Order a few weeks ago got mouldy cheese on the pizza and chips.. thought accidents happens so thought I’d order again to when there staff was so rude!! Tried ordering food at 10.20 when it said online they shut at 11pm but when I phoned they said depends what I want they shut in 10min what a lie! Try Serving me and the family mouldy food and have the cheek to tell they shut in the 10min they have lost custom they can keep there mouldy cheese to eat them sleeves because I’m out! Polite staff, slightly above average food portions.

I don’t know what they are smoking but my food got here within 50min so I can’t understand how it could be cold so I phoned shop up and they said it can’t have been cold because it was cooked fresh and we was first people it got delivered too well if that was the case then it wouldn’t have been cold waste of money daylight robbery

My food was cold after waiting hour and half and the owner attitude is absolutely ridiculous

Fast delivery, hot and extremely polite delivery driver.. food was amaizing, my 5 year old fought me to finish the pizza, and my daughter loved her wrap.. she said like mummy makes proper chicken.. highly recommend

Order was nearly an hour late and stone cold when I finally got it I rang them multiple times and the women on the phone was extremely rude when I rang and lied to me saying it was already out for delivery but I later found out after ringing again that it had only just set off 30 minutes after I had already been told it was out for delivery

1 star for the taste and 1 for the driver who was lovely. Almost £19 for 2 tiny pizzas and a portion of cheesy chips (my 20m old has eaten all of his pizza and is still hungry) absolutely ridiculous and its such a shame because the taste is lovely. Won't be ordering again at that price I'm afraid.

Don't know how anybody can complain about this place. Beautiful food. Chicken always cooked to perfection, gorgeous chicken sauce and gravy which we just tried for first time. They're faultless.

Chicken was rubbery and the cheese tastes like perfume. Gave it benefit of the doubt last time but 2 time in a row is unacceptable. Awful food.

Used this place for many years, sadly after tonight we will never use again! We ordered through their app and paid, there was a glitch so my partner called them and agreed to do a card payment at the door. 3 minutes before the delivery arrived the payment went through, we called them up to explain. They still made us pay again at the door. They were unhelpful, unprofessional and down right rude. Bank has been informed, money will be refunded, however we will not buy your chicken ever again!! After all the hassle all I got was heartburn!!

I call every Tuesday and collect a delivery for tea that I take and have with my parents , first class service and food , Thankyou . Highly recommended .

Where to start. After waiting for1hour 20 minutes for our food, to say we were disappointed is an understatement. The chicken was tasteless, the chips tasted as if they were cooked yesterday and warmed up, and the gravy was like coloured water. We won't be ordering ever again

So this was my first time ordering from this place, I can tell you for sure I’m not going back here. Let’s start with the what I ordered and the amount it cost, I ordered a meal deal kabab wrap with a can of Dr Pepper (I never received the drink) this cost £6.19, the chips were half cooked, the kabab barely had no meat in it and the garlic sauce I asked for wasn’t garlic sauce just plain mayonnaise, I also ordered a 1.5L of Coca-cola for £2.49 it was a 1.25L which I don’t really mind but that price is bloody expensive and then I ordered a dessert for £3.19 which was a chocolate fudge cake, however i have bought this cake before from a shop which it only cost me £1.50, this took the total up to £11.87 not including the delivery charge. I can honestly say don’t bother going here it isn’t worth the money

Would give 5 stars but the chicken is more expensive than in big cities like Leeds or Manchester!

Waited half an hour in the shop for my food, got it home and it was cold, chicken still pink and slimey! Worst £21 I have ever spent. Then they argue that the chicken is ''dark meat" 🤮 vile!

How difficult is it to understand someone. Chips with cheese. Then put chicken donner meat on top. Have ordered from you before and every time difficult. Won’t be using you again. Get reception girl to either turn phone up or get hearing checked. Not difficult to understand someone who have lived in Yorkshire for over 10 years.

Placed an order for delivery and asked the person on the phone to make sure it arrived hot as the last 3 times I ordered from them the chips were cold and soggy. The person said she would make sure they were hot. Guess what! The chips were even colder and soggier than on the previous times and the doner meat was stone cold. I ate a little bit, but the rest of the doner went in the dog and the rest of the chips went in the bin. When it arrives hot, you can't beat it, lovely flavours etc but when it is cold it is awful.

Flavour beautiful, food lovely and hot however the chicken was over cooked so was dried out and parts were inedible.

Just ordered from here phoned them up to ask if order had come out said it hadn’t so I asked if I could add something on to order, they said yes!!! Order turned up 2 mins later chips were flat cold cheese hadn’t even melted and they had sent me wrong sauce 😡 deleted app and won’t be ordering again

While I think some of the prices are too expensive, the staff are always kind and welcoming. Food is beautiful and always cooked well. Would be 5 stars if your pizza wasn’t slammed on the counter infront of you to take away..

Way too expensive it used to be cheap but looks like new owners and there too greedy, always forget something off order and chicken tastes weird order somewhere else

Delivery driver really helpful. Order from this one thinking it was goldthorpe. So got a big delivery charge due to milage, he let me off with the charge and the mixed kabab was excellent.

Not going to order again kebab awful like what has been left over ! Order arrived 1,5 h after ordering driver wanted more money than bill came to awful !
