Ordered chicken wings me and my 8 year old daughter have had food poisoning, called to complain did not seem to care. Terrible service will never use again!!

Wasn't happy with my Chinese I useless have from these guy but tonight was different as the chicken was different I didn't like how it was so i just eaten rice with my prawn crackers I'm so gutted hope you guys can sort this

Chicken Fried Rice is exceptionally tasty and spring rolls are hot and delicious

Been a few years since we last used paper tiger as food went not to our liking but returned over the past few weeks and what a massive improvement food was delicious piping hot and delivered quickly will be returning to try more from there menu

Food spilt all in the bag on delivery. Ring them to be told there is nothing that can be done. What a joke I was a regular customer not more. The places has gone bank

Have been ordering from here for a while now and staff are always helpful & friendly - including the drivers. Food is always nice, hot & delivered quickly. Their Thai range is particularly good.

After my local Cantonese/Chinese restaurant closed down I heard everyone raving about this place and the the hype was real. Tried several dishes and they are all outstanding ( favourites being: salt and pepper wings, BBQ ribs and the Thai chicken noodles) The noodles are out of this world and would recommend to anyone!

Abusive staff members on the phone and at the door when delivering, only used this takeaway as our usual is temporarily closed. How dare you you speak to customers like this!!! …food awful so won’t be ordering again

Used to be my go to Chinese but last night it wasnt the best :/ it's gave me stomach ache today previous orders have been spot on and to be honest it was delivered fast by the guy who used to work at no1 wok (lovely bloke always friendly) it did taste nice but something's wrong as I'm ill today I'll try once more shortly, willing to give you a second chance.

Sent the wrong dish - ordered crispy shredded chicken and received chicken strips in sauce, which were obviously very much the opposite of crispy. Two of us managed, but the third ended up going hungry. Only ordered from them because they were the only Chinese open - when we last ordered from them in October 2020 they sent us chicken balls that were still pink, then first tried to deny they weren't fully cooked and then sent a small child (13 or so?) to ask us to give them the uncooked food back! We pointed out that we work in a kitchen, and put the undercooked food goes where it belongs; in the bin.

Delivers on time. If there has been any problems with the delivery(wrong address) , they are resolved efficiently. Delicious food!

We had Chow mein although there was a lot of it, was mainly noodles and the sauce was really bland. It was as if they had literally just used soy and corn flour. It was a total waste of £30 as nobody ate it.

Double happinesses cake like a double sadness.. very low quality, duck was over fried along with chicken, both prices of meat could put a window through, the curry sauce could of been used to stick wallpaper up it was that thick and lumpy, tasted like smoke or burn... Chips with the only acceptable part of the meal, won't be ordering again

First time going here today and what a mistake!!! Everything we had were awful and cheap tasting but we paid a lot for what we had, they even made the prawn toast with chicken it just smelt just like cheap chicken not prawn. will not be going here again!!! Most of our food ended up in the bin. Not happy at all.

I had a delivery, delivery time 45 minutes and was on time. As promised.

Ordered here first time yesterday, I asked for chicken curry.. I get NO curry sauce just chicken smothered in curry sauce. First impressions count however on this occasion you failed, I will NEVER order here again, and I don't dare anyone to do so either. Menu chucked in the bin, where it belongs. Good riddens to this restaurant. The price they charge is not worth my hard earned cash!!!!

We read reviews prior to ordering and thought let's give them a try... big mistake! Black chicken for sweet and sour, chemical taste in rice and spring rolls. Disgusting!!! Trying to contact them to discuss and the phone line is either constantly busy or not in use. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Me and my hubby are both ill today ' bad stomach ' the runs ' bad pains .Either the special fried rice or the ribs .not goid.

AVOID PAPER TIGER - rude, unhelpful staff. Phoned to query an item which arrived wrong, but was told adamantly that it was MY FAULT. When asked to speak to manager, she just kept repeating "I don't know, I don't know". I asked for the manager's name but the girl on the phone said "I don't know" so I asked for her name, and she said "I don't know". No help at all. Terrible service.

