with burgers but strate away manager dealt with it the staff were helpful starte away there wen ya needed them prices are fare too for wat you get sizzlers plates are huge and the kids meals amazing defently a enjoyable time

What a horrible place to eat. Waiters can’t deal with the pressures when busy, food takes nearly an hour to come, food has gone downhill, staff shouting at each other and crying in front of customers. Manager hasn’t a clue just sits at the till waiting for the bills. Awful.

We don’t live locally so contacted the restaurant on social media to book a table. We never got a response but risked the journey of around an hour both ways. On arrival, we were quickly seated and there was only one other table of 2 inside. This was during lunch time, we waited a while and then we ordered. My partner clearly said she doesn’t like spicy after she was recommended a Mexican burger, our server said that was fine as the sauce wasn’t spicy and she could ask them to remove the jalapeños. Our drinks arrived and shortly after our food did. We were never asked if we wanted a drink top up, though we would have had extra drinks and we only got a check back at the end of our meal. Our plates were never cleared and we waited as wanted dessert. I used the toilet which was disgusting, no loo roll and just unclean - no excuse since both staff had only 2 tables in and were sat on the bar talking, on their phones the whole time! When I came back, the plates were still there so we just decided to ask for the bill by going up to the desk ourselves. At the desk, there was a dessert cabinet and my partner asked about one of them and was never even offered a takeout! Just a “they need cooking” response. Very disappointed as we were looking forward to visiting.

Every last bit of food we received was flat cold which is unacceptable for almost a 90 pound order! Had to give kids microwave meal this is disgraceful and also my desert was not delivered just informed from the driver I would receive refund for it as they didn’t have it in! No communication to see if I wanted a replacement absolutely appalling

Great western theme restaurant nicely laid out..! Friendly helpful staff..!! Very nice food..!! Just a shame you can’t have a beer 🍺 or whisky 🥃 for your bucks 💵💰💰 No alcohol served ☹️ food is reasonably priced and it’s a fantastic place worth a visit 😁😘😘👍🏼

Went here for Mike Frost’s birthday as it’s his favourite place in the world. Had a fantastic time and I know Mike will be returning shortly.

Food was okay, quite over priced for what you get. also over seasoned, who seasons veg! as for the mocktails for £6.95 for what was basically melted sobet in a glass! ive paid less for a pitcher... and thats alcohoic. my drink was forgotten about until we asked for it. as for staff while they were nice and informative ( hold no issue with them), they werent half miserable (are they under paid and overworked) the place had no asmosphere whats so ever. for what is esentially supposed to be a cowboy wild west "themed" steak house... it was nothing to write home about.

Service and atmosphere was spot on, friendly staff and not rude at all. Very nice people. The food itself wasn’t the best at all, wasn’t cooked resulting in severe food poisoning and upset stomach. Wouldnt come back again for the food some improvement there would be ideal.

Great atmosphere, lovely food. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because they forgot to bring one of the platters out and it came around 15 mins after everyone else's and was put together too quickly so wasn't as good as ours were

Let’s start with the service Asian guy who served us was polite however the white Women who brought our beverages basically slammed the drinks on the table and ran off looking angry, she didn’t say a world to us. This killed the vibe off. The food looked great as you can tell by the picture, however it didn’t have any flavour. I had to season everything with salt, pepper and paprika. The worst part of the meal was the beef steak I’m not sure if they use poor cuts of meat or if they over cooked it. Texture was chewy like gum, had fatty pieces, all the pieces were cooked differently, very few were edible. I would strongly advise against eating what I ordered unless you like good looking bland food. Not worth the money and calories go somewhere else.

Average at best ..got the t-bone steak very thin and ingredible tough .very cheap cuts of meat and you can tell.. the mash was nice so we're the carrots that's it unfortunately .. mushroom sauce tasted of nothing it was so glupy..and don't ask for a coke ..it's a cheap version called Zola

Was fairly quite however service was on point. I ordered a tbone steak... and the Mrs and little one ordered Burgers. Burgers were really good although a little soggy however the t-bone didn't taste as fresh as I expected. It came out within 6-7 mins which raised questions as steaks take time to cook when fresh. Despite that it didn't taste too bad except it felt it had been beaten to be tenderised. We've been here a couple of times before and quite enjoyed it. Will deffo return but will try something different.

