They need to update their website links. We booked expecting to get a Sunday lunch only to be told that they hadn't done them for several years. The food we had was fine, just not what we were expecting. Sticky toffee pudding was disappointing.

Came in last Saturday to my surprise they had a live band playing …. The atmosphere was amazing… the band was fantastic .. the staff we all getting involved… they were so welcoming and friendly… everyone was having fun… and the restaurant side was just the same… really enjoyed my pied piper experience… can’t wait to come back this weekend for rock n roll bingo … well done guys

Very good food.. husband loved the beef rib.. the crispy prawns wings and hunter fries were all lovely too. excellent service. Great parking and yummy vegetarian options too

Haloumi wrap and skin on fries are definitely worth going back for..my bro had the gaming and he said that was very nice and well worth the £11 for both meals.not enough room left for desert unfortunately..Will make this our regular treat stop now.

Popped in for some lunch. I had a flat bread which was full of flavour and my granddad had his fish and chips. Massive portions

Just received an order from The Pied Piper from Uber Eats. Food was clearly frozen. Fish was over fried, but pink in the middle still. Will not be returning for either sit in or delivery.

Very small portions for the price. Food isn't all that good but is the same low standard as other pubs in the chain. Tables were sticky and the bar was covered in age old dust. The access to the car park is akin to off roading with huge pot holes in the drive and main car park. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

It was a busy Friday afternoon/night luckily we booked a table. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. The food was OK.. cannot fault the price and deals though. The establishment lacked the warm buzz of a pub, instead it was loud and echoing like a food hall.

The pub is part of the Sizzling pub chain. The new menu is a great improvement. I had the Tandoori Chicken Skewers and the food was excellent. My brother in law raved about his Bangers and Mash and my sister said her Cheddar. Mac and Cheese was also excellent. The staff are all incredibly friendly

Good atmosphere, friendly staff. Great choice of food . I had chicken gyros wrap - enjoyed it. The 2 for £11 is a little misleading until one of the staff told us is was only the meals with a £ next to it. Maybe a section of its own may be clearer?

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Food is always freshly prepared. Gents toilet is still an issue, smell wise!!!

I've never been to the Pied Piper before. There was a poker school going on which was very interesting. Maybe next time. Anyway called in for food. The bar staff were very friendly, having a laugh and very welcoming. We ordered 2 Surf and Turf. Very prompt. Presented really nicely. I can't complain, if anything Maybe season the steaks a little more, but I'd whinging for no reason. We really enjoyed it and Man Utd won 4-2.

Went for Christmas supper, atmosphere was not at all festive. Initially we were shown to a table that hadnt been cleared!...Food was OK but that's it. But the biggest problem was one member of staff, she was running around having mini breakdowns over all sorts of things and being very unprofessional. At one point she was working at a table setting out glasses really stressed out, we were having a conversation about something completely unrelated to the evening and mentioned needing to leave a particular situation. She suddenly said "I wish you would so I can finish and go home"... the restaurant wasn't even due to close. Very rude and unprofessional!! Needless to say we won't be eating there again. I've been in the catering industry for over 30 years its not a good example.

Breakfast with Santa. It was absolutely fantastic. The staff were great with the kids and all got involved. This definitely beat others we have been to over the years and hope its on again next year.

Visited tonight for tea with a friend, orderd the beef & red wine lasagna which was totaly overcooked burnt to bottom of dish. Very little meat in it, totally tasteless best part of dish was the garlic bread and the dressed side salad I orderd and paid extra. Waitress service was fine although not once did anyone ask if food was ok, no atmosphere in pub. Would not visit again in a hurry, used to be a lovely pub with good food.

The food and staff here are amazing. We had a party of over 20 the food came out very quickly. All members of party were happy with their food and the staff were lovely and friendly. Lucy and Charlie especially were lovley

Children tried to buy some toy items from the toy machine and unfortunately the machinery took the money without toy being dispensed. Alerted staff who said it was nothing to do with them and no refund would be given ???? We then had our food when I noticed my child with a handful of partially eaten chewing gum. When I inspected under our table there was dozens of old chewing gum stuck not only to the underside of our table but others also. Utterly discusting. Will not be going back. Poor hygiene poor service.

We booked to come on fathers day. It was clean tidy and all the staff were really welcoming and friendly. The food came out really quickly considering there was 13 of us and it was all very nice. We will definitely be going back.

We got there early Sunday for father's Day so we would get served quickly. We had our main meal when a party of people arrived. We then went to order dessert but were told we couldn't order dessert for at least 45 min as the chefs were now working on the order for the people that had just arrived. Not being funny but how long does 2 ice creams take to make. What was really annoying was the fact that we actually placed our dessert order before the other party had even ordered their food. Kids were disappointed as were we, probably wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend.