Just had delivery of my food shocked at price for 1 but on eating chicken and sweet corn soup I crunch on egg shell why that would be in there I don't know then rang them over it just get sorry fantastic if you have egg allergies

Used this place on a regular basis for well over 2 year's. I'm only rating 3 because for the hell of me I can't remember why we stopped using this place. I may have to give it another go to see if I remember why!

Recently ordered couple of dishes and noodles from here as our usual place was not open. We didn't enjoy the food at all. They were cold, taste wasn't good. Price is slightly higher than other Chinese/Thai restaurants arround the area. so I was expecting good taste. One item we ordered king prawn dish and they were taste like soaked in butter. Everybody at home didn't enjoy the food and decided not to order from Pepper Tiger again.

The food here has drastically gone down hill, Sloppy over cooked chow meins, veg doing rolls like mush.. and go back to original prawn crackers, not the mass stail ones.... Will not be returning

Gone really downbank awful service we order food regularly and spent over £75. the food was awful didn't send prawn crackers rang them to complain and had to pay another delivery charge

Discussed by their attitude. My order arrived about about 55 minutes. The soup was leaked into the whole bag. I called them to get some of the payment back. They kept telling me that probably only a bit soup leaked. When I offered them to email a picture, they told me they can resend the order. NO, thank you. Im not waiting again 40-50 minutes for my food. I'm off to make a sandwich 😡

I’ve used the paper tiger take away for over 30 years. I’ve had yuk sung starter, chicken and fried rice. Lovely food. Took about 1 hour to deliver but it’s Saturday night and when it’s busy due to quality of food you expect that. 10 out of 10

Not happy with my experience! I ordered a chinese for family and it took nearly 2 hours to be delivered. I rang up after an hour and asked where my order was and they said it would be there in 5 minutes so i waited and after nearly an hour later I rang again and they said it will be 5 minutes but it came 20 minutes after that. The food didn’t taste very good, was very bland and the portion sizes were like children’s meals. My order was over £26 and we didn’t even get prawn crackers! I rang and asked and they said if you want some come down to the shop, I explained I had the food delivered as I couldn’t get down there but they were very rude about it and refused to deliver them. I would not recommend this Chinese to anyone!

Bland food hardly an taste to any of the dishes ordered Chips somewhere between hard and undercooked 1 star is too much to give.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Call them salt n pepper chips when they come with abit of onion on and abit of pepper on. Dry as anything the chip were too. Twice this has happened from these. Thai curry tasted nothing like green Thai either. Absolute joke the food from here!!! Honestly stay away from ordering from this place!

The food is super mega delicious here....it is the best chinese i had in ages....thai food was super good .....great portions and we had like 8 spring rolls as a giveaway... Delivery supposed to be 20:20 but came at 19:40.....so pleased with those guys!!! Yummy... You just gained one new customer!!!

Ordered food , it arrived1hour late , wrong food , never again

Arrived after 2 hours and 45 minutes. Which was around 90 mins late. Free spring rolls were cold and soggy. Found 2 hairs in the chicken and pineapple. Will be avoiding from now on.

Can’t really fault the food, but twice now we have ordered prawn crackers and twice the food has come without. We even sent a message asking to make sure we got them this time. I appreciate how busy they are right now but it’s the one thing my son likes with his food...we also asked for no peas in the dishes and they arrived with peas....but you live and learn

One of the best Chinese takeaways I've had, spring rolls were crisp and not soggy, and customer service was good as staff are polite. The food had unique flavours and didn't all just taste like "Chinese food".

Food got delivered quicker than expected and was nice and hot. Everything seemed great the texture and the taste and hasn't sent my stomach the wrong way. So no complaints, as long they provide fresh food this gets 3 stars

Terrible we had 2 weeks ago and was beautiful .tonight we had curry and was set like jelly, the sauce was set,we called and asked to just give free one next order as took while to deliver tonight,they said no,I said I’ll use another take away next time , they said fine, food Luke warm , disappointed

I have always been more than happy work this take-away, but tonight I am more than disappointed! A 45 minute approximation for delivery was 45 minutes out! The ribs were not as tasty as they usually are, I had chicken curry (I know, exciting, NOT) it was tasteless and my friends were less than impressed with their orders, sorry Paper Tiger, but I will not be calling again!

