Fatso's Redcar in Redcar and Cleveland

Hadn't been to Fatso's Redcar for a couple of years. It was always good but how things change! I had a jacket potato with chilli con carne but the amount of mince wouldn't have filled a teaspoon. It was mostly a watery tomato sauce, so thin that it didn't stay in the spud and just sat in the tray. I would have gone back to complain but I'd had to park quite a distance away. I've given it 2 stars just because the staff were excellent. It's not their fault they are having to dish up this awful food.

Love the service here! The jacket potatoes are amazing! We go here every week as it's round the corner from work. The sandwiches are also fantastic! 5/5 totally recommend!! (Top 3 best place to eat in Redcar)! 😃

I find a small bone in my sandwich apart from that they are good sandwiches and good staff

One word: Awful. I visit the Stockton branch regularly for lunch and that is brilliant. I expected the same standards from this branch in Redcar. My sandwich was tiny, very stingy portion sizes compared to Stockton. Rubbish.