The peri peri chicken from here is the best about. Need to buy a bottle of that sauce!

Food is good, service is fast, kids enjoyed it but only downfall is.... cash only, not good if you only take a certain amount and worry about going over budget, we went and I only had £100 cash in my purse, I barely carry cash, kids wanted moktails and extras, I had my card but unfortunately due to the cash only, I was reluctant to order extra.

Decided to go to the other Howdeys in Bradford on Bradford road. After the downhill meal at the Leeds rd branch I went to the one in pudsey. Got to say I was pleasantly surprised with the food quality . First off the nachos with keema were awesome probs the best iv ever had so I would defo recommend that. Then I had the burger with no name which again I was pleasantly surprised. I'm not a fan of smash burgers but thi 1 came with chicken stripes in the burger. I added a fried egg to mine. Chips were decent aswell. Atmosphere wasn't great but that's only because we went early. I give this place a score of 4/5 .nice place and recommend

Food was bland, had to send it back 3 times to be warmed up, staff were rude and the manager needs to learn some customer service skills. 4 of us and not one of us finished our meal. We was going to stay for dessert but decided against that after the awful cold food we were served. Such a shame because 2 weeks before this visit we enjoyed it so much which is why we went back…but never again.

Lots of cowboy hats , pleasant staff , Indian music sort of spoiled the texmex BBQ american atmosphere somewhat. My chicken wings where nice , my partners halumi burger (asked about vegi burger that "meat eaters approve of" is mushed up veg not meat style protein) was "ok" but no sweet chilli sauce and skin on fries where cheap frozen steak chips . We where full when left but won't be rushing back .

Food was okay, perfectly fine but not in any way memorable. The staff seemed a bit dead behind the eyes. The service was okay but the waiters didn't really interact with you in any way. They obviously put quite a bit of effort into making the place fit the cowboy theme so it seems like a missed opportunity that the staff don't make any effort to play along, so to speak.

Went in, was absolutely empty, had to shout about 5 times to get someone's attention. Sat down and got the menu to see the prices they have online have doubled, nachos went from £4 to £8 for a starter. Clown restaurant, if you ever consider going here, just keep driving 50 feet further and go for a curry at Lalas

This restaurant is a delight to visit! The theme is American and they really nail! Having visited the U.S. I can confirm they got the mood spot on! Food was great too. I just wish the staff made a bit of an effort with American accents! It was all that was missing! Highly recommended.

I just visited the placewith my family because my husband is a steak lover so I thought to make him happy would give this branch a try, cheesy nachos ,Smokey wings and Mexican cheesy nachos were lovely for the starter and steak and burger for main was 8/10 too , I asked the staff on the reception I think he was a manager to bring in cake after we are done with main he was very nice and attentive he literally asked me when we finished our food and came up with whole staff to wish my husband with a beautiful chocolate cake and ice cream in side, trust me that was the nicest cake I’ve ever had, fresh and very tasty so my experience was really nice and the staff was lovely !!

Will give it a 3/5 rating which is probably being generous. Ordered grilled wings starters, these were spot on 👍 the strawberry daiquiri was more like a smoothie Ordered 2 steaks (medium rare) one of the steaks was cooked as ordered, however mine was almost well done. Also they use frozen vegetables which is not ideal in a steak place (way too many carrots too) Service was good. Price is fair

This branch is by far one of the WORST places I have ever eaten from. Asked the guy for a rare steak and he came back after 1 minute and gave me my steak. The guy assured me that it was fresh but the way it tasted made me feel sick. Fast forward to now I am currently in sooo much pain and unable to even stand up due to having really bad stomach pain and I am having to go to A and E as the pain is unbearable. Please don’t eat from here the food is horrible and the chefs don’t know how to cook.

I don't normally leave reviews but after reading one of the recent reviews I felt compelled to share my experience because it seems like my experience was not a one off. Visited Howdys at the weekend and ordered a medium rare steak and ended up with a severe case of food poisoning. I have been in hospital because I became so dehydrated and I am still so poorly. I have no idea if the meat was fresh or stored at the right temperature but something was obviously very wrong because it seems like I was not the only unfortunate one becoming ill after my visit. Before this incident we ordered from Howdys often but this awful experience was enough to put us off for life.

Not a clue what this restaurant meant to be. Exactly same food as other restaurants in the area. Absolutely pointless and it's a shame as it's got the look but that's it