Absolutely revolting! Battered greasy duck dripping in fat. Supposed to be in orange sauce got a tiny pot of orange sauce with it. The thai fish cakes haven't ever seen any fish! They were bendy and rubbery £5! Wouldn't eat them if they were free! Used the tiny pot of sweet chilli sauce to eat the prawn crackers with they were the best part of the meal! What a waste of money! Would never recommend this place to anyone! Not even my worst enemy! The bin has eaten more than me!

Never known anything like it in my life. We ordered food 30 minuets before closing time. Our order was taken and we were told 30-45 minuets. Midnight now passed, waited over an hour and no answer from the place, food has finally shown up and instead of calling me like I asked the woman has banged on the front door of the apartment complex I live in, yes, at this time proceeding to knock on another flats window and wake my neighbors up. I just don’t get this level is stupidity to be honest 😂

Where to start, my food came i was about to sit down and enjoy a nice fork full of my duck as i went to slowly push the fork into the duck,,, OH WAIT A MINUTE! , yes as i went to slowly push down into the duck it amazingly flew of and proceeded to fly around looking for an escape route, the chips was like i was eating cardboard cutouts of chips, the rice was okay.....ish, amazingly dry,

If you want a warmed up chineese then this is the place to come. Comes after 5 minutes of ordering the food. Everything was hard and rubbery. DEFFINATELY DONT RECOMENT THIS CHINEESE! Spoke to a guy on the phone and they don’t give money back but they will happily bring you some more WARMED UP food!! FUMING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!

Ordered Saturday evening takeaway, order came quickly however my portion of "double happiness" was not delivered, (had something completely different in the bag) rang up straight away they said we had ordered "double happy" therefore the mistake was ours. Checked through the menu no such dish on their menu, in other words we got your order wrong but aren't interested in putting it right!!! Will never order from here again

Disgusting food I asked for chicken balls and it doesn't even look like chicken. Meat looks red and dark coloured.. never again shall I order from here. Tried ringing to explain the situation and not an ounce of an apology or sympathy came from the guy on the phone

Not bad chow mein, fried rice ok, curry sauce lacking a little something! But saying all that the chips make up for it.

Do not go to this place the food won't turn up. You put an order in then they tell you a time and it doesn't turn up. You can't get through to them by now it's over 2 hours late. These people are rude. Just don't use them. Use someone else that will get the food to you.

Terrible and shall be my last time from this chinease. Order arrived on time however had cold noodles in both chow meins. Meat seemed not fresh, dry and reheated from a previous day. Ribs were very boney and did not include free spring rolls even after we spent way more than the offer. Phoned to complain and was laughed at down the phone. Altogether terrible. Steer clear people and try somewhere else.

Never go back to takeaways that give out warm cans of coke.

Food is lovely. However, the man on reception is too stressed and ignorant and gets the order wrong, even when asked twice! And he's charged me for delivery on two occasions when I've collected my order! It's such a shame because I don't feel that I want to go back there again now.

Not happy at all!! Ordered and paid online. Specifically added in the comments to please remember spring rolls as the only reason we didn't order them as extras was if you spent over £13 You get them for free. Arrived no spring rolls. Thai chicken noodles ridiculously spicy, too spicy to eat and I like spicy food. Also delivery driver asked us for payment. Where is the Communication guys!

Probably the worst take away of any sort I’ve ever had , even if I could get over the extremely high price ( pretty sure we were massively overcharged ) the food arrived 55 minutes late strangely 5 minutes after calling to complain , the food was freezing cold , the chips tasted microwaved and were slimy and the chicken balls were slimy and undercooked , the gravy had a strong burned taste to it too , lost themselves a customer , worst £25 I’ve ever spent

Get the order right.... CHICKEN FOO YOUNG doesn't include prawns (or at least I think that's what them manky little things are meant to be).
