topping had slid off my pizza disappointed was really looking forward it but had to use a knife to cut through the topping

We have been loyal customers for at least a year. We got absolute garbage for food. It cost us nearly £30 and we didn't even get a salad! It was nothing like what has been delivered on previous occasions. It is such a shame as we have always really enjoyed our food from here. You have lost us as customers.

The drivers are just lovely from here. Really polite . Food is really good and high quality

Donner meat and Garlic bread cheese were lovely, food came hot & driver was nice and early. Portion sizes were great, first time order and will order again!

Great kebab, sauces separate no issues, arrived hot, chicken wasn’t dry, donner was nice, fries crispy and salted, onions for salad no issue. Driver was sound. Decent.

I have previously hesitated ordering from here because delivery used to be well over an hour, not anymore!! The best kebab box I’ve had in a long time, delivered quickly and piping hot! We’ve had this box a couple of times over the last few weeks it’s so good 😍

Ordered a Parmo, and by the time you’ve added fee’s on it was comfortably over a tenner… to find no chips? Expensive piece of chicken that, and not the warmest. Fair play the restaurant tried to resolve over the phone, but not an ideal situation when you’re eating alone..

I got pizza, chips and a dip. The pizza was nice, chips were seasoned well and the dips were good (they werent watery like some other places). It was all really affordable as well. Absolutely the best takeaway for pricing&taste. Definitely our go-to takeaway place now

My son absolutely loves pizza torino also known as pizzarinos! They are often early on delivery which is fine with us, the sooner the better. The food is always delicious, fresh and hot. The delivery guys have always been lovely with us and above all my son who is very chatty.

Poor pizzas with rubbish base and lack of toppings. Oddly enough the kebabs are better given the name of the place.

Used this place a few times and was normally okay, won’t be using them again. Received a call from delivery driver to say he was outside, went out and he was no where to be seen, rang back then he asks for postcode… how did he get to where he was? Food arrived late, box open so food cold, missed a bottle of coke off the order, rude delivery driver blamed the parking… made no sense. Was told another driver would drop the bottle off but as expected, nothing arrived, avoid this place

Probably the worst takeaway I’ve ever had don’t waste your money here, for 20£ I got a small dry tasteless pizza and a horrible chicken wrap they forgot my chips, sauce and drink, do yourself a favor and do not order from here ever 👎🏻

Sadly terrible service. Send you food not intended for you and when repoed to them they refuse to refund or replace even though you are happy to hand over un-eaten mis-delivery. Sad as used to be great.

The pizzas we ordered and collected were of a very mediocre standard, the shop had no external sign to indicate if you were in the correct shop, the shop itself where I waited for my phone order was the worst food outlet I have been in, the whole shop wants a thorough deep clean, the electric lights are laden with grease and when walking on the floor of the shop your shoes stuck to the floor covering, there’s a mucky old curtain hung in the rear of the shop that divides the shop collection area from the food preparation area, you need to get your shop cleaned and presentable

This place has just been renamed Istanbul kebab and the food is very good. Takes a while but it's cooked fresh to order. Turkish-style kebabs as the name suggests, rather than tikka. Friendly staff, good price, generous portions 👍

Yes it takes a little longer but if you order in plenty of time it's well worth the wait. Its tasty food and the delivery guys are polite.

Pros: Garlic Sauce Cons: Greasy food, cold because it takes 2 hours to be delivered, extremely rude man over the phone who couldn't care less if you waited a long time for your order (this really did ruin it for me), super dry chicken. Conclusion: After ordering from here twice and getting the same treatment each time, it's fair to say that i will not be ordering from here again and i'd rather cook up a bowl of soil from the garden, but each to their own i guess...

Always taken ages to be delivered even in Otley but is so good each time

Ordered a 1/2 pound burger got a 1/4 pound one plus Ordered a dip which was told by the delivery driver it was in the box with the burger but unsurprisingly wasn't.... also chips are stone cold like Steve Austin 😳

Just had our regular order delivered kebab wrap and large Donner extra kebab meat which I don't think they charged me for top job

Visitng the area on holiday. We have just had the best house kebabs lots of flavour and there was so much food the chilli sauce was also very tasty. 1 meal was missed off our order but once I'd called them they then delivered it to our place where we were on holiday free of charge. Friendly bunch of lads and they explained items on the menu that we were unsure of what they were. We will be returning next time we are in the area. Thank you guys 😁

Bad service tonight. Missed out 2 meals of the order then had to wait nearly an hour for them to re-deliver

One of the best places for doner kebabs in Otley. Always come here for pizzas and kebabs, although the fried chicken is not the best.

Prompt delivery. Good food and a free dip i didn't even expect!
