Good food portions Very nice hose special (House special chow mean in sauce 😋)

Avoid!!! Ordered without knowing its under new management the woman on the phone couldn’t speak English. When my order arrived they sent food with prawns in a clearly said I am allergic. Then they sent the right dish out but half way though eating it I start to have a reaction as it’s cooked with shell fish. This could have killed me and the woman on the phone didn’t care and kept repeating the same thing “ok next time” over and over. Since it’s been taken over we’ve had problems after problems with inky making 2 orders. First waiting over 3 hours then almost being killed due to not taking notice of a food allergy. No point in calling if you have allergies as they don’t understand you and will probably poison you anyway!!!

fatts house use to be lovely and the staff were amazing and the price was cheap, know Fatts house has been taken over by someone new 2weeks ago and had the menu changed and omg they are bad, the lady on the phone is the only person who can speak English and she's terrible at it and you have to tell her about 20times what you want to order to get it correct, tonight has been a massive pain she told us my order would be 20mins and it took over a hour to come, I ordered a chicken chow mein for my parter and we got prawn chow main which my parter is very allergic to anything fish, then we called up and received a chicken chow mein for it to be cooked with fish and know she's up the hospital due to her tongue and throat is all swollen and she's on a drip if you order from here I would stay away.

We have been ordering here for years..Our treat every 3 or 4 weeks.Tonights meal came and as soon as I opened the chicken chow mein I telephoned them to say they has sent a totally different chow mein than we normally have..It had broccoli and carrots (hard too)..and the "chicken"was slimy looking and did not even taste like chicken. I asked politely if theybcould change it gor the one we usually have. The taste was completely different,noodles appeared thivker than usual and the meal looked greasy. Lovely lady on the phone and she explained that the new boss had changed the chow mein to improve it..I politely asked her to inform her boss that he had completely ruined what used to be a good chow mein and that we would not be ordering from them again. Special curry was also disgusting and not to its usual standard.It arrived conjealed and thick (very quickly ..15 or 20 mins or so after ordering);had hard carrots in it;a lot more of the slimy chicken and much less beef,pork and king prawns than usual. Change of boss,change of recipe and very poor and inferior quality meat equals 2 less customers...Save your hard earned money and buy elsewhere. Our go to chinese has just become our never again replace!!Very disapointed!

To be honest ive always been wary of this chinese as the food went downhill quite bad however the munch box's were actually okay! Ordered from here tonight the munch box and the crispy chilli beef and wow how disapointing it was. The portion sizes have literally halved, it was so bland and over done, the chicken balls were full of batter, very small chicken inside, i ended up chucking it in the bin, ribs had no meat on them and were really small! guy on the phone was no help neither, shocking really probably the worst chinese in stoke!

Portion sizes have literally halfed since its been taken over absolutely shocking bland burnt, pretty disappointing now weve lost what was our favourite Chinese for years, then the guy on reception literally said he cant do anything as the cook dosent speak English 🤣🤣🤣😅😅 absolutely useless, and avoid this Chinese at all costs unless u want to be disappointed 😞

Order chicken fried rice thats what I got got chicken and rice old chips really dark and hard pointless ringing just get that's how we cook money wasted

Do not order apparently have no manager or persons in charge and refusing to take an order considering we ordered and the guy on the phone was rude and tried to cancel a order we waited 2 hours almost last time lucky we trying again!!!! Only to be told there no driver as soon as we gave our address. Bad review! 👎bad customer service worse I've dealt with

Simply had chicken fried rice chips and a cartoon of gravey had toncall and ask if the rice was fresh as it was so dark in colour no flavour and the chips definitely old told rice is cooked with soya sauce a lie I think really not nice

1 stat is to much, when you order crispy fried duck but don't receive that, you ring up and they don't care and tell you that's how they do it, the duck i received was sliced soggy and full of fat.

Worst chinese ive had in ages. All the dishes were dark brown and looked indistinguishable from each other and all tasted of old oil.

ordered food and was told it would be 45 minutes, it arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes, when it arrived part of the meal was missing, one of our household needed to leave for an appointment as the meal was already 35 minutes late and the part that was missing was of their meal. we asked for a partial refund as he would not be able to wait for the rest of his order to be re sent as they could not give a time, 45 minutes after they left the delivery man turned up with the partial refund, we placed an order a week later to give them a second chance, but they refused to fill the order because we had complained about the service and asked for the refund, So, in their eyes, if you complain and want what you have ordered with in the time they say it will be there, you will be declined further service. what a shame it had to change management,

