This is good because if your child/children play football then there's a football pitch there and they do bacon sandwiches and food/drinks like that and inside theres a bar.

Can't even rate this a 0. Seriously run down smelly waterhole. Bad place. Definitely one to bypass. Cheap ale. You get what you pay for. A real dump. Attract a lot of scum in this shithole. Seriously folks....! As a building has potential to be done up rather than run into the mud but it's in a bad area so it will never amount to anything other than cheap watered down ale and piss coated nibbles.

I came here this weekend with a friend. When ordering, my friend advised our server of her allergy. The server's response was a hesitant "Ok" that didn't reassure us that it had been understood properly or that necessary safety measures would be taken. Another server appeared and the two discussed this between themselves and came back to us to say "We use the same equipment". We reiterated that clean hands and clean equipment (between touching allergens and our order) was required. They said they could put it (not clear what) through the dishwasher. A third server appeared to say "We can't guarantee anything," which is corporate for "You have to opt in to the risk and accept responsibility for your own safety because we can't be bothered." I said, "But you *can* guarantee that you follow safety measures? That's all we need." They said yes but were clearly reluctant and left us feeling unwelcome and like we had to worry about whether they would handle our order safely because they didn't seem to grasp what was required. My friend asked that our food order be brought to the table so she didn't have to return to the counter when this was called out as usual - she uses a manual wheelchair; none of the counters were wheelchair-accessible and she needs her hands free to move so couldn't fetch the food and wheel back to our table. The server agreed but then called out the order as usual when it was ready. This took a few minutes and then the servers obviously caught up with each other and one of them brought the food over. I don't think any equipment got put through the dishwasher between our order and the one before. This server arrived with everything in takeaway wrapping even though we'd paid to eat in, saying, "Here's your allergy one," about my friend's sandwich, and then saying what was in the name of my sandwich normally. This whole approach from start to finish was so othering and discriminatory and the same attitude is adopted towards my friend in almost every hospitality setting. It needs to be understood that this is not pleasant, not good customer service and not even in line with the Equality Act. This could be improved by: 1. All staff understanding the actual causes and impacts of allergen contaminants and necessary safety measures. 2. Being compassionate and responding to people as human beings, not arguments to win. We went here because we needed to eat, but we spent our whole time there fighting for the right to be served. Hospitality really shouldn't be this hostile.

Worst experience ever. First of all met a very rude lady at the till. We placed dine in order, and when we went to the place. Kept waiting at the till for long and no body bothered to cater. Although it was not busy at all at around 09:15pm but the lady at till completely ignored us. When we asked for the food she rudely handed over food with all food boxes open, cold food , no tray, uncovered, no forks, no hand towel. When asked for hand towels she completely ignored. Right after eating the food I had a huge vomit. I ordered fish burger and cheese burger. Definitely it was not fresh. I really hope the management does some workshops to train till staff how to deal with customers and I hope the food is fresh next time as it used to be in the past.
