The best takeaway delivery pizza I’ve ordered in Cambridge. The food was actually piping hot and really tasty, nothing was shoved in a bag for it all to become soggy like with most deliveries , please do not change anything you do with the delivery service!! Will be my go to pizza delivery

I ordered two pizzas, vegetarians. But one of the pizzas were burnt but after sending pictures and staff agreed. Later they refused and mentioned we sell burnt pizzas and was rude. Advise to try some where else and if can’t, see your pizzas before receiving. They can flip on their words any time👎🏽.

I’ve ordered from the pizza company lots of times before - the food is excellent with usually quick delivery service. However this time the driver refused to come to the address I’d given, as the street is sometimes for taxis only. This is fine, but he also refused to come to the adjacent street (Bridge Street) which is normal access, saying it was too inconvenient for him. Instead I had to walk 15 minutes there and back to meet him, in -1 degree weather, meaning the food was stone cold.

When I got my food /pizza it was extremely cool like more to the temperature of cold but just not quite cold it’s not good

The crust is perfectly crispy, and the toppings are also fresh and it was packed with flavor especially the cheese, which was so creamy and melted.First time I ordered from this place but I highly recommend this place if you're looking for delicious pizza. Worst pizza of my life i had with them. Meat was smelling like rotten. All the base was uncooked. All the veges on the top was watery and uncooked. Total wastage of money. Worst taste.

Amazing food , best pizzas in Cambridge

ive ordered thrice from here, first two times were fine - the pizza itself is ok (not the best) and a bit too expensive for the size. the doughballs macaroni were mealy and dry and so were the oreo doughballs. once i ordered two small pieces and i think cheese balls (?), i had to pay 48 pounds and on top of that, after theyd told me that they had no more cheeseballs and would substitute with garlic bread they didnt even put the garlic bread in the bag. 48 pounds for two TINY pizzas. overall? too expensive

I normally order to go or for delivery from here, but the food is always good. It's probably the best pizza in Cambridge, which definitely beats some of the larger names. The guys behind the till are always friendly and outgoing, even when they are quite clearly rushed off of their feet. their largest pizza is quite possibly one of the largest pizzas I've ever seen, and I've been around, nice garlic bread and other sides to, quite a bit to choose from on the menu, but it's not overwhelming.

the pizzas are lovely and the garlic bread with the onions, ooh that was so good! the reason for only 3 stars is that they have changed their packaging for the sides and the boxes they use fill up with condensation and the food is soggy and wet by the time it arrives. Also I appreciate the quantity of wedges but cramming them into a small box squashes and ruins them on top of them now being soggy from steam.

Really poor customer service It says they deliver to my area online we made a order . Get a response we don't deliver to your area. Thanks alot why advice that but your don't. Bang out of oder. Yes I expect that but why advice you deliver to my village when you don't. Only when got to check out you say sorry I don't deliver to your area. Plus we live 6 miles away as well

In my opinion, the best pizza on Mill Road! Our absolute go-to for delivery. Not only is the pizza itself absolutely delicious but the service is brilliant. I'm particular about how my pizza is done and always make a little request for tweaking the recipe slightly and they always accommodate me, no questions asked! Last night they forgot our garlic dip - no big deal to us - but they are so keen to get our order right that they sent another delivery guy out (in the pouring rain) just so that we could get our dips! For free! Brilliant service and fantastic food.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order experience. Initially, the delivery driver brought me the wrong order. I immediately noticed the error, took a picture of the incorrect pizza, and tried to contact the driver. He returned to my door and provided me with the correct pizza. However, he also left a box from the incorrect order, which he should not have done. Approximately 30 minutes later, I received a text message from Just Eat stating, "Your driver cannot find you." The driver attempted to call me twice but did not speak during either call. This caused additional confusion and delay. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of training and attention to detail displayed by the driver. He mentioned that it was only his second week working, which is no excuse for not properly reading order tickets or communicating effectively with customers. I expect a higher level of service and better training for your delivery personnel. I hope that you will address this issue promptly to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Food is really fine . Can’t compared to any other pizza shop. The best part is they offer variety of toppings as being a vegetarian Indian I prefer to eat all sorts of veggies and big vendors like dominos won’t provide Olives on the pizza but The Pizza Company offer everything. And the price is really affordable. Highly recommended.

Got an Uber eats order for a 4 cheese pizza with the cheese crust, add mushroom and pepperoni and it was that fuego!!! The chicken bite things were great as well! Get the oregano! This is from an American! Try this place!!!

I've been in Cambridge two years now, and it's taken me this long to find a pizza delivery place worth bothering with. The pizzas arrived on time, and they were excellent. There's also at least some element of choice on the menu for a vegetarian, which is more than most of the others seem able to manage. So, I've finally found a place that I would happily stick with now - which is just typical as I'm moving away in a month's time... 🙄🙃

This is the worst spot I've ever ordered pizza from. I ordered the classic crust, but I received the thin crust. didn't receive any dip with it, and when staff members protested, they got into arguments. I won't suggest it to anyone who enjoys pizza 🍕

We regularly order the Lamb perfection and Habanero Pizza. Service is good, food arrived sooner than expected. Quality is pretty good and consistent. Well cooked and generous toppings. Breaded garlic mushrooms is another favourite. Overall good quality food and service. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves a good Pizza.

Take Away/Restaurant does okay pizza, has an Imaginary MANAGER who never calls you back after you lodge a complaint with problems you may have. If you want to be ripped off with fake discount code then this is the restaurant for you! all of the food was cold and dry, the meat pizza was meant to be on original base not thin like the cheese so some of the children refused to eat and I'm left with having to cook regardless because the quality and standard was shocking actually. applied for a refund and won't be returning unfortunately
