Never delivered my food made absolutely no attempt to contact me or call or email. Not a damn thing. Their App did not work. Told me it was not set up for Scotland what the !!! For us though, it just was not great in terms of ambiance, service, drinks and food. We would just really struggle to consider going back. However, I do wish the team all the best... for us though, it just needs to ‘up its game’.

Queensway KFC Drive ThruWe had lunch there today ,my wife & I both had chicken & chips. Well the chicken was very dark skin like it had been re-heated. It was very dry & tasted like it had just been thrown in the oven for a second time. I asked for tea with my meal only to be told that the machine has been broken for 2 weeks. So we would never use KFC ever again,it was disgusting. Your reply was not helpful at all,WE WILL NEVER USE KFC EVER AGAIN!!!!
