Very fast making the food and allow for public charging

Stopped off in Eston before match but unlike sheff utd, Munchies didn't let us down. Parmo was amazing, great food and great service. Definitely will be back

Mixed bag - staff are very friendly, kebabs are very tasty and well worth having but the pizza was pretty mediocre - definitely recommend the chicken kebabs though.

Made collection order, was ready in 15 minutes, staff were spot on and food quality was great as always 👌

Owner needs a course in customer service as his skills are zero.cant fault the food but when my order was very late he was adamant it had been delivered but no one was in ...when challenged he said I was a liar...checked security system no one had been anywhere near my house for hours...they re- delivered then asked for extra delivery money. Chips were missing in the end too and at £3.75 a portion too ..my family and friend all use them too but they have lost our custom from now on ...Good bye ! We will spend our money where it is deserved in future.

Travelled 100 miles for the best parmo I've ever eaten. Food was amazing, they went out of their way to accommodate us and did a half/half. Every single person working was lovely. Kitchen was clean and very well organised. 10/10 will travel again for more!

Haven’t been here for years I just learnt that it was took over 4 years ago so I gave it a try lovely clean place staff lovely and the food spot on defo the best place for a parmo by far spot on and the chips to die for fancy trying the pasta dishes Nxt they look amazing thank you munchies

I've ordered from munchies a few times now and theyve not got one thing wrong and always been a reasonable time for delivery. Food is always hot and the hot shot parmos and home made chunky chips are unreal. Had the mixed kebab boxes from there too, they never miss. Would definitely recommend

Taking my youngen to get his face painted between 3-5 at the shop for the Euro’s game today, FOR FREE! Munchies is a diverse and completely unique shop compared to the rest. Best takeaway in TS6 and the lovely chips that make you want to move your hips. 🫡

As a regular user of the shop I have always enjoyed my food but today all my food was cold , and the hand cooked chips were not cooked very well it has put me off ordering again.

Spot on hotshot parmo was class also the hand cut chips too

Food is delicious, Parmesans and lovely and pizzas are yummy too. We have to travel for this food but it is worth it , always good quality food and cooked to perfection

If you are hungry, don't order from here you might be waiting a while. Normally really good, was my go to but ordered a standard pizza on its own and took 1 hour and a half, 2 days on the bounce have had the same experience

Received our takeaway this evening driver was sat outside the house with music blasting for ages before coming to the door food took a long time to arrive but understand that with been a Saturday food was absolutely freezing and had been sweating in the boxes for ages by the looks of it very poor quality and waste of money wouldn’t recommend

Just had tomato garlic bread with donna meat was lush UPDATE 5 yrs later food was discusting when i messaged them on messanger facebook they blocked me . Me and my family will never use you again . Gone down hill

Milkshake tasted more like garlic with a bit off wipped cream and choclate bar, the cookie dough was literally a cookie that’s been put in a microwave, was burnt and stuck to the paper

Always excellent food and service from Munchies. My favourite is the Crispy Chicken Wrap with hand cut chips and, now that's its bogof on a Thursday, I frequently order. Always a deal to be had through the week and if ordering from their app its 10% off too!

Ordered a parmo last night came to me cold and burnt I’m giving up on this place now they never get it right

Ordered food an hour before the store closed, after 1 hour 50 minutes waiting we called the takeaway which had since closed getting no answer. Contacted the driver via Foodhub and was told they didnt get my food, then another driver delivered stone cold food after 2 hours, and the food was average at best even if warm

Ordered at 10:45pm and food wasn't delivered until 12:35am. Shop closed at 12am so we couldn't call to check on whether it was actually coming. Rang and got connected to someone who was at home and said it wasn't coming. Ordered food elsewhere and then ten minutes later the food arrived luke-warm.

One of the best (if not the best) takeaway in the north east, the range of food to choose from is very generous and surprising, the quality is pretty good as well - some things are more greasy than others. The desserts taste amazing which is unexpected as when it comes to pizza shops, they aren’t usually know for desserts. Overall would and have recommended to others and the delivery time is reasonable. Will order from here again!