A few vegetarian options on the menu although not always available. I do have a food allergy and the chef came out to ensure l would be safe with my choice and provided sauces in little pots so l could check them. Thank you for checking with me. A few more veggie options would be great.

Visited with family on Sunday I had the goodfella burger and dirty chips, nicest pub food in along time and the service was outstanding

Been twice and both times food was bad .. steak as tough as boots could not cut through it with a steak knife . Burger was caked in Bbq sauce that could not taste the burger but just the sauce . So over all I won't be eating there again . The beer was spot on .

Been in here several times. Service is always good and friendly. The food was great too, especially the Goodfella burger! Always plenty of sport on the tvs. Friendly atmosphere. Good choice of draught drinks, bottled drinks. Not sure about the wines, as I didn't look.

Food was good but could be improved on. Example being we ordered a side plate of fried onion rings, they were burnt and we couldn't tell if there was any onion in them. Unfortunately I wasn't allowed to complain, against my better judgement I would Probably choose another pub next time.

I have been before along time ago and didn’t enjoy the food at all . I went today with friends with new staff and menu and couldn’t fault a thing . The staff were lovely and the food was delicious and lots of choice on the menu . I would definitely go back again great price for the food we got .The only reason I give a 4 star instead of 5 is I ordered the same drink twice the first one was £2.75 the next same drink was £1.60 I didn’t say anything at the time as I was with friends and didn’t want to have any fuss but I was really puzzled 💁🏻‍♀️

Excellent service. We attended as a family of 5 and found the food to be well priced, good value and a high standard. The service was excellent and Steph who was looking after us couldn’t do enough for us she engaged with our children and made us all feel very welcome. We will definitely be visiting again and again.

Waited about 1 hour for food when it wasn't busy we got the spicy chicken burger x2 and a steak,came with about 6 chips each and no onion rings when I asked staff was downright rude and came back with 3 soggy onion rings to share between 3 people , refused us a garlic sauce unless we paid £1.50 at the bar first which by this time the food was cold as we had to stand in the cue . All in all rubbish undercooked food and rude staff just go somewhere else and spend your money

Pleasant and clean... Food has no faults and priced fine ..parking is good (which considering you go here to get sloshed probably doesn't matter unless like me your designated driver) staff.. well most of them are fine only one could sing scarecrows song from wizard of Oz. Go enjoy.. trust me I've checked they sell booze

Went for a quick pub meal with friends, food was delicious, reasonably priced, the man who brought food out was lovely and polite, really friendly, was told there was a wait for food but they were really busy, definetly will be going again

Overall good rating, for me anyway as a party of 5. I had the steak sirloin with creamy peppercorn sauce and sides, steak was good quality and everything but the chips seemed fresh. Enjoyed my meal at £11.00 was a fair serving and decent pub grub, service was swift and staff were attentive. Vegetarian meal wasn’t great, the wraps they use are poor quality, tasteless but the rest of the food served was good. Beer was carling not my favourite so was never going to be a great pint, however value for money, easy parking and quick service is an easy 4 stars. Desert was nice too, generous servings all in all worth the money. Would visit again.

*Beware on the lunchtime menu. If you have tap water with cordial instead of soda water with cordial it is not included and you will be charged - staff agreed it is silly but don't warn you when you go to order. Food was good - place was very quiet.

Called into the pied piper on passing for lunchtime meal freindly polite service but i noticed driveing into the pied piper the tarmac was full of bumps & holes very poor and in need of re surfaceing the Toilets a little past there best would call again but watch out for the pot holes on entering

Staff were really friendly and helpful, food not so good, sirloin steak was extremely fatty, fish was terrible and the chicken was very dry. Won't be eating there anytime soon

Really lovely nice place to take the family lovely atmosphere, food and music.

Came in for food, ordered mixed grill and asked for the rump medium. Came out charcoal chef obviously does not know how to cook steak. The chips were cold. The tables were sticky. The menu cards had bits food stuck to them. Good job had 40% off the meal because i left most of it and my friends were all well cooked too. Looking back at reviews there alot of feedback stating they will look into this and improve the service, obviously write this but the sevice not changed one bit. Certainly wouldn't recommend nor will we be returning.The pub was empty, so not as if have an excuse for the meals to be overcooked

Nice food, just ashame about some of the people that was in when we arrived, we had to move tables as they were being loud and swearing infront of our children but the staff are friendly and helpful.

The Pied Piper is our local eaterie so we've dined here countless times. The menu has great variety and options for smaller appetites, vegetarian, etc, and the food is delicious and great value. Equally important, the staff and customer service are outstanding.