Was told around 1 hour 20 mins for delivery Waited 2 hours for a meal Delivers then cold (not drivers fault as he is lovely) After I rang up to ask where my order was as the very rude woman snapped I will cancel it then!! It arrived to have half a bag of chips and cold I Rang up to a jumped up vile woman who said I had ordered a small chips No i didn’t I ordered a meal No mention in portion sizes She said you only got charged 5.50 for the meal Yes that is the price Used this place years She’s been there 2 weeks Never come across such a rude vile woman When I asked to speak to the owner she said apparently he doesn’t speak English !! I will never order from there again Food also gone down hill since Re opening Portion sizes a lot smaller Food cold Taste not that good, Bland Did not enjoy Lost a loyal customer due to this woman Strongly advise do not use

Absolutely unreal, blown away. The perfect Chinese, fast delivery, great price & amazing tasting food - could not ask for better. Literally faultless! Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend the chicken salt & pepper munchy box - incredible value for money. Amazed.

Watery "satay sauce" had no taste to it not even remotely like satay sauce more like bathwater. Food was dry and a waste of £20.

Just visited fatts house. Fatts used to be amongst the best takeaway in the area. Today chips were greasy and clearly re heats,. Portion of. Ribs consisted of 4 cold ribs and a lot of greasy onion. We have been using fatts for years,. But we will never go there again. New owners or chef?

Well as a family been getting our Chinese from here since the 90s when we were kids . Save for when they had fire and had to close, Fatts has been our go to. Now I live on my own it's mine too. The food is always piping hot, portions are huge and they accommodate requests no problem like extra hot or extra beansprouts. They deliver quickly usually and will let you know realistically how long you'll wait if they're busy. Cannot fault the food, friendly service and amazing prices. Whole family are fans and can't see it changing!

used this take away for years, it has been taken over by new owners and the quality has dropped like a lead balloon , omelettes are tasteless, the chips are like sticks, they have been fried off and left to go cold and then refried to resemble dried sticks , the crispy chilli beef is soggy and tasteless except for the large amount of raw chillies in the sauce, the noodles and fried rice taste burnt and bitter, complained about the chips this time as they were as hard as bricks , we were told to start on the omelettes and the chips would be replaced as fast as possible, 30 minuites later they phoned us back and offered a refund only if we had not touched any of the food, we reminded them of what they had told us to do and that the omelettes had been eaten, they have offered to refund the price of the sticks, sorry, chips. still waiting for a partial refund

Best Chinese I have ever been to! I have been coming this Chinese for about 4 years now best food I have ever had I won’t eat from anywhere else! The staff are so friendly and welcoming the food is always cooked perfect and it’s always piping hot if I could give it 10 stars I would 😁

Although it was a busy December Saturday night... when we ordered we were told approximately 1 hr that was fine with us the food arrived in an hour as advised and it was great. Hot and most importantly really good quality food. We were once again very happy with our order and service. Even got a freebie! Thank you I would recommend to anyone

the soup wasn’t to bad thank god!!!Ordered simple starters spring rolls were the ones from Iceland. ,tasteless nothing in them ,terrible! Suimais lifeless tasteless ,vile! Prawn toast tasteless and black burnt to a crisp. The charcoal taste is still on my mouth ,I’m furious !!

We were really disappointed, very over cooked chips and burnt chicken chow mein! Plus a potential hair in the chicken fried rice. It's really sad as I believe they've been running along time. I hope this helps them improve.

Well i have had prison food and would gladly go back there instead of ordering food from this hit hole again. Will be saving a bit for my boss so he understands why i will be off work next week, the rest will be sent to band aid because even the starving would refuse this crap. I am sure the container even moved.

After waiting an hour and 20 minutes for the delivery, on opening it that had delivered the wrong items. When I called them back to explain what had happened the response was you need to be more clearer and they hung up. Absolutely shocking customer service and what food I ate was disgusting.

Would not recommend. Food is not nice very chewy chicken also rice is hard and over cooked. Chips also were look warm.

Best chinese by far, I make the 10 mile round trip because to far for delivery but it's worth it.

Food was not awful and went in the bin, the rice was lumpy,main course dry and when we rang up they said that we had wrong order as someone else had complained. Rice was the only thing wrong in our opinion, rest of food was awfull. We were offered a good deal on next order and when we went collect it they offered us £1.80 off the order, told them not bother and we went bucknall china

Brilliant food, quick service and very friendly staff. The prices are cheap, and the food is delicious. Never gotten food poisoning from these guys, even having meat dishes. Recommended to everyone we know.
