Fantastic cafe! Really lovely food and the staff were brilliant. Definitely the place to go for an english breakfast. I ordered the "slimmers breakfast" which is a healthier option (but added a sneaky hash brown) and it was really good.

Dropped in to this village cafe on Friday 8th March. Opted for the Pear tree breakfast which cost £8.00 and comes with tea or coffee but you have to pay more for bean coffee?? Also the breakfast comes with mushrooms, beans or tomatoes? Should be included in my opinion for the price. Anyway, back to the coffee...awful!! One of the worst i have ever had, it was like dish water and i had to pay extra. The breakfast comes with 1 slice of toast or bread?! The breakfast was okay, bacon was nice, beans only warm and have to ask for sauces, sausages not best quality. Quite a busy cafe, good for locals but not worth a trip out of town to visit here, especially trying to get round all the prams and buggy`s. They sell stuff like sausage rolls to takeaway too, but again expensive at £2.50. Staff friendly, good service and you can park close with small walk.

Nice place and price not bad at all

Food was lovely, and lots of it - really, really good value for money. Staff were really nice and took time to make you feel welcome. Customer area was SPOTLESS. The only thing I will say is, as an autistic adult I found the acoustics difficult, I had to use ear buds, however the food, cleanliness and genuine welcome means I will go again, even just for take away.

This is a very friendly cafe. We both had a jacket potato with tuna & a side salad. It looked & tasted lovely.

I am always there staff are friendly and if u need anything they don't mind getting it. Thr food is well presented and fresh and tasty thier menu has alot of choices well done keep it up ladys

Unfriendly staff and poor service with a dead atmosphere plus tables wooble and are very sticky. Food and drinks are also poor quality.

Really lovely little clean cafe . Very friendly staff and the food is really good and good for money. I held my mother inlaws wake in there recently and the staff were excellent. They went out of their way to support my family , closing the cafe specially for our event, cooking chips for my son and baking a victoria sponge especially for my father in law. The buffet was really lovely and good value per person. Really recommend their breakfasts too!

This cafe was excellent piping hot food ,very good breakfast big enough but not to big that you dont feel like you are to full to do anything best breakfast I've had for a while, would recommend better than gready pig

Big breakfast at a great price.

I love this cafe especially the veggie breakfast. Often busy but you still get great service, great food and great prices. I sometimes preorder jacket potatoes or panini to pick up at lunchtime which are always ready for me to take back to work. The milkshakes are delicious too.
