The Pavilion, Cafe, Bar & Bistro in Sefton

After numerous visits over the years my experience of this little cafe has always been a pleasure to eat in. Great breakfast always but im sorry to say that over time i feel the standards of cleanliness in the toilet has gone downhill. I would hate to stop visiting this little gem but would welcome the toilets being up to a higher standard of hygiene .

The absolute best breakfast! Get there early for a table or book! Really good breakfast and good cakes. Some staff friendlier than others but the food is worth it.

My husband and I had a lovely pavilion breakfast here whilst visiting Southport last weekend. I can say it is the best breakfast we have eaten in any cafe or restaurant, the portions are large (hence we opted for the "half" pavilion) which was still plentiful It was well cooked and ingredients were good quality, also the staff are very pleasant If you are visiting Southport I strongly recommend you visit the Pavilion.

Had the most amazing BBQ chicken ciabatta on a girly brunch with my friend! Salt and pepper chips were so good too, and a huge portion! Pavillion Paul was so friendly and funny, food was incredible and came quickly! Will 100% be back for another brunch date!

My wife and I stopped for coffee and a scone here whilst visiting Southport. Although we only had coffee the brunch menu looked very tasty - would definitely have been tempted if we had not long since had breakfast at our hotel.

Great lunch, fabulous hospitalty and efficient service. Good selection of meals on the menue and great value. The steak sandwich was superb.

Visited today today with my young daughter food was amazing and great value Service was excellent will be returning again soon.

I would like to leave the best possible review for the Pavillion which we chose as a venue to celebrate a surprise birthday party last Saturday ... Not only is the place beautiful and the pizza really really good, but Paul and his team went above and beyond to make the evening one to remember, and Paul helped us out with all we asked for ... a big thank you to all and keep up the good work ... First time at the Pavilion…..What a cracking place! Superb food, great selection of drinks, tasteful music and friendly staff…. oh and very reasonable prices. Try the steak sandwich… it is super tasty.

Great place for a homemade cake and coffee. Headed up to Southport during a visit to Liverpool and we called into the recommended Pavilion. We had both de-caff Latte and Cappuccinos and a pot of tea accompanied with a ban of fe cake, Bailey’s Brownie and Orange Tiffin. We all enjoyed what we received.

Brought my Mum for a coffee and cake and we ended up having brunch. We had a bacon butty and smashed avocado with poached eggs. We both said it was the best we'd ever had! Absolutely delicious, I can't wait to go back. Great value, great service, great food, great location. It's 5 stars from us. Thank you :-D

We had the most amazing lunch as a family this afternoon. We’ve been a few times and the food and service have always been brilliant, but today was absolutely exceptional. Paul went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had the best birthday lunch. He was very friendly and welcoming, and without being asked got a bowl of water for our little dog. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely lunch spot in Southport!!

We visited The Pavillion while in Southport for a short break. We called in for a drink on Saturday evening, brunch on Sunday morning and coffee on Tuesday afternoon. All three visits, although all different, were very enjoyable. The staff are lovely and the food is very good! We'll definitely be back next time we're in Southport.

This was our second visit at The Pavilion, and it was fab!! I had the nacho fries, my mum & son had sandwiches- all delicious 😋 Coffee was really good, service brilliant. Thanks guys We will be back soon x

Simply the best breakfast in Southport Forget your cheap £5 cheap breakfasts. This place uses the best ingredients and you can tell. Proper tasty sausages. And the Black pudding, Not really a fan before, But i'm a convert to the Black pudding this place has.