Food doesn't look the same in person as it does on the website the pictures show proper chips then wen u open box it's frozen chips still quite raw a big let down for me parmo wasn't great either 🤮

Well what can I say I ordered 2 munch boxes 1 with popcorn chicken, parmo and pizza and tikka chicken the other with chips instead of pop corn chicken, after our first order turned up cold and phoned and they resent it reluctantly and said it would be here within 15 mins it finally turned 35 mins later and it was still the same cold not enough chips the pizza,parmo and the chicken tikka just didn't taste right also the garlic sauce was sour I definitely won't be ordering from here again

Worst take away iv ever had . Cold no chicken on the chips! Pizza looked like the toppings were thrown on a mile away . Waste of money

Very disappointed ordered over £20 worth of food the wrap and chips were tiny and cold the cheese in the wrap was not even melted it was that cold! The pizza was also cold and must have been for some time as you could pick the cheese off with all the toppings. Have photos but can not upload but would not recommend and definitely will never use again. AVOID.

£10 for half a parmo , was like mush threw it in the bin, never again.

Staff are good food is good. To get 5 stars chips could be better same as all pizza shops and chicken kebabs I'm not keen on your flavour I prefer flame grilled

The last few weeks ,food hasn't been upto their usual standard chips not cooked enough ,food warm etc ,ordered again tonight, chips where very undercooked and hard ,kebab meat was missing from burgers which we paid extra for ,only good thing was the friendly delivery driver, definitely won't be back after tonight's food ..

We used munchies for our engagement party last night, they catered for over 100 people for us. They couldn’t have made it any easier and stress free for us from ordering, to delivery. It came at the exact time we wanted it for, piping hot & even set up for us. Thank you for making our night stress free. It went down an absolute treat with everyone, almost every box was empty! I've gave 1 star because the lad who delivered the phone was lovely and friendly, he waited a couple of mins while my partner went to draw money from the machine as we thought we had enough in the house! The food however was awful, I've bought from there before and it's never been that bad, parmo was so thin, over cooked burnt black on the edge and cold with a ton of gulpy cheese on top. Chips had a weird taste and greasy, tiny bit of salad in a little tub half filled with coleslaw which was mainly a month full of mayo. Garlic was nice. Said within the hour arrived in 30mins. I've ordered before and it's been nice, I'm not one to normally leave a bad review but it was honestly that bad. Not cheap either!!! Good for the bin!

We are a night team. Instead of having a McDonald’s we thought to order a takeaway. We made an order for our lunch. They delivered it after their shop had closed. Missing everything we ordered. What was delivered was sub par. Rubbery cheese sticks. Undercooked wedges. The chicken strips were decent. And 3, off tasting cheese cakes. We got No answer when calling them. Due to their shop being closed after delivery. I’d recommend to avoid these. And try other takeaways in the area.

Always good quality food and great staff

£17 for a parmo delivered. Took 1:40 hours to deliver, after two attempts. Wouldn't blame them for the drivers. Parmo was lukewarm but still nice, and hand cut chips very nice. They also got my order wrong missing the garlic sauce and instead giving chilli sauce.. However the chilli sauce was also nice. A solid 4 out of 5.. Others might Mark less

Food arrived cold and late, replacement offered never turned up. When I tried to refund through food hub they told them that I hadn't rang them so I can't get a refund, even though I have the call logs. They did offer to give me a 10 off code for next time tho as if I'd wanna order again haha

Can not fault this place whatsoever! We order from Munchies regularly and the food is always spot on. Great combos on the menu to get yourself a good variety of food without spending a fortune. Customer service is amazing too whether its face to face or over the phone.

The best around. Although this place is a long drive away from me, it is the only place i go for my takeout as the food is always spot on and the customer service to match. The best parmesans and pizzas in Teesside, lovely fries and great desserts. Very high standard of food and also consistent. Would always recommend this over any other place.

Absolute disgrace! Dessert come with option of ice cream or custard, chose custard and was handed a metal tray of half frozen custard and when I questioned it the lad on the phone said in a sarcastic manner that they don't warm it up for ou as well, erm it's a takeaway mate if I wanted to cook I wouldn't have ordered a takeaway
