Food was 40mins late pizzas were cold and looked burnt... Tasted OK after having to reheat them

Avoid!!! 2 hours 30 minutes for a pizza and a salad and still currently waiting, Guy on phone doesn't have a clue phoned 40 minutes ago and driver was on his way apparently Monday night god help them on a busy weekend

I do wish this place all the best as it’s relatively new to the area and I hope our bad experience was a one off. For us though, it just was not great in terms of ambiance, service, drinks and food. We would just really struggle to consider going back. However, I do wish the team all the best... for us though, it just needs to ‘up its game’.

very hard to find tender juicy chicken and good service in kfc nowadays especially in uk but this franchise is exceptional. always ordered uber but prefer to eat in. Really appreciate Linda's help and top service everytime. And she keeps the franchise so clean and comfortable to eat in. but as a restaurant owner too, i really hope the manager doesn't command staff in an aggressive way as what I witnessed this afternoon. Mutual respect makes a perfect team.

Delivery was late and the gluten free sub had chicken tikka instead of chicken breast.
