Lee Burn ParkThis place was mobbed. 35 minutes for a takeaway. Machines did not give a receipt with a number, no number displayed on the screen. Lots of staff but Managemet not helping much. It was just utter carnage in that place. I felt really sorry for the staff who still managed to remain calm and courteous. McDonald's get some sort of structure that works

For us though, it just was not great in terms of ambiance, service, drinks and food. We would just really struggle to consider going back. However, I do wish the team all the best... for us though, it just needs to ‘up its game’.
