Terrible pizza quality. I gave this place two chances, 4 pizzas in total, both times they were just oozing fat, and you can't really taste anything else beyond this. Relatively slow delivery as well: 1 hour. I am very surprised by the ratings. It seems they're either fake or people here are really that desperate and never had a truly good pizza in their sad lifes.

Ordered make your own pizza (didnt add cheese), selected all ingredients, sauce and baelae that we wanted, then when I got the pizza and got home, I see there is cheese on both pizzas. Called the place and we are told cheese is automatically added in all pizzas. When asked how come there is no option on the website that tells you that and allows you to remove the cheese, I was simply told "all our customers know this". Mind blowing.

I wos not happy with are food we ordered on Friday night it wos not very hot at all i have made some gave my money back it wos £49 for 3 medium pizzas with 2 chips

I’ve been a regular customer here, usually spending £70-£100 per order, and up until now, the service has been great. However, after this experience, I won’t be coming back. This time, an item was missing from my order. I called the restaurant, and they said they’d get back to me. Instead, the driver called and basically disputed that anything was missing. They even asked for a picture of an empty box—what exactly was I supposed to prove with that? Then they claimed two items had been “merged,” which wasn’t the case at all. The whole interaction felt like they were calling me a liar rather than actually trying to resolve the issue. Really poor customer service, and for the amount I’ve spent here over time, I expected better. Won’t be ordering again.

Their non vegetarian pizzas are highly NOT recommended. Very less chicken that too smells bad while eating. Vegetarian pizzas are so so... Service was good delivered timely.

The best takeaway delivery pizza I’ve ordered in Cambridge. The food was actually piping hot and really tasty, nothing was shoved in a bag for it all to become soggy like with most deliveries , please do not change anything you do with the delivery service!! Will be my go to pizza delivery

I ordered two pizzas, vegetarians. But one of the pizzas were burnt but after sending pictures and staff agreed. Later they refused and mentioned we sell burnt pizzas and was rude. Advise to try some where else and if can’t, see your pizzas before receiving. They can flip on their words any time👎🏽.

I’ve ordered from the pizza company lots of times before - the food is excellent with usually quick delivery service. However this time the driver refused to come to the address I’d given, as the street is sometimes for taxis only. This is fine, but he also refused to come to the adjacent street (Bridge Street) which is normal access, saying it was too inconvenient for him. Instead I had to walk 15 minutes there and back to meet him, in -1 degree weather, meaning the food was stone cold.

When I got my food /pizza it was extremely cool like more to the temperature of cold but just not quite cold it’s not good

Worst pizza of my life i had with them. Meat was smelling like rotten. All the base was uncooked. All the veges on the top was watery and uncooked. Total wastage of money. Worst taste.

ive ordered thrice from here, first two times were fine - the pizza itself is ok (not the best) and a bit too expensive for the size. the doughballs macaroni were mealy and dry and so were the oreo doughballs. once i ordered two small pieces and i think cheese balls (?), i had to pay 48 pounds and on top of that, after theyd told me that they had no more cheeseballs and would substitute with garlic bread they didnt even put the garlic bread in the bag. 48 pounds for two TINY pizzas. overall? too expensive

I normally order to go or for delivery from here, but the food is always good. It's probably the best pizza in Cambridge, which definitely beats some of the larger names. The guys behind the till are always friendly and outgoing, even when they are quite clearly rushed off of their feet. their largest pizza is quite possibly one of the largest pizzas I've ever seen, and I've been around, nice garlic bread and other sides to, quite a bit to choose from on the menu, but it's not overwhelming.

the pizzas are lovely and the garlic bread with the onions, ooh that was so good! the reason for only 3 stars is that they have changed their packaging for the sides and the boxes they use fill up with condensation and the food is soggy and wet by the time it arrives. Also I appreciate the quantity of wedges but cramming them into a small box squashes and ruins them on top of them now being soggy from steam.

Really poor customer service It says they deliver to my area online we made a order . Get a response we don't deliver to your area. Thanks alot why advice that but your don't. Bang out of oder. Yes I expect that but why advice you deliver to my village when you don't. Only when got to check out you say sorry I don't deliver to your area. Plus we live 6 miles away as well

In my opinion, the best pizza on Mill Road! Our absolute go-to for delivery. Not only is the pizza itself absolutely delicious but the service is brilliant. I'm particular about how my pizza is done and always make a little request for tweaking the recipe slightly and they always accommodate me, no questions asked! Last night they forgot our garlic dip - no big deal to us - but they are so keen to get our order right that they sent another delivery guy out (in the pouring rain) just so that we could get our dips! For free! Brilliant service and fantastic food.
