The Park in North Lanarkshire

I have had a few fish suppers from here which tasted nice, but tonight it was not nice at all as the fish tasted weird and I feel as if my mouth is coated in grease Did not enjoy it at all

so bogus gave me a live sausage in batter it came out the battery shell and said hi pal so a put the wee guy down nd stomped him and he got a stail fish he could use as a hammer

Used the online ordering via their website and requested the food to be ready at times suggested by them. Travelled a wee bit so hoping for it to be ready as agreed on their website. I had ordered a special fish and when I turned up it wasn’t ready and there was a few people waiting. They just put it on when I turned up so defeats the purpose of ordering online and picking up at specific time. There was one woman frying and one serving. The ‘Fryer’ was very loud and shouting loudly about her football team who play in blue!! Anyway the hot plate had loads of food lying about with crumbs and bits of various foods spread over it. Didn’t look particularly clean and looked totally disorganised. I had been a few times before but it’s now going down hill in my opinion and I won’t be back now. The chips were ok but the fish wasn’t great. Summarising, poor quality, the server lady seemed nice and helpful but the fryer was struggling to keep up. The hot plate could do with a clean!!

I came to this place to get 3 suppers for my family and whilst in the shop the staff were using bad language to the point were I asked my wife to take child to car , the staff seemed to be more interested in telling all in the shop about there business rather than serving us our food. We use to eat from here every wknd haven’t ate for a while so decided to go and get food the chips were black and rotten , and the sausages were hard plus the fish wasn’t cooked right through plus bones throughout them for what you pay could be more better. We will not be travelling through to this place again until it gets nicer staff and better cooked food

Web page states home delivery 7 days. Order online on Monday night and called 90 mins later to enquire why we have had no delivery only to be told 'we don't do deliveries on a Monday and Tuesday'. No apology offered and girl was very rude. Worst customer service ever. They could have at least called us to explain we wouldn't get a delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

We've had takeaway from The Park many times over recent years. To think of it as a chippy does The Park a bit of a disservice. The selection is excellent, far more than most chip shops with a board full of specials as well as pizza and pasta options. Portions are generous and quality of the food is excellent. Like any good establishment The Park is always busy, but if you can't wait, just call ahead or use their app and your food will be waiting for you when you arrive.

Don't really go here often but when I have the fish suppers and sausage suppers have been of good quality. Kids tried out the pizza which was tasty. The take away is very clean and well presented.

Nice, clean establishment. Nice size of fish (I'm told), a bit greasy. Most suppers cooked to order after 9pm. Credit/debit cards accepted for orders over 5GBP.
